My average is 0.92p too, nearly in sight!!!!
But got back in too early though...
50mill @0.88p average now. Looking for 2.5p, (£50mill for company), might hold on for more if we get there and the vibe is right.

My first purchase was 14.5p. DOH!!!
Have managed to average down to 0.92p over the years though.
Could see a profit by the end of the week!!
I was watching the trades, you got the top Wellsite. Nobody got 20, there was the mythical 22p buy, but it was for a tiny amount, and may well have been the invention of a Market Maker.
A lot more shares in issue these days. Where we go will be determined by hard news, or if Mr Lucas fancies more . A couple of mild rampers on here now. Move on lads, this is being caused by big money, not retail speculation IMHO
I got 14p -17p

sold these at 20 once in the tomato days
Late 2016!
We should go steadily north from here.
Looking like 1p can be passed soon! Whoosh, been a long time coming GLA
Would be nice and possibly a good time for him to average down. Can anyone remember how much he purchased in terms of cash value?
I wonder if we’ll ever see Raymond go above 3% again?

Taken from an old aim story ...::....
London’s Takeover Panel had ruled that Williams could attempt to sell the shares but said an offer to buy the rest of the company’s shares would have to be made if she received delivery of shares representing more than 30% of the voting rights.
Even better imo. Means there is still plenty of scope for him to continue accumulating, resulting in a nice steady rise. If I had to place a bet, I'd guess that his knowledge of what's going on and where the company is headed, would be far more accurate than the majority of us.
30%, although in some circumstances even this doesn't apply to companies listed on AIM.
Indeed. A very wealthy family, with varied investments. Why would he take such a proportion of a smallcap AIM company?
As far as I can remember, an investor needs a lot bigger stake before they are forced to offer a takeover, so, IMHO, that's not likely. Just nice to see big money sniffing around here.
Done a bit of googling into our Mr Lucas and he appears to be a pretty clued up chap. He also seems to know a thing or two regarding investments, specialising in advising high net worth families. IMO these recent purchases bode very well and although it has been an extremely long wait for some, perhaps the rewards are on the way.
Some chunky trades going through today
Appreciate that, it's just been a consistent pattern over several weeks now that the mid-price shown for this share all day long is the same as the mid-price at the close of the previous day. I've pointed it out before. I don't know what it means, and perhaps it means nothing at all, but ordinarily with significant movement in the SP there would have been much more interest on this board, and in the share itself. I just think it's odd. I also think it's helped Mr. Lucas acquire more shares at what I consider to be a relatively low price...
Not all of today's trades are shown yet, but normally the displayed price is affected by an A trade, that seems to fix the Mid price shown until the end of the trading day. It matters not, any of us can get actual Bid/Ask from our trading platform.
hi all long time no see, has Mr Lucas bought the shares or could they have been transferred to him
I have a feeling mr Lucas will keep buying up to 9% where I believe he would have to make a formal offer for the company , this is not his intention imo , I might be wrong on this .
500,000 just gone through
I still think this is being manipulated. The mid-price is shown as 0.795 on here and on other platforms, way below the actual mid just as it has been for a couple of weeks now. So the rises continue to be under the radar. We've gone from 0.45 on 20th April to 0.875 this morning, i.e. almost doubled in 5 weeks, without alerting anyone looking on the daily risers charts.
In other news, there may be a decision to make here before long. I'm sure others are in the same boat. After 11 years invested, and not a single day of it in profit, it's getting close to the point where I have to stick or twist. Interesting times, GLA.
How many years has this been said here
“We must be getting close to something guys“
Well, this time there is someone real, and identifiable, buying up the shares available. A totally different scenario to previous rises on no news.
What Mr Lucas knows is perhaps less important than who he knows.
Time will tell, but his interest here is most welcome.
