IMPORTANT please can you check with your broker online or phone to see if you can buy #RGO stock, even try a dummy trade / order today. If your broker does not let you buy please email nick.leeATrgo-plc com
If we can only sell and not buy this shareprice Is going one way!!!
Can't remember when we have seen such volume.
Impatient sellers and opportunistic buyers. Now what?
GL
Geeso this gets worse :-( very much hang on in there
Agreed, an RTO works just as well for RGO and good to see that Conduity wish to subscribe for shares...
An ipo is fine for us in rgo
This RNS just released this morning.
The RTO is off the cards and they instead intend to do an IPO.

Not HL but II (Interactive Investor) no doubt for the same reason. I will talk to them about it.
Sorry. My previous post was about why you can’t buy rgo on Hargreaves platform currently
Still not received mine, holding with x-o (Jarvis Investment).
If you are on hl it is because hl have applied mifid2 rules to several shares that the rules aren’t applicable to. Blu and rgo are 2 that I know about
So until rgo sort it out by either convincing hl that mifid2 does not apply to them or alternatively just supply hl with some form with zeros on it (costs and charges I think) then you can’t buy on hl
You can buy on other platforms
got mine friday, all recieved and no probkems#
Received dividend on Friday. II won't let me buy more. I wonder why.
Just went and looked and I’ve been paid in one but not the other. Typical Halifax
I can confirm that I have received the RGO dividend payment in both my II and my HSBC accounts today.
Hope this helps answer your question
Is today not the proposed dividend payment day?
seems like a huge amount and has the PCC in the title??
Meanwhile, the software developer announced a three-year unsecured funding facility with RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd worth USD30 million to allow Dev Clever to pursue growth opportunities "with sustained confidence". The initial advance will be USD5.0 million.
It carries a 10% interest rate and a 1% implementation fee.
The facility is dependent upon Dev Clever's re-admission of shares to the London Main Market. The firm expects re-admission to occur before the end of January 2023.
Now rns supports sell and buy by director
2 so close together are usually a transfer between parties. So a buy and a sell is my guess
Two very large transactions that look like sells just gone through, but price marginally up. Any clues?
Think PM have held a substantial interest in rgo for a long time.
Miton Premier have a good track record of backing growth companies.
But someone is not fulfilling their duties to the market. There is no way Miton bought 13.89% on the open market in the past couple of days without the share price nudging up. So either they have been buying small amounts for a long time and not declaring as they passed each %age, or they bought the holding off another major holder, who hasn't declared they sold out/down.
The RGO shareholder's page on their website has already been updated to show Miton at 13.89%, so does anyone have records of previous major shareholding registers? The Wayback Internet machine isn't working for this page.
https://riverfortglobalopportunities.com/shareholders/
Just 1% ? The TR-1 seems to show a new circa 14% holding and previously having no holding.
Premier Miton are well known for taking smart positions in undervalued small cap Companies and they typically invest on the basis of it being as a long term holding. Certainly good timing by them to get in just ahead of getting the 4% dividend.
Bodes well.
Looks like Miton up another 1% holding...
Starting to see a few more share suspensions, lack of money in the system overall which is when rgo says more favourable choices come to them. I hope their making good decisions, batten down the hatches for a while as the economy screeks lower
I would class the loan they made just 3 months ago to Deepverge (ticker: DVRG) a Company with lots of cutting edge tech and growth potential as being decent (notwithstanding that DVRG has a seller (Helium) at moment that is depressing their SP, but that should not last long).
