Hi Gixer, I think u posted this link (see below) .... Dr. O'Kennedy talks about sports nutrition in the context of health claims. 3 mins 15 secs into the video, she talks about there being scope for proprietary health claims for sports nutrition. Given what u have said in your last post, do u know why she would talk about proprietary health claims? Maybe it's in respect to FSDU?
Sock, I could be wrong but I think the regulations in China regarding products for sports nutrition is slightly different than for other nutritional products.
By-Health already has a sports product containing Fruitflow although it is only supplied to the national team.
Blue Cap symbols are almost non existent on By-Healths sports brand GymMax but assume it would help to have one.

As for PXS making a claim regarding FF+nitrates, I don't see them going back to EFSA anytime soon. Again I could be wrong.
I believe that they do make such a claim. It's something I've noted, the ability to recover quicker from physical exercise. It is taken by Tour cyclists in the DSM team for that very reason. Obviously promotional spend will have been restricted due to the world situation, but hopefully some day we'll be able to shout louder.
Hi all,
Just wondering if the Company could make a claim that Fruitflow with nitrates '
alleviating physical fatigue' which is something we can claim under SAMR.
This might then be the second Blue cap claim.
It's just s thought... obviously this is speculation and joining dots, so I could be way off.
Company seems to be making a big deal of sports, i.e. from the interim results, the Company stated;
'...the first project agreed concentrating on the use of Fruitflow with nitrates in exercise, an area of considerable commercial interest to By-Health'.
There is mention of fatigue in patents and even in the research paper which can be found at https://www.fruitflowplus.com/sportrecovery/
Wondered what your thoughts were?

Looking at yesterdays trades at that time it could be a buy !
Didn’t see the date
Looks like it could be a sell from yesterday.
Someone got a 4 m buy away @ .7 p
Just did a dummy sell. 0.624
Does that mean they're going up
Hi all, I see the share price has fallen to slap bang in the middle of my expectation price from 9th June. Hopefully a rebound from here......or not haha

CB you should either sell and cut your losses or hold/buy (to average down) and stand by your investment. It’s makes no sense to trash your investment daily. Only you can decide.
I will agree with you on a small point, tide looks to have turned and from the chart I see a short term on it way to 0.6-0.7p. After that I see it as the climb will continue mate.
Today I looked at trying to trade my pxs shares to sell/buy the dip and increase my holding. This is what I saw at the time:
Bid- 0.8p Ask- 0.95
When I tried a dummy buy for 1m shares, it went to negotiated trade every time.
When I tried to dummy sell half my holding all in one go, approx 4m shares, I got a confirmed trade price each time of approx 0.81p. I tried 3 times.
This tells me they want shares or low circulation. Add this info to the charts, I see a temporary drop to accumulate and then a new high. Could be wrong, but let’s see how it pans out.
BTW I didn’t trade it in the end, simply because the spread (0.8, 0.95) is big already, add to that the possibility of negotiated trades in a few days time when I try to buy back, means it isn’t worth the risk for me.
This has been ****e for 10years, but all it takes is that one piece of news we all are waiting for and this will rise very fast. Just look at how low the daily volume is as well and yet it’s up a fair bit. Any good news and this will rocket. If we look at the expected news, it’s easy to see how this could fly. But it’s not in our hands
Good luck to you
In the very likely event that the company continue to impose a news blackout, I only see a gradual decline in the near future. What possible incentive is there to buy when we don't know what is going on?
From the article talking about Fruitflow and strengthening your immunity to fight against Covid-19.
"A daily dose of just 150mg of Fruitflow natural water-soluble tomato extract can help to improve blood circulation by maintaining normal platelet aggregation, according to a 2010 article titled Scientific Opinion on the modification of the authorisation of a health claim related to water-soluble tomato concentrate and helps to maintain a healthy blood flow and benefits circulation pursuant to Article 13(5) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 following a request in accordance with Article 19 of the Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 published in EFSA Journal."
"While strengthening your immunity to fight against Covid-19 is important now, maintaining healthy blood circulation is vital to reduce your risk of developing serious illnesses in the future."

No, I don't know what you meant because you can't articulate it for some reason. I've got a "life" otherwise I wouldn't be able to respond to you! Cliches, cliches!
CB
you know exactly what I meant - stop trying to pick a fight and get a life

looks like either a break out or down in the next 2 weeks.
So why couldn't the good doctor now a member of the BOD, produce a similar message for the home market?
Are the benefits of fruitflow and a possible link to ameliorating the effects of Covid-19 to remain under wraps due to inertia?

It's in China that we will get traction although it will be about blood pressure and not blood flow. I know u and other shareholders know this but wanted to throw it out there anyway. Weird how China don't see blood flow as a functional health claim. Maybe they will at some point.
No mention of FF but they recommend Broccoli powder !
https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2020/07/08/nutraceuticals-reduce-clots-with-covid-19.aspx
Hi guys,
Dr Fauci's boss briefly mentions blood clots 7 minutes into the video. Blood clots are definitely an issue with this virus.
Okay, obviously, FF would not be used at the stage when someone becomes seriously ill, but you'd think it would help a lot if individuals had been taking it daily prior to and during being ill with it. My whole family are taking it every day.
I'm sure the Company is looking at this avenue. I just wish we could have the blood flow claim over in China! But we can't! Argghh. SAMR doesn't accept claims for that.
I just thought I'd post this, as it's quiet.
