The lender does not own the asset - they have claim against it for the value of the loan. The shares are not worthless as the Company has a balance sheet value net of liabilities and can be sold in the future as going concern which will increase as the Company gradually gets its operational activities sorted - which it is gradually doing. The only worthless thing is your opinions. you should be fine under the trade description act for calling yourself `Smart Punter`.
A few positive posts fetches them out the woodwork doesn't it, yet another poster who claims 80% loss, now only see's everything from a negative angle, a constant trend here.
Where is the true FACTS that RMM have NOT been in negotiations with the lender, clearly point me to the RNS that clearly states this, erm, you can't.
The last 3 RNS have all been positive going in the right direction, or can you not accept that you may be wrong?
No more posts now till the New Year, I need to be around positive people who can see a better future.
GLTA lth's
As they have violated their loan agreement the lend may well own the entire assets of the company.
In any case as you can not sell the shares they are technically worthless. As is speculation, its meaningless.
Don't you just love it when people can not admit they were wrong.
Copper going to be $2.50 by the end of 2022, blah, blah, blah, yes really, that didn't work out now did it, I must remember that whatever I read on the Internet must be correct, yes whatever.
How embarrassing and they still continue to post, and will be trying to get back in now realising their mistakes of their knee jerk reactions.
Never invest what you are not prepared to loose, that's my strategy.
As always, the doom and gloom brigade will report my posts, as they don't like the truth, owe well the recommends say it all.
I will stay positive here, yes mistakes have been made but they are seriously correcting them fast, cost savings, hedge deals, now sorting out the finance.
They have proved they can achieve the tonnage rates, I see all coming good in 2023 in my opinion.
DJ by march rmm will reopen 25p+ .I smell something is burning somewhere ....people who sold out in loss is regretting now ....with copper well above 3.80+ and reduction of cost Upto $ 1 million a month rmm is much more stronger than it was last march and copper will be $4.20+ soon .
If this share re-opens back at 25p, would you then consider yourself lucky??
At the moment I have lost nothing, I still own the same number of shares today as I did 6 months ago, I don't feel the need to quote figures on here, and what does that actually achieve, absolutely nothing.
No one was physically forced to sell, that was their entire decision as it was yours, why do others need to know values, or does this just emphasise then the need to post negatively against the company for their judgement decisions?
Everything at the moment is going in RMM's favour in my opinion, let's see what the New Year 2023 brings.
Yugo. Not every doomster is trying to find a cheap entry. Some have lost tens of thousands and have every right to be negative. I got out at 13p with a 35k loss and consider myself lucky. Clearly some are deramping but at present it makes no difference what you type given the suspension.
Don't mention copper prices rising on here, it will be followed by certain posters claiming the opposite, all negative, doom and gloom, the company not being able to mine it for what they are selling it for, so on and so on.
Copper is going in the right direction, alot of inventory specialists predicted this, but that is being positive which the doom and gloom gang can not accept and only wish to continue posting negative garbage to try and gain a cheap entry price.
When RMM are back trading, these ridiculous prices won't be seen again.
Let the copper price continue to rise, all will come good to those that are patient.
We are trying to engage with BoD. Of course they cannot disclose anything which should be in a RNS but we will be putting pressure on for a meaningful update for all shareholders. There is a a good percentage of shareholders who are working together to try to mitigate any poor outcome.
My early New Year hope for this share is simply for some official RNS'd clarity of the way forward.
Unlike several of the FUDsters (new and old), that so predictably now walk the halls here looking to drive sentiment as low as they can to (re)enter if a deal comes.
Those of us who actually have skin in the game simply want to see an honest & thought-out pathway, and as soon as possible please.
I will accept what arises and react accordingly, but let's see some worthwhile updates in the early New Year please Toby.
I personally would prefer obviously a positive plan, given the large financial commitment I have here. Even if, as is likely, realistically it comes at a price. So be it. Take it on the chin and carry on. But let's see the detail going on 4 months into their requested trading halt.
I hope TB, with the help of his new CFO thinks on that message over his Christmas break. He has responsibilities for what's gone on here. Both positive mining wise. But very negatively financially. Time to make the best of the latter now please and divi up as best you can.
Cheers.
Moose is another name of monkey ..post no 1 ...come on DJ ..just go to hell
The lender will decide, they own the mine.
Why the need to post that if not invested, you may get pleasure out of folk losing money, bit of a sad person.
Don’t think it’s possible for copper prices to rise high enough to actually bail RMM out of this situation… Odds are history will repeat itself and they’ll blow out the share count and no heads will roll for it.
DJ is back with a different name .go to hell monkey .
A few different views here, a number predicting a very good second half 2023.

>We will be one-third the way through six months of suspension on 26/7th December 2022.
Sorry, my bad, was counting from Sept in my head...
Suspension will be lift by March once they cleared all accounts payable and done a refinance deal with newgen .sp will be open 20p+ and quickly move to 30p+ by April as rmm will be much much more stronger than April 2022 with 600+ ton production per month and high copper price from March once china's covid situation will finally come to an end after 3 wave of covid I faction from Dec 2022 to march2023. Also rmm may be declare a $4+ hedge for the rest of the production for year 2023 once they complete this 1300ton they just hedge for 3.77/lb or 8300/ ton .
A BRIGHT FUTURE IS WAITING FOR RAMBLER AND THEIR INVESTORS BY SUMMER 2023.
We will be one-third the way through six months of suspension on 26/7th December 2022.
See of RNS 27th October.
All IMO
Iconic Labs has a Main Market listing, not AIM.
“don’t advertise what u don’t no” – in this case that’s more ironic rather than Iconic!
How’s life in Kiribati, Moon?
micru – while rule 41 does seem to apply here I believe they may be able to appeal (rule 45) and ask for an extension if needed and if justifiable? I haven’t checked the Appeals Handbook to see what that involves though, and I’m not familiar with any other case that may have successfully appealed. Just a thought.
On your last point - Iconic were actually forced into suspension due the appointment of Administrators, so a little different to RMM who requested a precautionary suspension while seeking clarification of the Company's financial position.
I did not claim to 'no'. I posted a resource, which anyone is welcome to feedback on, comment, and challenge.
'ur incorrect' and 'don't advertise what u don't no' are not ways of having a constructive conversation.
I also see for that company, the suspension was voluntary (just like here). I don't know if that changes things and Rules 40/41 apply for when the suspension is forced.
Iconic labs was suspended for more then 1 year please don’t advertise what u don’t no
