Magic
As you already know I only have 1 share that I have kept for many years to qualify me to enter AGMs should I choose.
Zumore I think Stephen was referring to the last vote not this one .
But how on earth are they going to be able to add up all the votes if there are a billion more unofficially in circulation?
Not really. Owning millions of shares in a company might be exciting for the small investor. The big time. But these shares are available in the millions because the company is on its backside. Poor decisions, poor assets, failed dreams. The future is in the hands of C4 energy or there is no future. It is their ballgame, it is their purposes. The nativity of the small investor is being exploited on several levels.
Surely all the resolutions will be passed here, or am I missing something?
Partridge you are quite simply wrong.
It doesn't really matter. The RGM share price is where it is because the assets have been proven to be u/s. The time must be spent buying fresh assets for the new story. The old will be removed. You are trying to create panic in a puddle. Enjoy it while it lasts. As long as you realise the flood of debt and shares is on the way. Small investors are going to be left with nothing. You are aiding C4 energy achieve its goal.
Haha your a lowlife Stephen! Making out you may not vote it through. Some suckers will probably get stuck high on a spike. Then come the GM you'll vote it through and then you'll post what a wonderful deal it was and it was great for the company.
No morals.
Panic panic panic. ??
Will he?
Don't confuse my approval of changes at RGM, with that of obvious forward selling by some nefarious types.
The 2 things aren't linked.
Don't worry 16% RGM shareholder Stephen Pearce will have spoken to most of the RGM management and other large RGM shareholders and he and the others will be voting in favour of all the RGM resolutions. Earlier in the week he was very enthusiastic about James Parson's and the proposed RGM mass dilution.
Of course if he wants to become one of the most loathed investors on AIM then he should lie to gullible fellow investors, let them get fleeced at christmas.
More than a possibility. The forward sells are easy to spot on here over the last few trading sessions.
This is now all in the public domain, people are aware of what’s going on. A couple of brokerages will be a little worried after the NEW debacle.
What I find appalling is the fact they still have the facility to forward sell? Especially after what happened at Cornhill. How can you sell something that just simply does not exist yet
Need minimum amount of clear days notice before a GM
Why wasn't the GM far earlier than the 23 of December ! Basically opening the door to the possibility of mass forward selling !
Understand the scenario for the short squeeze. But I don't see it happening. The motions will go through at the GM and the share price will fall post December 23rd. These people will sell right down to 0.0275p and if necessary lower. There is going to be a long period of no news. But this raise is the tip of the iceberg. Expect much more.
Can't help but sense you've gone and had a punt here booboo and gotten caught. My sympathy if you did.
There's only one reason for the SP crash imo and that's the RNS and its proposal to issue 7 billion+ shares at 0.0275p.
Can't understand why anyone would punt this given that RNS. Of course shareholders could reject the proposals but given people like Stephen are well down on their investments and don't want to just walk away and write them off, I suspect they will vote the proposals through. Not good really because everyone knows how dilution works. AIM companies make their money by ripping off mugpunters with "jam tomorrow" hype and watch them buy placee's discounted shares for a premium. Those who vote for the proposals are imo basically supporting that whole system of dilution and ripping off mugpunters. Shame on them.
What happens if that assumption doesnt happen?
and
Is this the reason for the SP deflating so early off a RNS spike? I was expecting a hold at 006 BTW
Yep remember that. Cornhill Capital were fined over £200K for forward selling that placing.
Perhaps other should be worried?
It's been happening elsewhere very recently.
Most run of the mill placings use existing authorities.
This one is very different, it's 100% conditional on the GM.
If you're familiar with what happened in NEW a few years ago, that was forward sold, then placing pulled. Rules changed after that to prevent such nefarious activities.... In theory :/
Yes stephen a very common practise sadly.
I understand now , thanks.
No zumore, I sensed didn't spot and as with many on here I sense anger bitterness and frustration and among that genuine nonsensical negativity rehashing the same old tripe because it's cost you.
The company doesn't authorise forward selling, nor could it.
Stock is issued to clients post GM.
Only a broker of a placee could forward sell. Basically sell on a T20 delayed settlement, under the assumption the stock to replace it is received after the GM.
Well spotted Zumore , I have made the same observation.
Alles Klar.
