Single trade of 350 shares on WeShop @ 595p on 23-3-2023.
Those shares in 2022 were trading at around 350p.
Prim owns 150,199 shares, which on the basis of the latest trade are worth £893,684.
The directors generally appear very keen on these shares, and over a long period of time.
Very little news around but it would be worth considering following their lead.
I came across this a few days ago on twitter, various US based stocks, all green/eco related and their % down since their highs.
For AE could be some bargains out there somewhere...

Not a bad purchase 825,000 obviously done in smaller trades over a period of time rather that one large transaction, proves the shares at the moment are in small supply. Any news of a Fresho ipo etc will put a rocket under the SP. Or even ipo news etc on Engage or Payapps or any takeovers. Wonfer what's going on re Alteration Earth, suely it's about time they did something with the funds they have, seems as though they don't like giving any updates etc, perhaps too sensitive.
Good luck all holders, hold tightly.
shows confidence .
Some quite large trades showing up.
Thanks for clarifying.
Thanks Skittish for your reply.
Greg17.
We do hold CLN's im BMN, following the change of plans via Mustang but we do need a much higher BMN share price to convert for profit, meanwhile they pay us 10% interest on the outstanding amount.
Hi Skittish, i don't believe Prim hold any shares in BMN according to RL post on here.
Yes, those very small trades are puzzling. I can only think that they are bots trying to trade and looking for a few chinks in the armour, and an opportunity, but it would take a long time to build up a decent holding, at less than a hundred shares a time.
BMN also seems to showing signs of life at the moment, maybe breaking out of a very long downtrend. The company itself has major operational challenges being in SA, and there is a long way to go until PRIM is able to sell at a profit, but every journey begins with a single step.
Yes I do think Primorus are eyeing the bigger fish, will be a very interesting year. I think Fresho is a potential bid target or at least an Ipo which makes our holding valuable.
I don't understand the small trades which recently started ie 222, 444 trades and then sometimes those exact amounts are sold. Are we just being played with. ? Can some enlighten me please..
Ps I think Truspine is a lost cause, Rogue Baron maybe a few yrs away so to tidy up the portfolio never a bad thing.
One non core share which they could have sold, but didn't, is WeShop traded on JPJ, in which they are around 150K shares, and which appears to be trading at 350p at present.
They aim to give away to customers shares to the value of 20% of the money spent on the site, not sure how they can make money out of that, however trading whilst modest seems to be growing at quite a fast rate.
"Sales made through the site have jumped from around £256,000 by gross merchandise value in July, to around £1 million in October and £2.1 million in November, which was buoyed by Black Friday as well as a special WeShop shares promotion."

IamFire put in £500K via CLN's in late December, although their share price is languishing at a 2 year low of 2.45p.
WeShop is still (end December 2022) planning a Nasdaq listing for Q3 2023, so maybe Primorus are eyeing several large fish which intimate that they are heading to market.
Very quiet on here, and with trading, but maybe there are very few shares about.
Lots of very small trades, interesting.
Perhaps if you are not in it already you can't get in, not in any worthwhile numbers anyway.
Wonderful thanks skittish that's really helpful. I'm going to save a snapshot of the data on the investment page now so next time will be easy to spot any changes and I will report on them here. Pity about Truspine, the old bod put a good chunk of change in there but it looks like it has been severely mismanaged
Good to hear you are still doing okay!
Best wishes
Hello Skittish
I still look in.
I put all Prim funds in to my quantum share hoping for a return and then I would have came back as I still believe in PRIM and Rupert.
I am doing very well on my CBD company, and up 95% in one week but still a bit to go before I break even. Have been research that Company all day to day and I conclude that I will recover my paper losses before Summer and will then be able to look at other investments.
I wish all LTH well including BoD.
RKB
"including 5000,000 @ 0.61p" - should be 500,000, of course.
No edit button here!
Probably a good thing on the whole.

Try looking at the wayback machine which captures webpages.

Prior to 2-2-23 the last update captured was that of 1-8-22, which was captured on 17-8-22.
I'm not sure if that was the last time Primorus changed its investment page (I know it doesn't change very often) but changes between those two dates to the latest update on first glance appear to be -
1. Addition of 42,375 Interpac shares
2. Addition of 1,800,000 Alteration Earth warrants
3. Deletion of 831,358 shares in Rogue Baron @ £0.07 - there were some chunky trades in this around 31-1-23 including 5000,000 @ 0.61p - I can't quite get the various trades to exactly add up to our 831,358, but they may be in there somewhere, bearing in mind RB isn't very often traded. The holding may have netted around £50k if indeed sold - as appears the case.
4. Deletion of 40,000 shares in Nomad Energy @ $7.50 - Companies House reveals this company was dissolved on 27-12-22 via voluntary strike off, so it has obviously gone west.
5. Deletion of all the shares in Truspine - the trades in this on 1-2-23 exactly match our holding (1 share out) so that must be us, sold at various prices starting at 2.1p and ending at 1.2p. someone can work out exactly but if we take 1.5p by our 1,805,554 holding that would net us a further £27K.
So less a bit in costs it looks like we have an additional £75K in the bank, which should keep us going a quite while more, bearing in mind our day to day running costs are much reduced.
Maybe simply a question of priorities, Rupert of course bought more around 19-1-23, so maybe whilst eyeing a big fish, he is letting a few minnows go. Noticeably the two minnows are the ones fairly easily tradable, so maybe the priority is to raise the cash quick rather than looking at what best to sell.
Unfortunately, we no longer have RKB to do all this donkey work for us.
I do feel somewhat sorry for him, selling out just at the wrong moment, having held and been so enthusiastic for so long, and worse than that, Rupert snaffled most of his shares!
RKB, if you are out there, they are still a potential bargain even now!
The problem though may be accumulating a new holding of any significance.
Fresho situation looks interesting, looks like this may be worth multiples of the present Primorus share price of 4p, just on that investment alone.
Just goes to show the slow movers may be the best after all.
Buy, and bide your time.
Testing .yes fair play .apologies if it came across wrong .i was more alluding to whatever is behind any rise must be related to something else.
Obviously. RMM is still one of prim's investments so good to stay informed
Logic says the rise is nothing to do with RMN.Clearly.
More bad news on RMM though, that whole setup looks very dodgy -

Rupert has confirmed on the other board re prim's Fresho holding: "For clarity Primorus Investments current shareholding in Fresho is 4.34% with 78.8m shares in issue."
Intriguing to see whats driving the sp.
Iittle volume is moving this and labrun has got his seat at the table .Im hoping its something we arent aware ,an exciting new investment in disruptive technology would be good..For now its patience and watch closely.
Got to be worth 12p on that investment list
The prim website says that the investment info was updated on 2 Feb, anyone know what changed?
