I'm concerned about the time frame, it's tight... then we have the environmental impact... has that been signed off by the government... also the mining licence !!
Do we have power to plant.
Apologies if I sound like a de-ramper, we could finally be on the cusp of understanding the true value of Zulu and the EPO area .
Wolf
Yes it should be about the future but we’re a way off that. My concern is prems ability to hit the 2023 target
Timings won’t be an issue if the grade and quantity is high.
Bally, could it be that the deadline which concerns you is not the same as concerns Snowk & ProfB?
Snowking the time frame is tight, I'm sure most will be concerned GR doesn't make the deadline going on past delays, i just hope the advice he has been given on mine build is the best advice and all goes well.
Wolf
Bally mean , why your worrying and others when the focus should be on the amount of revenue and future drilling and future revenue.
I’m certainly worried about Prem missing a deadline and paying ‘a bit of interest’…
Daz , the EPO is so vast and lithium deposit so massive it may be full production may not be achieved for decade , but by then rival to Pilbara is possible , but we dotn really know what is all over the epo area , but we have foudn enough to get u pto 100,000 tonnes a year.
Snowking
Full production 2025 to 2030
Now you have a pilot mine.
Its not a full production SK. You need to understand that.
Radika , sorry i gave the wrong impression , but as Jenkoo says , i meant news building , in coming week , weeks , months and 7-9 months from producing.
Daz : Whilst i got wrong the short term market reaction to events this year , i am have been more accurate on estimating how the drilling woudl be paid for in last 6 months with the premium placing, and when production woudl start , , whilist most on here thought late 2024 , we are now Q1 2023.
I dont see you forecastign anything , but just shoot down everyone with a try at predicting what is coming.
we invest to try and predict the future. i have said June woudl be a big month and so far it has been full of news and will end well next week i believe.
The pilot plant RNS was exactly what we wanted and so good, despite me having a big holding i added on friday and will do tomorrow .
Rarely do you get such a one way bet on how these shares will go up. You did not have the foresight to buy into prem when they were 0.04 , unlike several of us , i did but rather than take profits I and many are adding at these levels.
I see bickmaster cut 25% of his holding , which is fine but no way does 0.34p justify what the news was in the rns , the market is not efficient but in time the shares have to rise .
You can worry that prem miss a deadline and have to pay a bit of interest in April next year , or you can invest now and see the share price multiply over coming months.
George is not stupid he will have bought equipment over the last few weeks ready for a rapid mine build. He thinks ahead and he is a smart cookie , despite what many on here think. look what he has got us , from no sales to likely $200m plus for early next year.
Radika- I believe SK is saying that in circa 9 months we will be producing for Suzhou… rather that in the next 3 months or so. I would suggest next month is all about getting the contracts signed (as mentioned in RNS) followed by 5 months or so of building mine such as clearing top soil, bringing in plant and equipment, processes, etc
Truest exciting time to be an investor. I genuinely wish I had more cash to invest as I see Prem being in such a good position not just 1yr away but truly brilliant in 3yrs and beyond. I’m in for the long term. As we said EPO isn’t even being discussed properly and god knows what’s in there
J
SK polite question, you say in coming weeks and months from zero sales to £20 million sales a month. How is it possible without a mine?
Snowking
Do you have that on copy and paste repeatingly spouting the same ramped up GUESSES.
Have to see on that one ROMAN.
I agree with that comment wolframite. I accept the risks associated with it.
Daz you clearly don't accept the risks or see any value in investing currently and I guess that's your strategy. At the end of the day those invested will get rewarded well, not at all or somewhere in between.
GLA
So, what are you going to do now Daz ?
Are you going to pick hole's in the deal for the next 9 months and try spoil it for all those long term holder's that invested for
Zulu !!
We as investors except the risk... YOU DON'T so move on.
Wolf
Daz , over the coming weeks and months , prem will move from zero sales to $20m a month , that is $240m a year . Prem market cap will have to rise as solid money from sales will be incoming in March . This is only phase 1 . What will Prem do with all this cash they generate . Most likely build a second mine , you forget they only drilled a small area of Zulu .
So year on year Prem production will grow . Prem still own 100 % of Zulu , which is remarkable .
Next week I am sure we will hear more and I hope we get an interview .
Assay resukts are long overdue , but Suzhou did not invest £12 m plus $34m knowing bad drill results .
The plan I expect is drilling has reached the 20,000 m , resource for indicated should be around 10 mts and then the drilling will continue to increase the inferred resource . So far drilling has been to give a detail to plan the pilot mine .
The sales numbers on the pilot mine are stunning alone , but we forget the rest of Zulu and Epo.
Basically the share prices from here or we get taken over . George has had his mistakes and unlucky in the past , but to get the drilling to 20,000 m and fully fund the mine build whilist prem holding 100% is amazing .
Chuggley,
It's not moaning if you are just highlighting the risks along with the benefits and are interested about the floor price/discounted price mentioned. It's fact checking as there have been some calculations based on turnover which a price has been used for. It may be they are exaggerated slightly but it maybe they aren't.
Just worth noting that as they are also not privy to the "commercial deal" but are more than happy to predict the turnover. You therefore must accept that others may be more cautious on the prediction of turnover.
Chuggers
All company should able to stand up against criticism im mearly pulling out the cracks people dont want to look in. You ramp the crap out of this on twitter as well your 'one of the crew' if your in the telegramp groups.
Here because i want to be and i enjoy battery metal stock research to learn and expand a knowledge base.
Then got roped in to when i popped on some months back and seen absaloute tools calling full TO of 500mil and that was even before suzoh come about. How daft do those people sound now?
Now what you have is a contract to direct supply on a discounted SPOD price from a low output pilot mine for a few years and GR at the helm.
Been had.
Funny you should say that about daz423 if you click on anyones name in posts it shows what they hold try clicking on daz423 ?
Profit , as I see it if they misspodjction deadline , the. They pay interest , that’s all . It’s pretty simple this mining , so why will it not happen .
There is some overhyping the small risk , in the face of earnings being over $240 m a year.
Prem have never been in a better position . James Gozo is spot on , some on here just find after good news something new to try to worry about .
These worries , forget they worried about other issues that turned out fine .
Next week more news to flow as we enter a period of steady news and I expect move upwards in share price .
We are heading to be a billion dollar company and I bet when we get their , the same people will be moaning
Some very valid points. I wonder what that "floor price" will be.
Just to clarify, should PREM not make the deadlines, they are to give away all of the 3.5km2 of Zulu?
It's a commercial deal. You're not going to see detail
Suppose it just gives moaners something to cling to and moan about
As to Daz. Don't even understand why you're here. No way you hold.... you do nothing EVER but criticise.... agenda at its best. Or just a very sad lonely person if you feel this need
I suspect you're in at least one of the telegram groups feel free to prove me wrong via a DM
All thoughts welcome!
I know this doesn’t give a definitive answer to the deal but it does give an idea of timeframes and possible deal setup.

My take on the deal is : current day SC6 prices - costs - discounted percentage = amount to be paid off the loan.
With this statement in the tweet ‘present SC6 pricing’ I would suggest the discount is based on a percentage rather than a fixed cost per tonne.
Other take away is the commentary states pre-payment paid back within 12 months…. Not 6…. Not 2 etc. do the maths on say 11months and I think you get to what Prem will be paying back each month.
Or I could be totally wrong! Thoughts????
J
The floor price may not be firmed up yet.
Any loan would still require security so would also have its own set of risks.
At the end of the day the deal is decent in my eyes, but everyone is entitled to an opinion on it. How good the deal is depends on hitting the deadline markers and more detail around the floor price would certainly give some good analysis on expected revenue. Hopefully those risks will become clearer or reduce as more info flows and the timeline progresses.
It's a huge step forward to where it was last week and to get into production cant be seen as anything but positive and the route has been confirmed.
