Wait till permit and payment news hits. This will rocket. CNOOC's permit arrived 10 days after the initial judgement, but those 10 days straddled 2 weekends so it was actually only 5/6 business days. I suspect we will get ours granted by next Monday or Tuesday. Very good chance we will see a combined site survey permit issued and APEC funds received RNS. Clearly time to back up the truck on all dips. GLALTH
WTF..IAAB.. Maam. . Is the glass half empty or half full. With you it’s always half empty! BTW, IAAB stands for “ ITS ALL A Balls”..... ): Cheer up man.
I think DCCAE are certain the funds will arrive very shortly now.
Why Mamms, I do believe that it will be a balls! :) In any event, thank you very much Jean Clarke for your approval, she only got the final Ramboll report at some point after the 19th of July (as it's dated that date) so a one working day turn around is not a bad turn around at all.
Hopefully the cash will arrive so we can use the permit for the site survey.
WTF is it going to be like when we look for permission to drill/seek the funds for drilling. FFS this is the easy bit....
Sounds about right Fernan. It took 10 days for the CNOOC permit to issue after their positve appropriate assessment issued. Hoping it can be a bit quicker here.
"the application will then be evaluated by the Petroleum Affairs Division in the Department who will make a recommendation to the Minister of State regarding whether consent should be given for the ‘activities’ applied for."
Then, I understand that, in order to finish the administrative procedures to do the survey, there are still 2 steps pending:
* a recommendation by the Petroleum Affairs Division
* a consent by the Minister of State
Is it right?
Regards
Fernan
