Guys you can't even play the straight game when even filtering . You state to the whole whole world you filtered me but you have not.
Now then let's continue over your ramping at the Sipiem Court case
Schalf
I think fig phoned you ,
Filtered this time.
Ultimately, No one is here for the court case solely.
They would have been waiting for years.
As for someone who expects no money from a court case, but takes up more space than anyone else of late, is bizarre and frankly strange behaviour, If that was me, or any level headed rational investor, he would have moved on months ago.
I wouldn’t be a holder and waste my F-precious time on a BB. Yet you’re always here..
That said - Shaef FILTERED .
Glad I questioned it.
- filtered for good-
Bigger fish to fry.
Eddie,
Yes, relentlessly. Sooner that's all dealt with the better. Would be a nice bit of dough, but the real bread as you say is in the tech
To go abit deeper for you, if they are found guilty. The sum awarded will have to be divided up .....and either divided equally or amounts to who had great percentage responsibility.
So those who are not insured including heir .....will they have the money or found a way to spirit it all away.
Please do not cherry pick words out of RNS
The court case has to be won yet. Until it is, it's all moot.
@Sajad maybe you should be transparent when quoting statements from RNS . It actually states the insurance companies are covering professional indemnity cover to the majority of the eight defendants.
So, including the heir how many are not insured and you can bet the insurance is waiting for the wording of the court verdict if they can make a bolt for it.
Schalf
A lot of misinformation surrounding QBT is being spread on public forums by one individual.
Maybe FG needs to consider seeking legal advice regarding the misrepresentations.
I think you maybe need to take a break, Schalfenplanet. Take that shaggy dog of yours out for a walk. Life is too short to get gnarled up about things posted on here.
Ta ta.
Indeed Sajad.
Obliged. I had replied re P.I. insurance to Toger's post.
Tripodman good for you, but I am no longer that man.......I have respect for myself
Schalf
The RNS dated 10 February 2020 clearly shows Legal representatives of all parties involved in the claim appeared in Court, including the legal representatives of two insurance companies, (among the largest operating in Europe) which have provided professional indemnity cover to the majority of the eight defendants. The insurance documents seen by the Directors indicate that, for this specific case, the professional insurance cover is €1,000,000 per year, per insurance company. Therefore, €2,000,000 per year of cover has been provided. The alleged misconduct described in the claim took place over a number of years.
There is Indemnity cover in place and the independent expert has valued the claim at 7.8 million.
We are now following the courts timetable.
GLA
Yes Tripodman , but look at the wording
e.g you could have insurance for a dog but the insurance wont cover for the dog not be ing looked after.
So, If a bunch of directors allegedly defrauded the company and were found guilty the insurance is not there for that the money will be seized from their estates and heirs estates .
The insurance will cover the employees thieving Not the alleged former owners of potential thieving. Hence why the heir had to be advised whether he would take on the potential debt
Schalf
Personally, I couldn't care less what an anonymous person on an anonymous forum has to say about me. Not one iota. Water off a duck's back.
so my question for you all, why troll me, I kept quiet did not want anything to do with the lies ? its a reasonable question?
If you look at his post history he is called his mates on ARB a bunch of idiots, I wonder what he would say about you in a few months.
I have never insulted you , but you have shown rudeness and abuse
Schalf
I did try alerting you all was not well, but everytime I was thwarted by Eddie telling me basically to shut up.
When I went silent keeping some of my shares here, he then pursued me onto another board .....so guess what, these are his words:

Schalf my friend. Not sure what your notes have but feel I have to bring you up to date. JS has been out for some time now, RNS says so and the court claim has been assessed as being fair up to €7.8m again RNS. Unless you know something outside of RNS mate?
Have a look at fidelity guarantee insurance.
So Eddie563 after me please Repeat: we do not harass people on other boards who are keeping their silence on Eddie563 ramping.
No insurance covers the money that been allegedly stolen the defendants and heir have to pay
Simple
Schalf
Really.......obviously some members on this board like to harass others but don't like it when the person comes back and start spelling out the truth
Like : there is No insurance that pays out if you have allegedly nicked the money....is there ?
So people have been lying and deceiving others
Schalf
I think the majority of people on here have you filtered, which is why you are not getting a response.
Silence is a bit deafening fellas , unless you are going through all my posts about Insurance????
Help go through schalfs posts about Insurance to try and discredit him......if that does work we copy pastes someone's else's then blame schalf ....Eddie563 ring a bell
Schalf
Oh dear , so all the posts from the posters stating that the insurance will pay for the money that's been allegedly nicked .......... are WRONG & MISLEADING.
you are in for a great Time unless you were Ramping to get out....Eddie563 does that apply to you ?
Schalf
Maybe someone needs to tell the insurance company...........I m sure they will roll over and accommodate your wishes in repaying the money.............I bet they are a right chuckle
Schalf
So the insurance will not be repaying the money that's been allegedly nicked.
As I said again, if there was such an insurance we would all be bang at it !
Schalf
The heir is now involved because the case resolution will have an obvious effect on any estate left by the deceased.
