Question for everyone we’re u think our ceo is ?
In amongst all the teeth knashing. The posters never seen before, but with a so vital opinion.....
I still have this nagging question in by head ...
When the likes of DJ, GGG and so on were all dumping at 22, 20 and 17/16. As they so volumously told us....
Who was buying and why?
I don't buy it that these were all chancers on the other end, who as it continued to drop were happy to then sell themselves and lose more money as there was no short term bounce & profit.
If you take the guys I mentioned. Who both held a similar amount to me if you believe them. If you distributed that amount evenly ( I know it's not). But that would only take about 180 of us to own the whole company. Now with a good number of these peoples exits , how much of that stock is still in "private" hands .....
If not there now...... Whom is it with now?
Just something that bugged me, with the ease the shares got sold as the price fell ......
Still awaiting the CFO update. But interested in the above in meantime.
Cheers.
Alfreddie , cast your mind back to the big money problems we had in 2019/20
Short term bridging loans put in place by Aether and CElll mining fund, both owned by our chairman. Then that bought time for funds to be arranged
This time the mine is working and not flooded ,remember them days off a flooded mine yet now is actually producing its targets of copper .
Maybe this will happen again as Mills won’t let this slip from under his nose.
Don't think it's over
This is just to cover cashflow

What part of it's over don't any of you get ...
It's only a matter of time before creditors start stripping this sinking ship ...
Games up I'm afraid. ...
Face up to the truth the BOD have totally f*cked up .
The assets will we sold off with creditors paid off and the PI's let with their begging bowls getting SFA !!!
This will go the same way as POG it's a sinking ship with no where to go ...
Micru, Once the hole is plugged Rambler will be sailing high again.
>Not sure you can attribute blame on Ms Celeste van Tonder
We can't be sure, but from the outside, it seems like the typical no-win situation for someone new to the business, especially in a senior role.
You come into a new job and you have a choice: loudly voice all the things you identify that have been done wrong or try to sweep it under the rug. For now she absolutely deserves the benefit of the doubt, for the next year at least. The job is not just turning around a super-tanker, it's un-sinking it and then turning it around.
Not sure you can attribute blame on Ms Celeste van Tonder the current CFO she has only been in place since March 2022,
she is a specialist in the development of junior listed companies
with AIM experience and expertise in the establishment of financial processes,
reporting systems and implementation of risk and governance.
A great deal of work has also been done on the Company's financial systems and
this has provided the Company with much better clarity on its cost structure and opportunities for improvement.
I can only assume that it is due to her expertise that these systems have been put in place
and brought to light the current financial situation.
The drop was overdone by a mile! Cheap as chips, mates got some discount shares, now what's next, placing at 5-6p, I don't think so, has to be much higher 6p?
especially if it is for a new CFO. Not sure I like the current 'interim' one. Sorry, bit of humour. GLA, Dan
13/09/2022 Rambler advertise new jobs,surely that's a positive sign.
When u think abt it k2 must of know. Why they was selling.. and the rns is strange letting it keep going down why ??
The Company will keep the market fully informed as the proposed balance sheet restructure progresses and Rambler extends its appreciation to all of its stakeholders for their support to date as it completes this process.
At this stage, it is not certain whether the capital will be in the form of equity, a restructure of debt, or a combination of the two.
But to get answer by email it’s joke never reply why I done calling try for urself. However rmm get money it has affected us as shareholders. Am down still annoyed that rns was open for attack. Kinda felt it done on puspose
Know 0 lives next to mine if am correct just call them ask I called the 2 numbers anyway Canada one and English one. U be passed to accounting firm is English one.
I keep saying placing because I believe it will happen. And we are sort of money that is why. Why I believe after we get money. I be laughing but depend how they gonna do it not financial advise
That I can’t disclose but asked fly out and see mine for myself. Explained few things. After that waiting next step. Our good friend know 0 done same
And what have they said to you?
Call them that what I been doing
I have messaged twice once on the drop asking about the RNS and again today and I have had nothing back whatsoever!
I see that we are having the third set of Price Monitoring Extensions in a week. Are they gloating at the damage they caused (and continue to do)?
Has anyone had any sort of response from the 'Board of Directors'?
Look at last time they needed to sort out financing in much worse conditions. Went from 16p to 45p in a couple of week. At 16p it looked like all the hope was gone...
@jonpwh exactly, we know the likes of VW and other manufacturers are looking to secure supply chains, our debt is chicken feed for someone like that
