Gearing up for a rise maybe?
Lets see
OK no probs and good luck here
Nah I left it’s when I said a few weeks back and it was my last trade there.
Itisagame
Morning mate.its actually closer than that.
Its 0.50p to sell and 0.5315 to buy. So about 6%
R u still in ITS??
I've posted a message there if you are
0.501 to sell some Vs 0.55 to buy. Spreads closed up a lot since this morning, on very little £ / volume
I'm sorry to hear that GreenWolf.
I think your advice in that situation was probably absolutely correct.
I'm surprised he/she stayed in for so long with the bad news that was coming out but its easy said for me and of course its only a paper loss until u sell and I'm sure they had hope things would Improve.
These AIM shares are so risky but can reward well.
I just don't think any, especially recently are a long term hold like a FTSE 100 or 250
Neil - no worries. Glad it's remained civil.
I've only posted this morning as I had a long conversation with a friend last night who has lost a fair bit of money on this since IPO - I'm talking six figures, so it is life changing for them. They're not in the best of places and asked for my opinion on whether they should punt some of their savings in to recover.
Like I've said on here - it's gambling, nothing more. Just be prepared to possibly lose more money. If you're comfortable with that risk, then you don't need to take any notice of anyone on public open forums.
GreenWolf
I understand your points.
Most I agree with, to a point.
However, if anyone invests or trades solely on the views of a ramper or de ramper [if they sell on that view] from an anonymous chat board, without even reading an RNS and looking at the SP history and why its so low then they shouldn't be in stocks.
De ramping can be as dangerous, im sure you agree as ramping and as costly when people sell at a big loss.
Anyway I enjoyed the discussion and it's nice to have a polite conversation, even if our views differ
Regards Neil
I think my point is everyone should be aware of the complete facts - that's the second RNS from 17th May.
There is no guarantee of £2m return. None.
The usual danger on these boards is the short term punt trader looking for the quick spike and then those who haven't seen it before buy in and get left holding the baby. It's the ethical piece of people making money at the expense of others.....
It is just gambling. If you're ok with that, then that's fine.
GreenWolf,
There are major shareholders who have voted in favour of the deal and I would not expect them to walk away without anything as they have influence on the board. The board is required to set out all scenarios in the RNS which they have done. In my view, the floor is 0.65p return, could be higher if there is more money in the pot which I suspect there could be.
Even after cancellation on 16 June assuming the vote goes through (75% votes required) shareholders holding will still receive cash as part of the distribution post cancellation.
We could see a spike to 0.80p in my view between now and 16 June. This is purely a punt and not an investment :-)
DYOR
Then don't gamble on it Greenwolf and don't try to be a saviour to others.
This happens many times on these share boards, people are put off with the likes of you then it spikes.
As long as everyone has read the RNS and understands it then we are all big enough to make our own decisions.
Like all AIM shares it is a gamble BUT at these levels IMO it is a decent punt
"In this scenario though you won't' lose' the lot as there is money back to share holders"
No, there's an "estimate" that there will be a return to shareholders. Given the devastation the BoD has already done to the MCap, do you genuinely believe they'll be more worried about returning anything to shareholders or closing out their own liabilities as Directors first?
There is no guarantee of anything coming back - "Net Cash Proceeds available to be returned to Shareholders is an estimate and will be dependent on a number of factors....."
So, yes, you could lose the lot.
Like I said in my earlier post - pure gamble.
This looks like a good punt to me down here as the shares will trade until 16 June 2023 which is the proposed cancellation date:
"Assuming the passing of the Cancellation Resolution, which will be conditional upon the passing of the Proposed Sale Resolution and Completion, it is expected that the Cancellation will take place on 16 June 2023."
The floor price is 0.65p in my view, if there is more in the pot or if another bidder emerges, the SP could hit 1p easy IMO.
DYOR
Read my post again
I'm not saying this is a LTH to rival Amazon and Apple my reasons that this is a decent punt IMO for an AIM share are given.
Many people said ITS was a loss of money then it did 150% on an hour
I agree with you though, if everyone understands the risks.
In this scenario though you won't' lose' the lot as there is money back to share holders
It's all our opinions and 1 of us will be correct
Neil - £2m after costs is an estimate - my quote below is straight out of the RNS, not any articles.
I don't like anyone getting suckered in on these falling knives unless they understand the whole picture and are fully prepared to lose the lot.
2 million after costs had been stated so we will have to see.
Of course it's a gamble.. which AIM share isn't but when u have an SP so low, a vote still to happen, a supposed 0.65p per share payment and everyone share on AIM that is due to delist spiking 100%plus.
[See my history] there are much worse bets out there
All IMO
Pure gamble
"Accordingly, as a result of these factors, the amount of the Net Cash Proceeds to be returned to Shareholders could be more or less than is currently anticipated and, in the event that the gross amount of cash retained at Completion is less than £5.5m or unanticipated liabilities arise which cannot be recovered, it is possible that Shareholders would not receive the amount anticipated or any return at all."
Good luck to those with big cojones who are buying in. I genuinely feel sad to those longer term holders who've been royally taken to the cleaners here already.
I’m off to a meeting all day, I’ll wager a pound (sale price) that the sp is blue when I check
Tonight
It’s the next 2 trading days that are important
Come on when has there ever been factual news, this £2m going back to shareholders is going to be pie in the sky isn't it.
By the time they have paid all the extra unknown costs etc i betting there will be almost nothing left so I wouldn't bet on the SP or pay back being anywhere near 1p, so you could be throwing more money down the drain by buying more even at 0.4p.
83% spread haha.
Unbelievable these devils.
It's actually
0.55p to buy
0.435p to sell
Which is still nearly 22%
Let's see some buying pressure next few days.
2 million minimum back to shareholders and that is 0.65p ... it was 0.88p to buy Tuesday and no further news.
0.65p has to be the minimum here
I hold 4 million shares and have voted no so if they want my shares, which they may not may not need they can pay a premium
I’m betting on the fact we should see a healthy increase in SP between now and then. I’ll be buying again first thing as this is now a great short term trade at .5p
