Exactly my thoughts, once this wee overhang goes i think it might go crazy IMO
Very interesting discussion re copper price and RMM on Vox podcast today. Can hear the interviewers surprise at the current mcap.
Think you'll be set up for life dj considering how many shares you own here.
I certainly will be,this will be a big part of my pension plan :-)
Be interesting to see if your around then ! Hope so.
At this junction although nice the SP does not matter to me. Nice to see it go up , but for me it’s a certainty anyway.
With potential companies like exploration people are up and down , ramblers story will be that or profit and production which underpins value.
In any event the market will value us accordingly when it sees any sniff of profit and the plan been executed, we are the early birds. 12 months is nothing to me , it flys by.
Interesting comments there, and i would add recent comments by GS on copper as i think they are on the money,i will be buying this initially up to 0.45p then more at 0.60p for longer term hold :-)
If you look at my posts you will clearly see that I see Rambler as grossly undervalued, it’s basically a covid bargain. Absolutely no way it will be sat at this value by the end of summer.
Should at least be double this SP for starters , its now fully funded to kick on.
I don’t see profit till next year but I expect some of the forward value will begin to be priced in as we move along the turnaround. Commencement of mining in the lower footwall after it’s been de-watered and opened up more by contractors , production moving north etc.
The market is a forward looking instrument of value. I know plenty of people that have this on the watch list as they know it will take off at some point.
People would rather buy at 0.40-0.45 area and chase other stuff.
Exploration potential alone is exciting , the grades are exceptional. If we can expand that drilling which we are that represents SP upside in itself.
Two things are going on here , the placing is churning.
The opportunity is clear at this copper price , the base case presentation is based on 2.9 copper , we are currently 4.2 copper and I see 5.00 copper this year.
If we move into 2022 with ore sorting in place leading to C1 cash costs reducing , fully unhedged and leveraged to the copper price , which we will be. Production at 1350 for starters. Grade increasing to 2%
If that all happens which I can’t see why not this will be making huge profits.
Ifs quite easy to see how this can move to 200 million cap next year.
It’s on paper a no brainer.
People looking at past performance should not the bad copper price environment. Maybe some are looking for copper to sustain this level and move higher.
I look to the outlook for copper and its extremely bullish from an inflationary point of view and a demand point of view.
Its worth looking at PERE Pembridge resources, copper play mcap only 5 million
Fair play to you sir :-) maybe we could agree at least that Rambler are looking grossly undervalued ??
I’m one of the most bullish people on here , but I’m also long term and can wait for full value.
I’m just wondering if you’ll be here soon!
Most of us here are chilled and content with waiting a few years for significant returns
I’m completely aware of the exploration potential , Ming north intercepts are worth the entire market cap.
I’m so pessimistic yes , that’s why I have only 135 million shares (recently increased by a few)
djryan, fair comments but i feel you are too pessamistic about Ramblers assets, you do know that only a small amount of the acreage has been explored to any extent ? going by some of the drilling results there could be some staggering copper belts laying there to tap into and on low capex basis too.Personally i dont listen to the rampers on here i look at the assets and the potential that lay within. The booming copper prices have made Rambler a different proposition to a few years back and now with a decent ceo it has a very good chance of some relative extraordinary revenues and profits.I still say Barrick will be eyeing this because their ROI,s on these assets would be amazing.
The mine is back up and running at reduced throughout ! The underwater areas are the lower footwall with the higher grade which are been opened up once de-watered. The more open shafts the more we ramp up alongside the new equipment been added daily. Rambler was left to fall to rack and ruin. It’s rebuilding production levels , a hugely exciting journey. Full name plate capacity should be around July but it will gradually increase from current levels.
Cornishknocker will know more about what level we are at now , I think it’s around 60% production.
They new water pump being installed this month so we are starting to get mine back up and running
No offence and your welcome here but your constant takeover chat is noted as a possibility. We don’t have to hear it on the hour !
Rambler is a very small operation for barrick , they are one of the biggest mining companies in the world. They would want to have a project that delivered bulk tonnage on scale.
To give you an idea they would want to mine at least 5 times our tonnage daily which means ramblers proven reserves would only last them 4 years !
We have oodles of exploration upside granted and little deer etc but this would need 20 million spending on drilling , they would also need to secure the relevant permissions and permits to expand.
I’m not saying a takeover isn’t possible by them as we are a sitting target at this level and especially with the copper outlook looking so bullish.
I’d more me looking at companies that are smaller wanting to expand operations and gain reserves.
In any given scenario I doubt rambler would be sold for anything less than 150-200 million.
That’s basically what it’s worth in my experience on the bottom case scenario with its reserves , infrastructure and potential/exploration.
In anybodies book the best way for us to make money is to pray rambler hold on to these assets and execute the turnaround.
The turnaround I believe is a formality at today’s copper price based on past performance been an absolute bottom case.
It’s very low risk and all that’s required is time.
I want a 200% uplift before I sell any , I believe a takeover is a quick fix that would not give us the value we want. Granted a quick 100% for traders fo celebrate but I want 200-300%.
You wont find many better ops in junior mining than Rambler at the moment IMO it has all the ingredients of doing another EUA style re-rate,not as high as them but certainly consistant and steady rises.I have a hunch this will soon be on the radar of a new intake of smart money coming in to get good gains off the copper boom.
Fingers crossed another one of my investments matures a bit early so I can put the money i here....
Fantastic copper play. And they have gold and silver as well.
Hope you're right but I feel the same way about Xtract. They are just discovering a huge copper/gold system in Aus and Anglo American have first dips on the prospect if they get to 2M tons of copper which it looks like they have. But the price is still low. I will now shut up about that company as this is the wrong board for that chat.
Its being played for someone to load at mates rates at the moment IMO when they finished it will explode out the blocks very quick and catch a few out who were hoping to top up cheap.Rambler is in play now.
Share price is hard to understand at the moment. Cannot help but feel a break into the 0.40-0.50 range is well overdue on the strength of copper alone.
No doubt those figures will be far exceeded in due course.
Well in terms of value / upside i dont think there is a better play in the copper market at moment, and when you add in a very decent new CEO and booming copper prices to the forecasted revenues this looks extremely attractive. If a bid comes in for the company it will be at many many multiples in my opinion,so that is another potential bonus that could play out.It is one of those incredible opportunities that only comes around a few times in a decade IMVHO
lol nuts imvho, imo, imho, just nuts imvho
Thanks FiveCandles.
I see the copper market doing well and have been looking at suitable companies for fa while !
Welcome Cygnus, you have timed your entry well IMVHO there are so many catalysts that will propel Rambler shortly and i think it is a gem of a share at these levels.Dont be suprised to see a takeover offer appear either as it is prime for one IMO
Well, I've just discovered Rambler which I find attractive as it's actually producing copper rather than hoping to do so one day. Bought 500000 as a toe in the water. Don't want to be accused of ramping but heard of Rambler while on the Xtract board which is another great copper prospect - I'll say no more.
