wolframite , i base my thoughts and hopes on Prem getting a big payment in a first deal . this woudl provide money to do what they want in the first year . it al depends on what they get in first deal .
If the sp went up 5-15% every day for at least 2 weeks, everybody would change their tune.
Snowking, can you explain why PREM could direct funds away from Zulu and still remain viable? I don't think you have a clue.
Aimslaugh
there you do it again like many on here make some mindless comment with no knowledge , this has been already discussed , Prem have done more than is required for the epo license to be renewed , you should do some research on this aspect you bring up n stead of guessing , speak to the company and they will inform you . Or simply look at the tweet last week showing the epo area being drilled with a photo , so stop talking nonsense
May i suggest we write to Rio Tinto and ask them buy PREM for 4 penny per share. They have an interest to get quick onto the Lithium journey. 1B $ pay-day sounds to me like a great offer - so many write here that u guys not believe that PREM get it done. Any thoughts / opinions ?
Nookie, I was feeling confident PREM are about to turn a corner and we would all do well in coming months... That was until GRs mouth piece started spouting off about MNH and RHA...I have my doubts now.
it's always the same with PREM if anyone can destroy sentiment George can :-(
Wolf
NOOKIE oh yes he can , the EPO was granted nearly a year ago and ZIM government cant take it back , and PREM are still only just doing work on the original DFS area which if people remember was fully funded to DFS many a time and fund ring fenced
DONT GIVE GR ANY MONEY - WE NEED OTHER TO MAKE SURE WE DELIVER ..
This will get volatile and I’m waiting for 0.7 if it ever happens
Nookie, the only saving grace is that the assets are too big for him. It will get taken off him/forced to sell.. the zim government would want this to be fast tracked.
He can’t feck this up.
Snowking, we all agree PREM isn't professional enough... So why do you think GR could make MNH profitable when the last two companies have failed.
Wolf
Snow the more you post the more I cringe. So we should forget about all the past failures? GR has proved himself incompetent and is still useless. Where are the results ? Using covid as an excuse is just old now. Where are the books on MNH we were promised last year ? First it was profitable then he said potentially profitable. You just can't make it up. GR is a lair and so are you. All you do is ramp. Big month this month, next month until you eventually get it right. Why anyone with half a brain would go anywhere near the side projects when lituim is in such high demand is crazy. I also remember you saying Chris Male has contacts in the lab in SA and the turnaround would be "within days" what happened to that ?
If he spends anymore more on these useless side projects then I'll book a flight to SA and slap the man.
Ref,l dont know what is going on shows really how much of a spoofer you really ,are,l indeed have a quite a nice holding in PREM,which l keep to myself,l dont post on this board day after day week after a load of fecking spoofs, we can all do our research and make are own decisions with our investments ,but most of us can see throught the constant rampers or spoofer, and certainly anyone with any sort of cop -on wouldnt be investing large sums of money on any AIM listed companies,85%of all small investors lose money on AIM investments, that a fact ,there are the few snakes that constantly ramp stocks purely for there own benefit, which brings me back to you.
Cherry , most shareholder will get rich investing in prem but not the non believers .
I agree prem is not professional enough , but George has kept us a float with no revenue for several years , with more money bigger team then let’s see the pr . Peoples constant negative referring to past failures is why the same people will shy away and go quietly into the night as this share price rises sharply , never to be heard of again .
Which one are you going to be Cherry , happy share. Holder or non shareholder who disappears
Wolframite , it depends is it fir x % of Zulu or x% of prem shares .
I think the power is with George and Prem to dictate terms and so I expect enough money , to complete DFs , , buy Mnh , keep prem with money in bank , spend say $300 k on rha and totally game change prem , plus drill Epo .
The driver is the lithium shortage and the price . NPV for prem must be over £1 billion
Snowking.....you have shown yourself to be clueless on many fronts so stop bragging about how rich you are going to be "once this hits 1p". If you are so close to GR as you imply why not ask him to produce a schedule of how much the DFS is expected to cost , showing the various elements and timelines. You might like to take a look at how Atlantic Lithium has performed over the past few weeks and see how that company presents its information to all shareholders and potential investors. GR tweets etc. are a complete and utter joke !
I do not think that 12M $ is not needed to finish DFS. Lets say another 5-10% additional shares could be sufficient. On the other end we could make a better JV on Zulu when DFS is finalised.
Red, nobody is going to invest 12mil into Zulu and have it written into a contract you can do what you wish with that money... the only way GR could buy MNH is by doing a placing, if that happens you can kiss your investment goodbye.
Wolf
Snowking - I agree but I’ve mentioned before we won’t hear anything on a deal until Q2 if we’re lucky, if he got a $12 m I’d say the DFS is priority then the EPO plus make sure we have enough money to keep things running and then whatever is left over maybe spend a little on the side projects to try and form a monthly income. I agree if a big lithium find with high grades appears in the EPO then we are definitely looking at several pennies and a £1bn + MCAP but it is easy to get carried away with figures and a lot can happen between now and then we are still at the beginning and awaiting Zulu results, 2022 is so far looking to be a good year from what we know so far and communication has improved :)
Read agree , but this is what may happen I think which will be interesting with Epo .
Let’s assume George pulls off a deal in early FebruRy and brings home say $12 m , he could use a few million to complete DFS , a couple for MNH and a few in the bank . But he will have money left to start drilling the Epo and start a second DFS of Epo new area . Can you imagine prem de outrage a big lithium find in the new area . The shares would have to go to several pennies .
Snowking - is it good news that Rio tinto have been stopped going into production as it allows Zulu to catch up? When this hits 1p it will then get the attention of many and investors will be buying but most will wait until prem can prove what Zulu has to offer then we will see the big boys loading up, even at 1p they will be loading up ready for the JV/sale on the EPO area :)
Cytstal , the Rio situation , may push companies looking for lithium to Africa , to avoid enviro protestors
El-gelboy, all I can say is I am going to be rich with my prem investment and you will be wondering why you did not buy more and even when Prem hit 1 p , you will be negative about them . You have no idea what is going on
that is not only a massive financial hit now for Serbia, and could well affect any hopes they have of joining the EU in the next few years, but will be seen a number of years down the line as having massively held back the countries development and growth.
It is big news January
Rio tinto $2.4 billion lithium project stopped.
Not delayed like we heard earlier this week
