Haha - I'm always grumpy, you should know that by now !
Plastic pots though ffs, why can't people just watch Gardeners World and admire the bloody plant pots !!
BB,
Got your grumpy head on tonight :-)
I will wait till it's announced but don't let me stop anyone else from having some fun.
ps. I think your winning so far.

"There's no point guessing". Probably not, but investing in something like Provexis involves guessing where the company will be in whatever timescale people think of, and how that might affect the sp, which both get discussed. If everything had to have a point then there's something to be said for closing this bulletin board down.
Nothing wrong with a bit of guesswork, so long as it's clear that's all it is, and it sure as hell beats talking about the merits of plastic pots over blister packs !

To state the obvious.
Any placing will likely be at a small discount to the mid price at the time although it has been known to be at a premium.
No point guessing.
Optimistic IMO. Why would anyone pay that when the company appear to be years away from profit and will need more cash next year. In fact, what is the investment case here bearing in mind the heavy dependence on success in China?
If there's a sweepstake, I'll take .5p
Interesting comparison here with the situation over at SAREUM where the seriously clever team entered into a salary deferment scheme pending future success of the Company. Also interesting to note the average annual income for someone running a corner shop with the same gross revenue as Provexis. You couldn't make it up. Placing maybe £0.0030p.
Surely they will want a discount to pay the Bod (I mean help the company )
Given that the placing is likely to be with the same folks who have backed other placings, they have a vested interest in not driving down the value of their existing holdings. We shall see.
The last two placings were at 0.40...?next
I raised this with Ian Ford some years ago particularly in relation to the Chinese market where all sorts of crazy pills & potions are made from endangered animals in the pursuit of the ultimate aphrodisiac. Needless to say, absolutely no notice was taken of my comments. It's common sense isn't it? It's only a plumbing issue so the clearer the arteries are, the more effective is the end result.
Soon a available in China ?
Haha, can anyone here claim if it helps in that department?

Geode... Did you notice they all appear to contain FF but only the first uses Fruitflow brand name the rest refer to tomato extract.
Yes, I got mine too... After a bit of prodding!!!
I hope you've all 'Passed It On' to all your family and friends asking them to do likewise.
Wahoo I got an email newsletter regarding fruitflow and thrombosis/covid.
I'll bet 10 shares that after the AGM the news stops.
SIMPLY SUPPLEMENTS Selling blood pressure pills with FF £21 for 120 tablets, How much do they cost to produce?
Forget my previous post.
Note to self. Don't skim read.
and its gone down from £600+K from the previous years.
Can only be a good sign.
And it seems strange to buy at up to 1p ,but not buy any at .63 p , I am only guessing and could be a million miles away from the reality .
Exactly ,the AGM notice special business resolution 6 .states £310000 can be raised if it is passed of course . !
3% would raise around £310k @ a discount of 0.005p. Would we need any more than this to keep us ticking over for another year? Probably not but it's a lot of cash to ask 1 person for. You never know though.
With the lack of large trades showing I wonder if Mr Lucas has been offered another 2 or 3% at a discount !
