Hence the wink ?? ;-)!!!
You didn't misread anything.
A thought on Bergen. I've tracked the AIM companies that Bergen have granted facilities for at the end of the last year and the vast majority of them now have significantly higher SPs than at the time and the time immediately after the convertibles were issued. This leads me to conclude that the market overreacts to the dilution, where the injection of cash allows the company to move forward to a stronger position.
Hmm... sorry mis-read "drivel"...;_)
Ahhh... the Dremell multi-tool..Now your talking Salinger...Have you seen the spec of the new cordless version, with 5 yes 5! Tools thrown in ...with you all the way!!!!
Absolutely. QFI being a pre-commercial company has allowed many shareholders to own relatively large numbers of shares that they would not have been able to afford if we had been awarded a contract by now. That's the risk-reward play that we're in. Equally, Bergen I'd guess would be regarded by many as an unpopular agreement but it has allowed me to purchase many more shares than if the share price had remained at todays price.
Good chance it will happen, so not a bad buy @5.3p. Many bought in the 30’s and 40’s with less going for us than now, so a very good risk/reward scenario methinks.
I got to say your probably the only person pleased we don't have a contract yet. At this rate your going to be ecstatic if nothing happens over the next few months.
Every day is like a Saturday and Sunday with QFI, still no contract after 14 years.
But it is the weekend, after all. Perhaps an unofficial rule that accommodates non topic subjects on Saturday and Sundays can be tolerated.
Fair point and normally I’d agree with your sentiment.
Off-topic conversations usually develop when there’s zero company news to discuss. Active projects have been talked over for months, comes a point there’s nowt more to say other than Groundhog Day discussion.
I have no personal interest in crypto currency, never got it and have no intention of spending time trying to do so. But if others enjoy passing the time a little off topic at times then I don’t see what harm it does during these periods. I don’t mind intelligent discussion on most topics, not so keen on drivel, but I can always ignore it.
Perhaps the conversation about the merits of crypto would be better served on a board that deals in such e.g coin base. Your posts have nothing to do with QFI or the industry were in. This board would be better served to remain on topic.
Cannot be a scam, if Law firms use it between themselves to move your funds and it’s instant. And the likes of visa accept it. They have done their due diligence.
@refreshgames
Yes the technology of an open ledger is very neat and I can think of many enduring uses such as proving the provenance of assets of enduring value, or even consumable commodities.
a crash in crypto has the potential to trigger a world recession, the more people that get suckered into it, the more certain and severe that will be
Never a truer word spoken.
:)
I find it difficult to get into Crypto myself, it seems to have...errr.. less behind it, more a method of currency exchange or a way to get some expensive JPEGs (NFTs).
I must be missing something and I get the whole decentralized thing is kinda neat but haven't we had pretty much the equivalent things available to us for ages? Bureau de change anyone? Buying artwork?
I'll stick with regular stocks for the moment :)
I hear that Bill & Melinda are starting a new investment/fund.. Called Happy Families..
I'd recommend Dogecoin! It's got a lovely picture of a dog on it!
Get in contact with me, I have a black tulip in which you can buy a part.
You may have made a bad mistake (or dare I say a gaffe). I think that at last this share is about to blossom.
May have made a rash decision. But sold out. Doubled my money. Just looking at crypto companies now. As gains are bigger. Far to small gains here. After being in a year. Its easy to make gains on crypto that is the market now. People are shifting money out of companies. And aim
