I'm a newbie to invevesting at around 6 months and I figured out that the 100 to 1 consolidation should be a good thing. I don't know much as of yet, but I'm learning. Pretty disheartening to see the 20%+ drop on Friday but I have an average of 0.33 so I'm not at all worried as I have a long term goal of holding for 3-4 years anyway. Massive thank you to CK, DJ and many others for thier posts and for whoever attracted me to RMM on reddit a couple of months back.
I also added considerably on Friday. Removing circa 35% of the Market capitalisation from last weeks highs due to ‘delays’ during a turnaround is severely exaggerated. Not to mention the numerous positives within the RNS which have gone completely overlooked (for now).
You’ll struggle to find a better long term investment:
- Very Experienced, reputable BOD.
- Phenomenal Macro Environment.
- Safe Jurisdiction.
- fully owned assets with significant proven resource.
- Current Mcap of a junior explorer.
27/04/21 Toby Bradbury “ From a standing start in the middle of December 2020, we expect it to take 9 to 12 months to achieve this recovery. There is complete confidence that all the issues can be addressed and the true potential of the Ming Mine will be realised."
Id also add, pullback caused by under educated investors following the herd with no understanding of Rambler and panic selling because they havent seen a 25% weekly increase in the sp. This has been more than highlighted recently by people that appear to have bought into the company without basic research, not appearing to understand the share decline over the past year and also suggestion they dont understand how a 100 to 1 consolidation works.
You must be reading a different rns to the rest of us. My one dont mention a cash call. Investigating finance yes.... in scheme of things like going to the bank and asking for 6 months turnover, as for caused drop, more like hit stop losses.
Obviously this was the reason for the drop causing panic selling. What i find difficult to get my head around is that on Feb 16 the company declared its position, post funding.I presume these statements on that date were as result of detailed analysis with regard to production conditions, production costs, capital costs and all other financial requirements relevent to end of of quarter 1----44 days.At the end of said period either un- fore seen problems surfaced ,or the primary analysis were found to be inadequate. In any event the CEO could and should have been more up front and detailed in his statement last friday. That said i substantially increased my position on friday late afternoon and am convinced that RMM will prove to be a very good investment in the not too distant future.
