From @theyknowital in #PXEN Telegram:
“The thing to remember since July last year is
1. £2.6m of debt & historical interest payments have been paid down
2. There will be no debt at all from end of this month
3. Gas plant, Nat grid connection & production / revenue has commenced in Italy
4. Spain drill permits re submitted Q1 2023
5. Organic assets are % holdings are owned by PXEN & are low cost as it’s an investment company / onshore shallow drills
6. Revenue being banked is gaining interest know doubt
7. Gas / Energy sector price looks like it’s found a min. Price point with plenty of upside. EU Gas supply security is never far away & it’s the transitional fuel
8. Looks like SP upside is in play from here based on fundamentals. No value is associated to CPR’s / future production / Tesorillo / Solar farm
9. The Nat Grid connections are an “asset” in their own right
10. I fully expect the upcoming weeks / months to be very fascinating & see what transforms
11. £16m Mcap with about £2.5m cash, no debt, revenues, self funding and the future revenues. MCap Inc cash only £13m ish which I let you decide what you think of that. Check out non producing other AIM miners / explorers with future risk of dilution and do the maths. I won’t name any companies but you can do that yourself
12. 3 Italy look a like wells would bring in circa another £9m revenue per year at current price model
13. Spain at 100% would bring in about another £4m revenue per year at current price model
14. Spain solar farm once permits land would be developed on the leased land generating significant revenues
15. Then there is Tesorillo with 830 BCF which is a world class asset and needs unlocking
16. That type of cash generation is why this is a take over target. The Nat grid connections are like hens teeth
17. Any TTF upward price brings major compounded revenues
18. Commercial lifespan of the wells are significant”

330million shares is FA
The main problem with PXEN though is all the CLN shares. Whilst they funded the drilling the register is now massively diluted with the millions of new shares. Hence the low price.
Exactly and economies of scale are going to kick in big time here once the other Selva wells are permitted and drilled.
Even without the other assets on the table this is an attractive proposition. I feel like the drills probably may not happen this year but if you're happy to hold it's a great time to buy.
TTFs back up to high 20s again which makes a big difference.
All AIM stocks are half the price the should be.
Ockerhillian aka lTHE SAND CASTLE KICKER states Prospex to be a DOG but its far from that, its an investment company banking £10,000 per day, run costs are probably £2,500 per day. That is with just the two producing wells.
I havnae forgotten
Mind the gap Herbert !!!
The only truth is when you sell
The truth paining you Herbert ?
Not even remotely smart or funny.Northern?

So still alive but the religious amongst you should be reminded, the last miracle was over 2,000 years ago.
Will they have enough in the bank for the new seismic of will it be another loan note?
He must have an orange stuffed in your mouth....I cant hear you?
Or maybe you're his cabin boy on his fancy yacht!
Have you choked on your own breath after Hemo placing mate.Stu certainly knew more that you did anyway.
Hmm, dropped a few percent. Looks like waiting was the right move.
I am expecting it to get to 4.5pish before it picks up in run up to permitting which is going to be Q2. Probably May.
But will wait until they secure the development drilling programmes . If they dont then it may well test its weekly low of 4.6p again.
Well I’m glad I haven’t got 8 mill shares in here!
Someone wants them anyway
