Add to that, disappearing post offices and very limited parcel sizes at reasonable price.
I haven't seen an auto parcel station yet, do they take up to small parcel only?
If there is no profit and no divi next year what will the sp be then?
Surely that's the time to buy and not now?
Buying more before the closing bell if it stays below £2... might even buy more anyways...! People are handing a 9% yielding share away for nothing!
skier1 what was the SP 6 months ago?
That spare cash is only a few million and could evaporate in weeks in the event of a strike, recession, etc.!
With strikes, relentless angry unions, slow-witted management, appalling productivity, low automation, overstaffed sorting offices, Brecession, plunging letter deliveries, fading parcel share, and a collapsing shareprice already down -70% in 6 months, the outlook here for RMG is very bearish.
This could be the beginning of the end.
Union officials are hoping for redundancy payoffs...they might end with statutory minimum and a new job on a zero hours contract!
Please dont rely on Simplywallstreet. Have a look at their views on Eddie Stobart..they didn't even make a note that trading was suspended in ESL.
The RMG shareprice has collapsed -70% in 6 months!
The charts suggest this will fall under £1 in 2020. Any whiff of a Brexit recession and it could quickly plunge into the 10-50p range by 2021.
This looks very much like British Leyland of the 1960s to 1990s. Slow-witted management and angry unions driving the company into the ground. A slowmotion car crash.
