TTF below 30
End of March for them.Share mechanics indeed
The share price will usually retrace to any options / outstanding loan notes price so that’s no surprise .
The final options are at 8p so once these are cleared , next base should be there as a Minimum as there’s a lot less of them too
Surely it’s the rolling over of the Convertible loan money …. The share price was in the high teens then the new management came in/ had no skin in the game of significance/ floored the share price by rolling over debt with the option on significant sums to convert (at roughly a quarter of the then share price) …. In they get both through opaque companies/ mates rates … and a year or two later the share price sets off again to its true (much higher) levels with this time everyone onboard.
Someone at the company said the convertible stuff was in sticky hands. I fear a lot wasn’t… anyway … that’s my view … no doubt someone will come on and slaughter me but I honestly think it is not a stretch to see that.
There was a poster who when he kept saying it’s going to 4/5 got continuously shouted down. I saw 4.70 on the sell 4.80 to buy early in the New Year so unfortunately he wasn’t far wrong
They weren’t sells , they were account rollovers from SIpp to ISA or vice versa etc
I don't get why the apparent dumping..big sells yesterday...is this because of low gas prices or high gas stocks do we think? I'm bemused to be honest no debt and 24/7 production
Big sells at the close there.
RNS this week and a banger will see this bag easily from such lows. Seen dogs do 150%+ recently whilst this one has some solid projects.
Adding more at 6p. Huge bid by MMs the demand is there.
“…Whatever course the market takes, PXEN seems better positioned than it has for some time, with a reliable income stream from two onshore assets, permit applications underway to drill five wells in Spain and three wells in Italy, and closure of its debt issues…”

Lots are liking the set up here which has rebounded nicely from lows. At the very least I'm in for a move back to 12-13p
At least I didn't claim we were going to 30p on first gas knowing full well my mate was in the process of selling his TR1 holding
Permits?
Major news afoot
Could have easily brought at 4.8p,but I didn't.saw two monster buys yesterday and still thought it would go lower, don't know the reason for rise but I do know the ttf is 34 euros ,my way of thinking is that it's much lower than 52 euros thus it will take longer to pay for the new wells in Italy and spain.good luck all and I will be trying to get in at a lower price.anybody know the reason for the rise after weeks of falls
Break 7p and off we go to 9/10p quickly.
Taken a while to clean-up the share register, but fundamentally strong and technically could be ready to really go again
Very encouraging
And just like magic.So contrived
#PXEN proving it moves quick - back-up 10%+ to 5.25.
Backdrop of TTF's increasing nicely again today with cold snap incoming across Europe.

New buyers accumulating - not surprising with CLN Dec conversion highlighting anything under 6p is good value.
Ramper for your info my £20,000 agenda down the pan ? Lets hear more tripe from more of your hype !
Or indeed so many derampers.Amazing how fascinating you guys find a falling share.Surely you would have walked away unless you have an alternative agenda.Mmmm
Well the New Year carries on with a bumble along the bottom Dusty Bins comes to mind 3-2-1.
That many opinions on here with crossed fingers/lucky rabbit more akin to a Facebook share page.
Why does this failing share attract so much hype that appears to be tripe ?
Added.
always cautiously. but added a few.
Yes a totally non starter.
