My guess, if this go into profit with the new strategy, might worth alot
I'm lost with this one based on the fact it kept placing shares on the market at a discount and to pay a dividend with this amount on shares would not benefit it. Like most of my holding from the past I still keep an eye on it but not my cash. I hope it comes good for all the small shareholders who have lost thousands on this one. Its a shame this management wasn't in from the start.
Decent set off results. Management restructure seems to bearing fruit.....net result....one trade for a sell 70,000 shares.
I'll be interested when we start to see the results of the Capital Reduction and ability to start paying distributions.
Am I the only external shareholder here.....seems like it..
Back now and see my broker wasn't troubled...ho hum
Wake me up when something happens.... going on holiday for a bit and left a sell order with my broker for 15p...laughed and told me to look outside as they are coming to pick me up!!!
And another good rns Get rid of the deadwood. I really like this management

Yes quiet.....zzzzz
Do you have a link to the presentation?
A quiet board indeed. The investor show 2019 presentation by the company was very good. I expect some good news flow this year.
Almost two months without a post on here....slowest share ever...ha ha. good news story seems to have dried up?
19 March for admissions of the placing shares.
Anyone know if the new shares issued for the acquisition have been issued and admitted already or are they later on?
Cheers
Profits to me materially ahead of expectations
Bought in
Check out today's company changing RNS.
Interesting RNS today, showing that R4e are living up to their promises of branching out. G. Neville obviously has many contacts and millions of social media followers, so very positive imo.
I left in Jan. I just didn't see the data and information side of the business coming together and after doing some further research I parted ways. Good luck all.

In July 2017, the Group agreed a variation of the covenants on its 3-year secured asset based debt facility with PNC Business Credit ('PNC') to reflect the shift in the weighting of the Group's revenues in 2016 and 2017 which affected the 12-month rolling covenant test. The Company has met all the covenants to date in 2017 but a more recent shift in revenues towards the end of the year and into 2018 may result in a potential breach of the monitoring covenants in the third quarter; however, the Company does expect to still be comfortably within the banking covenants for the full year. The Company and PNC are monitoring the position carefully and remain in close correspondence, but the Directors of the Company understand that PNC remains supportive of r4e.
