Before making a punt have a little peek at the form book. Before Echo had actually run it was known as Sound 2 at a time when the Sound Energy share price was 90p. Investors were begging Mr Parsons for it to be created. Times have changed. The reputation of Mr Parsons has been dragged through the mud. No small investor has any intention of following him here. There will be no feeding frenzy. Your betting slip is worthless.
The climate has changed here after a long period of low pressure shareholders can now expect an even longer period of heavy showers as billions and billions of new shares start raining down on them causing major flooding . 3 times a many shares that are presently in issue arrive all at once and with only a few months to absorb them before a further 3 billion are added.
Even after all that RGM will still be holding £760k of debt @ 8% unless of course Parsons converts creating a further 3 billion after that .
Total 10.5 billion shares to be added thats 700% dilution .
A £10,000 investment exactly this time last years is today worth £350 and thats before 700% dilution .
lol barnet
So basically you're just offering "jam tomorrow" hopes and dreams, a classic pump and dump, nothing remotely tangible to base it on just "hype". And I should fall for this nonsense why exactly . . . . ? Because some other share once had a big rise
"Invest here because another company went big" is classing Ramping 101 handbook stuff.
What next?
"something brewing"
"it's like a coiled spring"
"won't stay at these levels for long"
"wouldn't want to be out of this at the weekend"
etc etc
Once again, the RNS clearly states the intention is to flood the share issue with up to 7 billion+ more shares issued at the bargain bucket price of 0.0275p. I'd consider myself a complete idiot to pay any more than that for shares here. Common sense TBH.
Been a disaster here. But worth a punt now but only with punting money. Parsons has a lot of followers. Remember Echo ....did a reverse and went over 22p even though a placing at a fraction of that was agreed to all holders? Lost 90 per cent since but most of us took the big cash when the price went crazy. Could see this going up ten fold at some stage on hype so a buyer here myself. Wait for the day this soars. Punting stock!!!
