Fruitster, RM were willing to change to an all electric fleet in London's congestion charge area, however I am led to believe by a very reliable internal source that this was put in hold due to the lack of charging points and also a concern from the electricity suppliers that they currently may not be able to meet demand at peak times, especially as TFL were also planning to increase their electric fleet.
Good.
red not a problem and not offended mate
Wolves it's not my place to criticise you and that's not the intention. Just an observation.
fruit agreed...… in ten/15 yrs high st shopping will be gone and replaced with city center apartments…. I call them flats.....climate change will be massive agenda for the political parties.. but royal mail will still be the easy target. royal mail are leading the way... especially in london with the emission tax....
hey I accept criticism and also give it too...lol
great to hear red....
Again just my observation FWIW.
fair play red...
How am I?
Bloody amazing ;-)
It might be your SOH wolvsey, but you don't need to play to that crowd. Not my business of course. Just my opinion as a mate.
red thats my sense of humour mate..... love the responses... keeps me alert..lol…. by the way red hows you?
fruit forget carbon neutral... lets see a level playing field that royal mail has to adhere to...(re ofcom)… we have the likes of Hermes yodel etc employing people using own cars with no insurance to compete against us and undercut us..... surely ofcom got to look at this and regulate the parcel industry. after all royal mail is an easy target...
Wolves. It's your opinion not your advice. Why pander to those suggesting your alcoholic. If your not, ignore them. If you are it's your business no need for the drunkard act. :-)
fruit weather is not like it used to be.... thing is its easier online now so traffic is always going to increase... adverse weather does increase volumes.. as for delivering then all couriers face the same battle..... strongest survives and hope thats us.... sorry not hope but sure thats us...
my opinion red is buy...………. but please anyone this is advice only and if you need to invest please see a financial advisor if in doubt who will love to take his/her percentage for the advice.....me just buy me a pint...hic...lol
You have a pocket full of cash. Given the outlook of Tories likely to win, strikes at least postponed, record volumes of parcels it seems. Would you buy or sell ?
jb weather will affect every courier... so no reason to worry.... have a great evening
That's great to hear that there are great volumes of traffic, hopefully the weather stays kind keeps everything flowing well.
hope so jb and to be fair no reason not to be buys.... we hitting day to day records compared to same period in 2018..
wolvesposty too difficult to tell if sells or buys, I expect the majority were buys given the positive day we have had. Hopefully another good day ahead tomorrow.
