G Man,
thanks for your comments. It’s just a game of patience, we know PVR has great asset and very important for Ireland as it will help it’s domestic demand for oil and gas. PVR will have all the support from the government as it will be considered an important strategic asset for Ireland, I’m optimistic here a deal will be done with SpotOn energy !!

I knew what you meant and you're right, we will have news this week one way or another. It certainly looks like positive going by the last podcast from Alan Linn.
Worst case scenario, they need a little more time to thrash out a deal.
RN,
Please just ignore my post if you can not read, yes there was few typo but I am sure those who can read English will understand what I was trying to say! It wasn't meant for an English professor like yourself...
SpotOn Energy was granted exclusivity through to 31st October this year, we expect some update on this. Hopefully a positive update will get re-rated this stock to much higher than current price.

Correct, bucklerfern
Linn, in his presentation, said it could be sooner or it could be a month later.
However, Linn will have to make a statement, probably next Monday, that the exclusivity period is over whether or not he gives a status update on the deal as their is a legal requirement on him to notify us that the exclusivity is over once that happens.
The period of exclusivity ends this month, but I don't recall seeing a commitment anywhere that the agreement would be done by then?
RL it's obviously wine o click somewhere :)
SS17 .... who ever you are could you translate into english because your post and spelling makes no sense whatsoever ....
Let's see what spoton decides this week? Belwo is the main attarction of my investment; Ireland needs to oil and gas, if they can get it locally why do they need to export? Govt might as well invest and look after it's own company like PVR
The Barryroe field was recognized as a valuable national resource in 2012, when Providence drilled the 48/24-10Z appraisal well and confirmed the presence of high-quality hydrocarbons, which tested at rates of ~4000BOEPD. Two independent resource reports confirmed Providence’s assessment of 346MMBOE of recoverable hydrocarbons within the assessed reservoirs
Incidentally, I note my buys are listed as sells in the trades.
Been keeping a watching brief on this and working out whether to take the plunge or not (I have now for better or worse). Taking out the Covid dip impacting all in Feb/March it seems the premium to the trading range before that is around 40% which on rumour of imminent farm out doesn't seem overdone.
It has risen significantly from March lows and there is ways the concern of another AIM pump and dump but Linn seems knowledgable and not sure the Irish govt would be involved in confirming licence etc if they didnt see a future.
The next few weeks will tell if it is a P&D job I guess but if not and they complete then it should get very interesting.
I was torn between this, Predator Oil, Synairgen and 4D Pharma - I wonder if I chose wisely!
You could drive an oil tanker through that spread.
7.75p already paid in pre-market.
Will surely hit 8p today
A church of many denominations ,easy to corral in opposition ,but ideals meet reality in Govrrnment.
Zepha they're a fragmented bunch, a bit of Green gossip. Something has to pay for Green policies apart half the country retro fitting their homes for 80 grand to keep up the Jones. They'll have to do the same thing in 10 years time when the authorities decide that houses are too air tight and Ireland's average temperature is 2-3 degrees warmer!
TirnaNog,chairs of the junior greens and LGBTQ greens resigned.'Rest' assured, the sleepy greens are still on the job.
Thought something was up. Saw an artical yesterday where two further Green Party politicians had left the party over the direction it was going in.
"Service providers to be paid will be paid from revenues when the field comes into production". Looks like PVR retain 40%!
As Bagger has pointed out on the other board, a deal this week. Reported in the Sunday Independent in Ireland. Waiting on Eamon Ryan to sign off. That government needs money wherever it can get it. Spot on to take a 50% stake!
