Early bird this morning - bought for another 5K GBP shares. I can feel it - this will pay out over 2022
Evening all , been a quiet few days on here ...
Not many quotes from Our key shareholders or any company updates !
I’ll be honest I’ve sold 15% of my holding and decided to play Some day trading ...
Don’t get Dragged into the abyss ... have a bit of fun with what you can afford .
Good For your health as your not constantly watching this and inevitable chat about spod price bla bla ...
Just make sure you keep an eye out for the 50K buy
Just my opinion of course ...
By the way SK you never replied to my question in regards to valuation ....
Only been in for 15 months!
Feels like I have aged by 3-4 years in that time .
Not long now for the results we have been waiting for and hopefully an upturn in our fortunes!!
Bick--yes---we have had a long journey.
Acker
Bick, how much more time are you willing to wait?
I could never do 8 years here unless it was steadily going up.
Been hearing that message for about 8 years!!
Tomorrow is our day !
48m volume today.
The big players are obviously taking their positions in expectation of good news.
Thought I was filtered by U, Mr U turn. Maybe U U turned on that too, Good for U.
Sandy Pants--that made me laugh.
Think this name will follow the poster.
Acker
ohhhh ok sandy pants.
Edgy - every single day has buys and sells around that amount and above.
But then again, it is Thursday. On that basis I expect a great RNS at 2pm today.
FFS. Maybe I got out of bed the wrong side...again...
Strong buy maybe. £17k at 0.19 is a confident purchase on a Thursday
M_Night - where is this strong buying you are seeing? Volume very low where I am looking. 10m only traded. Am I looking in the wrong place?
Strong buying this morning. Perhaps George will give us a end of month present Fri or Mon.
Unless he is sitting on some results waiting for some decent grades to report. I have been speaking to exploration companies over the past couple of days on the Mines and Money Forum as well as in Cote D'Ivoire and Mali and despite Covid there seems to be no problem in getting 3 to 4 weeks turnaround. It might be down to "relationship" issues. Seriously have a look at the infection rates in Zimbabwe.
When the EPO was finally awarded, GR did say that he would prefer to go alone against given away part of Zulu. Why would you want him to change his mind? Furthermore, does DFS was suppose to be completed by end of quarter 2 or 3 ? Now, what is the date we are looking at please?
There's another company that's using the same labs that RNS'ed in December about the lab delays due to covid. So it's legit. Can't remember the name of that company, but good to remember that Omicron first broke out in the region and through most of December many parts of the world implemented tight restrictions until the data was clear.
Good buying today soaking up the sells btw.
GR has no reason to lie as he would want the results asap to strengthen the ongoing negotiations regarding a better deal so unfortunately cherry I think your wrong
Jayz.....prove that the labs are holding things up as I do not believe a word of it .
Wolf,
Should be possible to run PREM on $1m a year. GR's salary is a big chunk of this but apart from that there arent too many other big costs. Biggest variable will be GR's expense account.
Bickmaster
Cherryburn
Yes, $10m was the figure I had in mind, though PREM will have spent approx $1.5m to date so the headroom should be able to fund the remainder.
Not sure he is being coy about releasing results. I am simply assuming he doesn't have anything to release. Other possibility is the results are not as good as expected.
Bickmaster
Bick, what's the annual burn rate for PREM to remain solvent.
Wolf
Bickmaster........from past experience of funding to DFS level I would expect that the Company will need to raise in the order of $8 to $10 million. Drilling might have to be done on a 50X50 metre drill pattern for starters in order to get a JORC 2012 compliant indicated resource. Why is George being so coy about releasing results at the moment ?
Acker
Yes, my view is the DFS can be funded from the existing headroom. Last years AGM saw the authorised share cap raised from 18b to 23b. There are currently 19.4b shares in issue, so PREM has the ability to issue a further 3.6b, which at 0.16p per share would raise £5.75m (~$7.75m).
I would hope that PREM should be able to complete the DFS in the next 12 -18 months for $7.5m. Our issue is GR will start throwing money at MNH, RHA and potentially other assets if it is available. Keep the purse strings tight and the focus where it needs to be - Zulu.
God forbid, if PREM were to actually release a few assay results to the market it would also give potential for SP to increase so more could be raised for the same amount of shares. If we were to work on placing at 0.20p per share PREM could raise £7.2m (~$9.7m).
This means you can have a more competitive auction/competition when it comes to selling Zulu or a very large chunk of Zulu in the future.
