Looks like this is gearing up for a rise? Ask has now gone up to 0.55p.
They have messed about with this spread for about 10 days
I don't think they know what the hell to do with it as regards what will happen after the vote.
This doesn't delist until the 16th so lots of time
Spread is 0.42p/0.45p at the moment.
Why is there such a big spread? My broker is giving 0.40 to sell.. Even though the price is 0.64
Vote is at 9am.
Norton Fulbright Offices.
Meeting has now been convened and are doing introductions.
So I think today is the final vote for the £1 deal, well it looks like it's that or admin and once this deal is approved and all the redundancies etc are paid out just what will be left if anything as all the directors and other staff will take whatever they can.

I would have had to sank a few bottles of sake to have gone anyway considering involving Bricks in the sale of a house. Ity's the equivalent of paying Rwanda £30m upfronyrr to house refugees The money already driven out of a car showroom
It was someone's T/P review

"Are Purple Bricks still in business??? Can anyone please advise. Currently have my property on the market with them for a good few weeks now. Zero interest or viewings. Agent wont answer his phone or return any of my messages or emails. I'm furious, ive paid a lot of money and all they have done is put a For Sale sign in the garden weeks ago".
Still in Business. May not be interest in your property as few people want to pay the higher interest charges when you take out a mortgage.
But they say you get what you pay for. Its budget. Other estate agents do more work for you. Then they will charge you more. Stick with it. It could be a while though. You could still go to an agent and tell them your predicament. They may take on your property or not. They may demand full rights. Then do not want their clients buy from you through PURP when they did the work. Go with an established agent and forfeit the money you paid with PURP. Cant be much. If you get a sale it is worth it. Or stick with PURP. The market is poor and few people make offers now. It is a buyers market. You may need to lower your asking price.. GL
"At least two (2) Business Days prior to the Seller’s GM, the Seller shall notify the Purchaser of its reasonable estimate of the aggregate amount of cash (including cash in hand, in transit and at bank, together with accrued interest) to be held by or on behalf of the Seller Group as at the Completion Date,"
So I wonder how much is left? Surely this information ought to be made available to investors
What is it to sell Latino.. I'm guessing still 0.42p
The MMs don't have a clue what to do with this share

I guess this T/P review says it all

Oh I realise that :)
Trading on large volatility on a daily or hourly basis
But no foundations left here for real investors
Agreed Andy, but there are some roulette spinners out there who will be inclined to take a position here.
It's not investing, there's nothing sophisticated about what they do. Just pure pump and dumpers trying to make a quick double bubble.
I'm surprised anyone wants to buy this shambles
There will be no money for shareholders and most customers probably won't touch it with a bargepole
I don't really understand what assets they actually have
As clear as mud tuan as usual
The timing stinks..It’s designed to sabotage the Strike deal, they want this for themselves me thinks
Absolutely brutal messaging in this RNS, Lecram must feel majorly p*ssed off by the shambles management have overseen.
It really says something that their contempt is so great that they would to put the boot in follow up RNS with pull out reason at their own expense, given they're still holding (for now). Expect they effectively wrote it off a while ago, but can't be easy seeing what was a shareholding worth tens of millions collapse to nothing.
Also has appearance of them indirectly saying to Strike: good luck with that, you're going to need it.
With the strike deal:the BOD get to keep on taking wages!
It's called running out of money FAST.
Accordingly, the Company has therefore received irrevocable undertakings and/or letters of intent in respect of a total 134,407,503 Ordinary Shares representing, in aggregate, approximately 43.8% of the Company's issued share capital on 16 May 2023 (being the last Business Day before the date of this Announcement), further details of which are set out below.
They got 43.8 % favor vote to pass so what is small change to stop the sell ? Why do they want to sell the whole company for 1 pound but ther is other want to bid higher? There is somethign not right and they like to push that sell very quich. It seem there is underline something they dont public but keep it for themselves.
1st RNS was issued without Lecram being notified;assume Lecram made Purple bricks put out 2nd Rns stating reason for not purchasing
Big games being played here, and the statement today is out of character but maybe tells you how desperate it is getting.
It’s clear Lecram want to buy and are interested but first they want to get shareholders on their side to block the Strike deal at GM on Fri….any thoughts?
Wow what a wonderful killer RNS
And, like clockwork, From this afternoon's RNS: "The reason leading to Lecram's decision not to proceed is, principally, that the financial condition of Purplebricks was found to be significantly worse than expected." Colour we 'derampers' shocked.
