you got a link please ?
Even though I’m out (at £5.86) weeks ago I find myself watching the share price everyday like a hawk.
Part of me would love to see the price smash through the £6 barrier and reach new highs (for the long suffering long term holders) and part of me would welcome a huge drop in price (sorry long term holders) to buy back in.
BERNSTEIN RAISES ROYAL MAIL PRICE TARGET TO 650 (575) PENCE - 'MARKET-PERFORM'???
There are a hardcore five to ten percent of full timers that do regular overtime in my mail centre. This agreement will mainly benefit the part time workers that regularly do a 38 hour week but aren't recognised as full time and therefore don't reap the benefits of full time working such as annual leave entitlement. The tide is changing now as more of our part time workers are being offered full time contracts which should benefit both employees and employer.
Where have you seen 75 % doing overtime?
Virtuality no overtime in the office I work in ... been very quiet this last month or so with just a few busy days
with 75% of posties doing overtime, it'll cost a lot!!
Schnarff I completely agree with you. I dont normally click on the videos as they are normally daft music etc or idiots like this chap instead of useful info, but after your comment I did. This idiot filming is clearly enciting people into an argument. I believe the gentleman he insulted and the policewoman had alot more patience than I would have..I'm not a violent person but he would of pushed my buttons..complete idiot. We are in a pandemic and police etc have better things to be doing..a complete waste of resources...people should not just be allowed to video anyone or anything just because its a public place. The world really has gone mad!!
I’ll respectfully disagree.
The person who makes/films those videos is just a complete waste of time.
Royal Mail Goons and Botox Police. Excellent Video lol lol

This is no doubt adversing affecting share price today:-
“It is the third month in a row that the proportion of online sales has fallen, but the ONS said they "remain nearly 60% higher than the level seen in February 2020" before the pandemic”.
It looks like the CWU have reached an agreement with RM over "average holiday pay" with back pay going back two years. The biggest winners will be part time employees who have racked up extra hours each week, in some cases working more hours than full time employees. I know that in my mail centre there are quite a few part timers who always appear ever present with many doing over 48 hours each week for weeks on end.
It will be interesting to see how much this is going to cost RM or if it is going to affect the SP, it may be priced in already.
