Thanks Neil, I didn’t see that. Not terrible then from 0.5p entry, of course it if rises 0.6+ I’ll prob sell and net the quick gain but I probably would have waited for lower or not bothered if I knew beforehand it was only £2m, as £2m is far from the “up to” £5.5m / 1.8p ish that the rns mentioned.
Always cheap for a reason.
The transaction would mean the firm holds a cash balance of GBP5.5 million, and would return net cash proceeds of around GBP2 million to shareholders after certain costs.
A quote took from the article and I read it on another 2 articles.
0.65p is 2 million
Hi its a game there is a link to the PURP sale and the 2 million quote for shareholders.
https://www.lse.co.uk/news/PURP/purplebricks-shares-plummet-after-it-sells-itself-to-rival-for-gbp1-nmni7z16ncm8xa9.html
This was always going to be a fail.
Never, have I ever seen a purple house.
I never got it and obviously it’s not just me!
Coompany will die but before last minutes it will up to see the world around. the same with share like ITS,Amgo,Cine , cine use 4 time up when a good RNS out from 2p. amgo up to 3 time then down. ITS 80% one time. trouble is when buy ot or on time so after that we can forget all.
It is gamble aynway so place your bet or get out that is timely faction.
NSF is dead, they have no funding and are letting it go to claimants
Over 500p, to 0.5p in 5 years!
That was RNS yesterday. There are even more 25k sales today. Thar one I feel is absolutely dead .
May be at 0.10 is is worth a go ..maybe.
Seller out trade in NSF, just reported (5% of the company sold in a single trade)
Should have it bounce now the bid has been released
I've read it a couple of times on articles.
0.65p is about 2 million
Hi neil, I got some but only because thought even small spread change gives good upside considering it was 0.7 ask earlier.
where has the £2m figure come from? I know it was “up to” £5.5m and don’t expect them to get a full £5.5m
Saw it dip to 0.4 bid / 0.5 ask for a second and thought some poor buffet just got stopped out on spreads prob, most time I watched it was 0.52/55
Itisagame
Evening mate.
Yes I got in at just below 0.52p but i couldn't get any more at 0.50p when it went there. Seems to be really messing about with SP and spread.
They have 2 million to give back to shareholders so this should be 0.65p min
Let's see the ITS spikes ha
Dips and then Get NT to buy £500 shame.
Spread normal again and buys flooding in
5 million to be given back to share holders minus fees.
This was 0.88p yesterday.. seems a good punt at 0.54p
Kram
Weave in the Directors pay off and the chunk the professionals will plunder on the sale shareholders might be invited to Solihull to pick up one of the old sale boards with the spent logos as a momento instead
Looks like this has been finished off for now with the spread.
40% stated here.
0.70p to buy and 0.52p to sell so 25% down before u start
Sain, by my quick calculations, once they get this month's salaries through, the figure you mention is ALL THEY'VE GOT LEFT at the bank.
Squeaky bum time for that 'deal'...
Thought I better say it twice !
Well FY 24 starting with fresh instructions currently 30% +down on May last year .Not really surprising so Tuam you can knock off at least £1.5m cash from current operating losses since the announcement .
The BODS should have taken decisive action last November at the latest when it was clear that things were steadily getting worse with fresh Instructions stillf alling and cash eroding fast.
Marston's cunning plans and changes at pace going nowhere fast apart from oblivion
The nuch heralded arrival of the 2 non exec directors Helm & Gill failed to make any impact. They have kept their heads well under the parapet .
Seems the BODS only concern at the time was to keeep Pindar firmly in the chair.
Maybe if a white knight sought at the time shareholdersmight have been able to walk away with at least £8/10m
What is unforgivable was letting the Duologi contract lapse wuthout a replacement lined up iby the end of 2022 knowing the £ would run out at some stage during 2023
Investors treated like mushrooms when this material piece of information was witheld on the 17th Feb
Shareholders completely and utterly rinsed .

Paul Smith an industry veteran encapsulates it all in a nutshell
This TP review yesterday says it all They can't even get the simple things right
"Communication with them was awful, I even had potential viewers knocking on the door frustrated that they couldn't get a viewing booked."

Hello Tuan6. I have December 22 on the phone for you. They'd like to give you a quick update.
Not a lot more than 0.6:and not until Q1 2024!
It not die yes they have 5 millions in bank and the clear all should return something more than 06 per share
For a quick punt.
GLA
Why does shareholder request an GM so they can remore CEO then find someone can manage situation better outcome? From the day she toop CEO share price down 92% nobody bother to request she must go for future of company .It is too late and all sold value £1 .how action from one person destroy the whole share value of a company. It is wrong on management bad on lady. Keep away lady from CEO role in the future . Yes she did destroy ine comoany before and this time she add one more comoany on her record how to destroy shareholders values.
Silence often comes expensive.
Don't expect to see the book /film Why it all went so badly wrong at Purplebnricks as told by Helena Marston with Helena Bonham Carter taking on the role
