If you believe the RNS Caravanboy.
Based upon the board's discussions with the Company's brokers and debt funders, the Board reasonably believes that it will be successful in securing the necessary required fundings.
The balance sheet requires restructuring to support the operations by accelerating repayment of legacy commitments made during the intense Covid period and bringing operational accounts payable balances back to current terms. In addition, rescheduling of the repayment of debt to match Rambler's operational cash flow generation and further capital expenditures to create further efficiencies is required.
Managing cashflow constraints are impacting the mining schedule and therefore resolution of legacy commitments is an immediate priority. Following a review of the latest Group working capital forecasts, the Group needs to raise funds to materially reduce the current creditor position in the short term and for general working capital in the next 12 months through an issue of new equity and restructuring of debt. The forecasts assume that agreement can be reached with NewGen to defer capital payments into 2023. However, whilst the Company is engaged in discussions with NewGen, there can be no certainty that NewGen will agree to defer or reschedule the repayment of its loan, or in the event that the loan is deferred and payments are rescheduled, the terms on which the revised loan will be secured.
The Group's ability to continue operating in the normal course of business is dependent upon establishing sufficient operating cash flows from the Ming Mine,
You can't even speak never mind invest Goingto.
3p great 1p my target it’s best time in rmm history no one can see that
This has gone down everyday and those that brought have all paid a higher price than the close of business today,I have watched from the side lines attempting to catch a falling knife,I admit I thought 8p was about right .so I'm shocked that it's the price of today.im going to take a punt at anything less than 3p or wait for next rns.i personally feel this will end up on the asx,I remember reading months ago that this could be the plan
What price would you pay mr moon, for a punt,I'm thinking 2.5p
U see people pay for charts lot of money sometime there saying chart are the insider info
Any asset values for RMM will not be near predicted market values. Take NewGen and the asset their loan is secured on - any buyer would wait to see when RMM defaults and NewGen takes control. All NewGen would want is its loan and associated fees repaid - they wouldn't care about the sale price being heavily discounted so no buyer will pay even 50% of asset value and it may be far lower than that. The only hope in that scenario is to have several interested parties but even then they could decide to form a consortium and give a lowball offer.
RMM is on its knees with no leverage over potential business dealings.
Moon, FFS while you are over there, buy the company and show them how its done.
In the end TB will get his bonus big style
That chart I did in nov 2021 I said I see big problems all of u called me idiot abuse die kill ur mother. But in the end chart was right
Obviously...
It’s all done to get their friends in I keep saying that. Thing are done on purpose
Company's sale value depends on the asset it has even in underground and the potential of the asset .rmm has shortbof money to dig the copper from underground doesn't mean current production capacity of 8000+ton / year and hundred of millions of reserve in underground doesn't attract big fishes .
You have no money to buy petrol to drive a Porsche doesn't mean the car has less value .if you sell the car to a person ( even less value than original price ) he will buy the petrol and drive the car .
Translator argh tpd
1350 Tod not tod
how about the rns from November, or October saying 1350 tod will be achieved in December??? Rmm people and TB should be locked up for lying...
Do you have anything to say what happened to us.any suggestion about fire sell or anything else
People were dreaming of 1p before consolidation and now scared of 1p ..what the hell they did with this company which have such a great potential .if you knew your balance sheet is weak why you didn't hedge when copper was 4.50+ .
Here in Canada as I said 1p it is
Talk of any near term sale for 30p is delusional. The company can’t find investors or mainstream lenders because it is an accounting basket case that nobody trusts.

Or pertinent to this BB now, and all the returning vultures..
"A Town Called MALICE... !"
