Anything over £5 in the next 12-24months I would be very happy ;)
Would give a market cap of only £580m, easily doable with the assets and plan that management have!
Slow and steady wins the race.
PXC are at the very beginning of stage 2 uptrend
And I would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts with me.
It will be a shame to see this business going to be sold and took over. From what I can gather, the management already experienced hostile takeover of another business they created in Asia (Azerbejdan?). I am sure this time any exit (if any, with such superb resource) will be on their own terms. I personally think this is just a begining of something way way bigger.
I have talked with management a lot over this specific issue. We are perfectly poised to keep the growth in our company under OUR control. As the business develops they will continue to work on internal growth, in manageable steps, resisting the potential of outsiders forcing their way in. Hopefully the shareholder base wil remain loyal. Ultimately someone big will take an interest, but that will only happen when our resources are well defined. But as we develop we will continue to explore and hopefully expand our resources. This is dreaming but I think we will have developed the company under our control till it has a value over £10. Then we we might entertain jv’s, and see the price climb still more. That’s my hope as well as managements.
If you aim for £8 anything else is a bonus
I think thoughts of £20 a share are pie in the sky (but you never know!).
The people that know most about the location are the management. I wish I knew the stuff they haven't told us about yet. Their estimate is £1 Billion (or £8.62 a share). Enough to more than set me up for the rest of my days.
I suspect that before £8.62 is reached we will be bought out.
Yes id agree. After looking at a vast number of copper exposure stocks I chose very few and pxc seem to be one of the better risk reward.
Perhaps not the one I think will give me the best potential returns but from a risk perspective it's certainly a stronger investment with some great potential upside.
Atb all
GS - No chance. They are Major Tier 1 mining companies, with multiple assets all around the world.
However the pathway is easily set for PXC to top billion +
With the very low number of shares fixed now, this could easily get to BOD's target, with very low risk.
£1 Billion - £8.62 (x 12)
£2 Billion - £17.24 (x 24)
Risk/Reward - One of the best on the market.
No chance... they have mcaps of 50bn+ and produce in the millions of tonnes, you're asking for a £500 + SP
but something like £10-£20+ once grades are proven and exploration is expanded is not out of the question, then it'd probably be taken over if the resource is good enough to reach that valuation anyway
IMO
Very doubtful I would say. A Porphyry system would be too big for them to extract. More likely PXC will get sold to the highest bidder.
Without ramping or deramping- my question to wiser people on this chat - what are the chances of achieving the same level as BHP or RIO in next couple of years?
I have £1.50 minimum in my mind. Higher once production starts. Base case. £20+ dream land
-Funded and no further dilution
-Director skin in game
-Production end of 2022
-Copper shortage and key to green transition
-Copper bull run
-Safe jurisdiction
-LOTs of news drills/assays due
-Historic 6-8% copper grades (Around0.5% is considered typical)
-Gold/Silver assets
-around $1.5bn in resource (may be higher)
-Only 1% explored
Perfect ingredients for a growth stock
Some very knowledgeable posters on telegram suggesting there target is way beyond £5. Which would value it at 580m.
Management have suggested they can get to £1 billion - £8.62
Depending on what they find could be significantly higher.
This decade copper is only heading one way!
Each to their own. DYOR
The sulphides alone if proved up could yield £8billion or more !! Do the maths...;o)))
My short term target was 80p, I wondered about de-risking too but the prospects look so good and FOMO sets in that I am still holding all mine. What's other peoples thoughts on target price, now, 6 months and year?
