Tbh Ive always believed it would end in SISP then delist.
It's incredibly unlikely shareholders will get anything and Creditors may get money but potentially not all.
No harm in remaining hopeful but I'd expect the worst tbh. I think lizzo had finished vocal warm up and had just been handed the mic..
http://ramblermines.com/
Website has been saying "We're updating our website." since about yesterday. Wonder if it's just a default message like 404 or they planned something? Why not just shut it down at this point.
https://www.ukliquidators.org.uk/company-liquidation/creditors-voluntary-liquidation-cvl
"When a company is liquidated, all its assets are sold with the proceeds being distributed amongst outstanding creditors. "
RNS:
" it now remains very uncertain whether Rambler will derive any value from the CCAA process."
So Lizzo is on-stage belching, but there is still a chance someone throws a shoe and it lands right in her mouth?
Yep, sadly. all the best to existing holders here.
Take care all.
After that RNS, definitely The End.
And Begbies, I know them well...
Rambler not necessarily mentioned, but came across this recent interview from our favourite mining analyst:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DiL9Ea88o-w
I would be absolutely astonished if shareholders get anything out of this.
Definitely still a chance, I wouldn't bet my house on RMM tho (not again anyway) but we could have a return for sure.
So have I lost all my money or is there a slight chance of anything remotely being pulled out the fire?
Why just repeat stuff?
Why just repeat stuff?
Disappointing result here for Rambler, originally had so much promise with excellent tailwinds. Think poor decisions particularly the failure to hedge has cost them dearly.
Declaration of interested parties by next Friday?? (14th)
SISP process unaltered
Bit of reading in that!
From what I take on it,lights aren't fully off yet and there's a schedule for investment and bids from May till August?
For a simple company website with no high traffic, large bandwidth consuming media (videos etc.), no user database or any other similar large-scale data storage and compute requirements - the hosting fees are negligible.
How much do they charge for fees? Less than an RNS?
Amazing, isn't it, that in this day and age, the website is now down for 5 days and counting.
If you look up the domain, think it was registered with GoDaddy, who are not reporting any widespread incidents.
And going by this:
https://check-host.net/ip-info?host=ramblermines.com
The hosting is with Leaseweb USA who have a 99.999% "core uptime guarantee" and have no open ongoing incidents:
https://www.leasewebstatus.com/incidents
>Of all the things they chose not to RNS they thought this was news worthy
And after a delay. Like there was a council and deliberations on how to best approach the topic.
issue is they probably havent been paying hosting fees as well
They had to RNS the website failure (haha). 'Issue' with the provider. Watch it come back wiped of any compromising publications.
A few adults holding GCSE English (any grade) would be good here.
moonie can't put any info up because he just make,s it up as he plod,s along. still wondering how he said he went to cananda at xmas to the mine to speak with TB. TB was in the uk and the mine was closed. he used to say they needed 290mil then it was a 100 and he offered to keep the mine open. ha ha I wonder how his other investments are going. probably to the moon. Icon still not going in the right direction maybe you could buy it
Moon, the communication problem results in people becoming frustrated and upset with you, because you appear to be trying to convey important or restricted information, but do it in such a manner where it's not just the use of language, but the lack of specific information, which leads people to believe you are being deliberately misleading, or winding them up. If you don't want someone to proof read, or to use dictation software, then put more information in your posts, otherwise, quite reasonably, people will assume that you're just winding them up.
Not dylexic haha I really wish I was not but it is wht it is. 2 m chicken haha I never said that at all
