Indeed, on the first review of the loan - delivered by Riverfort Global Opportunity (so not RGO) - it has a 4% coupon and the facility can be extended at 1% fee per month...
The facility can also convert to shares at a 10% discount to the VWAP (normally on a 3 month basis)
RGO will likely have been part of this short term loan - maybe around $300k to $500k?
looks like a good deal...pxc should do well in next 3 years Copper will be part of the great metals bull market that is just starting imho
See the recent RNS from Phoenix Copper. It looks like RGO lent them $2mm very recently
Live Co Group PLC said on Monday it has arranged to fully repay a debt facility early in cash via a new equity subscription following last month's announcement.
The Surrey, England-based live events and entertainment company said it has raised GBP200,000 via issuing 10.0 million new shares at a price of 2.0 pence per share.
Live Co said it has been agreed that the first GBP50,000 instalment will be paid in cash between April 15 and May 30, with the remaining GBP50,000 settled in either cash or by the issue of ordinary shares commencing on August 1.
Monday's announcement comes after Live Co declared it received an unconditional offer for a prepayment facility and had entered a deal for the provision of up to GBP500,000 short-term working capital in the form of an institutional placing agreement back in February.
The company had said it would draw down GBP217,474 gross as an initial prepayment, while its investor RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd, would on closing also subscribe for 5.7 million ordinary shares for a total of GBP56,543.16.
you can sell the shares on HL but not buy.
I have some in my isa with ii. I had to do it over the phone.
Well I was able to buy some on IG this morning into an ISA account. Took a while as orders rejected a lot of times. Not sure about other platforms.
Anyway can be patient and should come good
Well I suppose if they get it back up trading on HL and IG, it might stand a chance
Is that likely to change any time soon. ?
Meanwhile... cheap down here
Exactly the same problem using Interactive Investor, that you can't buy RGO.
Thanks for the response. Hopefully they get it sorted quickly.
HL have suspended buying as the company have not submitted the correct KID forms.
HL is incorrect as the relevant form is sitting in plain sight on the RGO website.
HL have been informed but seem to care little.
BOD still not submitted the relevant forms or is this a new issue?
Either way needs to get sorted quick.

Noticed RNS this morning from Conduity Capital (link below) regarding the IPO timing for Smarttech247 being lined up for 15th December. Just checked the Smarttech247 website and don’t see any equivalent news announced on there yet and so this RNS could be the first mention of it to the public and hence it is likely still somewhat under the radar this morning.
It’s excellent news for RGO to have Smarttech247 becoming a public listed Company.

Gaussin looks to be an interesting Company with significant growth potential. Corporate video available on their website.
Wonder if RGO are using the funds recently returned by Deepverge towards making their timely investment here.
