Exactly and this is 0.65p it equates too.
Hold here and see it get close to it
what a **** shenners truly is
"The net proceeds which are available for distribution to shareholders will be distributed in due course as further explained in the Circular." £2m available for distribution give or take.
Bye bye bricks
55p Paid and back in auction.
This meeting is now 2 hours 22 into it.
Seems a very long one.[ that's what she said]
Let's hope someone had put a new bid in!!!
Come on 1p!
Your welcome gordonbennett,
I don't know if you purchased/gambled here but if you did best of luck
It seems 0.40p is the bottom.. of course we never know for sure and this trades until 16th even if sale is agreed, which I think it will be unless there is some big shock. Then it could hit the 1p again like it nearly did last Friday
0.55p paid.
Anyone who got in at the 0.45p I paid hopefully will be OK
It's 0.4722p to sell so a big spread still.
This can go to a 2% spread if it starts climbing as it did last Friday.
0.60p to sell I think is where this should have been pre meeting
Thanks Neil as always
Haha Shenners it's a rich coming from you and the gambling on ITS
Now I love that share and as many know I've called it spot on each rise and especially last Thursday when I averaged 0.215p
This is also a gamble but they often pay off
There will be a shock here I think still
Axel are a 26% shareholder and are yet to show their hand? They removed their BOD rep so as not to be privy to sale talks. I am wondering why they haven't made any move yet, or have they?
DYOR
Based on the last RNS I’d suggest any pay out will be way under 2m if anything at all
0.5218p to buy even 10 quid and I can sell 2.2k for 0.4610p still a big spread but the bid is definitely moving.
This shot to 0.97p to buy last Friday with some sale news
Meeting now 1 hour 30 into it.
Don't forget if this gets passed we are still due a 2 million payout which is about a MC of 0.65p and we have until 16th to trade this
0.40p as Mick stated seems to be the absolute bottom.
Haha Morning Gordon
Yes you can buy now at 0.5218 and it's 0.45p to sell but only a small amount.
We are awaiting news of then meeting.
I think it will spike either way and especially if its a vote of NO
The SP and bid/ask is all over the place and the MMs have not got a clue what to do by looks of it
I can buy what's the story here Neil? Yesterday news about the finances didn't read well what are you expecting today?
It's gone to NT and was 0.53p to buy as it did
0.48p to buy now and spread back to about 9%
I have a good feeling about this 1
Anyone at the meeting lol??
This is exciting ha
In auction.
It's gone to NT to buy and sell
This vote today I expect will be passed.
It's a strange 1 here for sure.
I can see it spiking on news of the sale being passed, which I think it will BUT a no sale in the long run I guess this will go bust but no doubt if its voted against it will spike
Hey Neil,
I am well, thanks. Let's see where they take it in the next few sessions. Could spike to 0.60p or higher IMO depending on news flow or behind the scenes.
0.40p seems to be the floor.
Good luck mate
Hiya Mick
Hope u r well
That was my 1100 buy. I got it at 0.45p
0.4313 to sell now and 0.55p to buy
They don't seem to have a clue what to do with this SP at all mate. It should be 0.65p really with the 2 million to share holders stated .
Where is Axel Springer in all this? They are a 26% shareholder isn't it? Could they make a last minute move? Anything under 0.60p SP presents a decent risk reward IMO.
