Should've travelled the 536 mile to the AGM myself and asked for clarification :-)

Chestnut or not it remains unclear as to the position regarding obtaining Blue Cap health claim status under the existing permitted health functions.
What is clear is that B-H are working on a regulatory submission for a new permitted health function claim for foods such as Fruitflow to be added to the existing health claim register and "If By-Health is successful in obtaining a new permitted health function claim it is currently expected that this would result in some significant orders for Fruitflow, potentially at a multiple of current total sales values."
How Blue Cap fits into the above is an unknown (to me anyway) but we know health foods are required to use a blue cap logo on their product packaging.
That old chestnut.
No mention of blood pressure in the study, so have we applied for bluecap bp as well or not !!
Would feel pretty daft at Pixie HQ if we hadn't and the new hcf wasn't awarded
W-wtfdikaw-$
Not sure it helps, but according to https://www.chictr.org.cn/hvshowproject.aspx?id=43245 the study execute end time was November 2020.
As far as I can remember, there's been very little detail given by Provexis on the exact details of the ByHealth studies so it's hard to say if this is one of the remaining ones or not. If I had to guess, I'd say it is, but wtfdIk ?
TBH I have no idea what number it is. "Eligible participants were recruited from February to December 2019" so could have been completed a while back but who knows.
Blue Cap? do you not mean the new health function claim.
Hi gixer,
So this is probably the 7th study and they need one more to get the blue cap!!

This chart is quite interesting. I foresee success.

How can any chart be formed in an almost complete lack of trading for a long while now?
Might as well try tea leaves IMO

Re-opening should be good news for Pxs and By-health. https://www.reuters.com/world/china/chinas-markets-clutch-economy-reopening-straws-2022-11-04/
Could that be a bit naughty, quoting the work of our Prof's for a product that clearly doesn't contain Fruitflow, but "whole tomato"
?
This popped up a few days ago. Looks like they are jumping on the FF antiplatelet bandwagon.

Development of the whole tomato and olive-based food supplement enriched with anti-platelet aggregating nutrients
Abstract
Background
Platelet dysfunctions are shared by cardiovascular diseases and a wide range of inflammatory diseases.
Aims
To determine the ability of a new whole tomato-based food supplement (WTBFS) containing carotenoid and olive polyphenols to inhibit platelet aggregation.
Methods
Aggregation was evaluated in platelet-rich plasma using microtiter plates and a plate reader.
It's behind a pay wall, but uses three of our publications as references.

This one probably is a transfer

Thanks for that. It'll be interesting to see if they do appoint someone, as therte will still be a significant operational tie up going forwards. Future reports showing them as customers buying Fruitflow will be nice to view.
Yes. Information not known. As DSM venturing has shares they can if they want put one on.
Yes 2023. Glad to see someone spotted my deliberate mistake
Did anyone query if the DSM board member would be replaced Kievsky ?
Hope you meant 2023 !
AGM was as expected. More updates should follow on the recent updates in the coming months IMO. A pretty good attendance and was good to chat to some of them. Fingers crossed for a good 2033
That's a good idea
Sorry i didn't see it
The RNS was released at 13:12 on the 27th of Oct.
