Keep wearing the Golden Blinkers !!!
Charlie excellent post. How about an answer Matt wailer.
Top post Charlie.
They will disappear from commenting on this board very soon as the news comes out.
You get these childish behavioral types on all boards unfortunately.
GL to all genuine holders. Our time is about to arrive IMHO.
Great post Charlie1984
The are some misguided individuals on here who refuse to move on from the past.
Seeing SD get more involved in this business is excellent news. It looks to me GR is getting the house in order prior to news flow.
PREM can bag very easily on good news. GLA
Mattwales - for the record do you know why PREM sold out Circum to SD and Co?
Was it cheap ?
A undeveloped resource with nothing spent on it isn’t worth much.
The fact that PREM got cash to advance RHA and just over 2% was not a bad deal IMO. They made a profit on the asset without spending anything on it.
You need to look at the MC of PREM at the time and the monetary value from the sale.
Do you know how much has been spent by the consortium of shareholders on Circum to date to get it to were it is today?
If you know this you would know that PREM could not have financially rolled this, looking at an asset that cannt be funded what would you value it at?
So selling something for a profit and retaining a stake without paying for the development seems a good move by GR and not so much “SD taking something on the cheap” as you put it.
I guess you and the gang are trying to paint a picture of SD, last comments by the gang to mention a couple:
“SD cannt influence the global economy”
“SD and Pandora box comment”
“SD took a great part of PREMs Circum investment on the cheap”
It’s sad that you and your chums show little to no regard for his interest in the company of which he now owns 3.46%
The fact that he has made his fortune by bankrolling assets and advancing them through the life cycle to either production or Part life cycle to then sell at a profit isn’t a negative, he has a lot of contacts and skin in the industry.
Having someone onboard that could bankroll Zulu EPO should be seen as a positive IMO.
As mention you guys are here and have an alternative motive, likely multi account IDs and working for someone?
Why else would every post be so negative multiple times a day on a share that you guys had no interest in?
You either all have sad, sad little lives which are consumed by PREM or you are getting paid to be here, which one is it?
Unfortunately for the rest of us PIs a LTH We have to listen and read your crap daily and frankly it’s getting a little boring........... to all genuine holders GL I believe we are super close to game changing news on multiple fronts, the arrival and stance by SD to acquire 3.46% of PREM is only the start, having someone with the capabilities of bankrolling prem is massive - GLA
From memory Stephen Dattels took a great part of PREMs Circum investment on the cheap.
Lets hope we do not experience a repeat on Lithium assets.
glad you see see it as well Charlie,
Who you working for Alchemyex?
Seems you and a few other posters work the BB with your negativity shooting anyone down that holds this share and has a positive view to suit your game plan of de-ramping and being negative constantly.
Again I would recommend anyone to click on your posting history to see what your motives are here. Struggling to find a positive post which says a lot considering your posting on here frequently. We all know AKER trades this share are you trading or are you just a multiple account poster.
Seems there are 5 constant accounts that post negatively on the BB coinciding with each other. Just an observation.
The other observation is how childish and dismissive your replies are which says a lot about you as a person.
Blah Blah Charlie don’t you get bored of saying the carp 10x a year .
Absolutely spot on the money Oneknows
Jonjo....Caledonia has been producing gold in Zimbabwe for very many years and I have been hugely impressed with their presentations in London and Cape Town over the years . Professional outfit that knows what they are doing unlike the joker at the top of the PREM pack. I note that even Fuad has left the ring for some reason but made enough trading this I suppose.
;-)
Now, now oneknows, you should know better than to allude with comments of defamation on public BB how SD and other millionaires / billionaires come to be in the positions they are!
"Millionaires or billionaires don’t become so by making bad investments and throwing cash down the drain.?"
No 98% of them do it by ripping off other people of their hard earned cash.
Mal Aker is playing both sides of the coin here unfortunately. He will tell you hisself he his trading PREM so his opinion and posts will vary depending on the “play” he is in.
Overly positive if he has bought in pointing
out the finer details and everything positive.
Likewise is he has sold out and is looking for a lower entry point you will see the opposite of Akers posting, prime example what he is doing now.
For anyone unsure click on his name if your signed in and read his posting history on this share. Clear pattern, why he undoubtedly makes genuine points these are inflated or stretched by the imagination to paint the picture he wants you to interpret from his posts.
He is right Dattels doesn’t run the world economy he isn’t part of the BOD, however, he does go back a long way with GR & NH and recently give PREM a friendly loan which he has converted into 3.46% (published in TR-1 RNS) so we have a multimillion can I say billionaire loaning PREM cash then converting that loan to shares.
Millionaires or billionaires don’t become so by making bad investments and throwing cash down the drain.
With this in mind I ask you why Stephen Dattels wanted 3.46% of PREM when he could have taken his loan repayments and interest and walked away with a profit.
Could it not be that Circum windfall is close which he knows better than anyone else about. A dividend of 0.1p per share will be paid that is approx 40% more than current SP and his money back for a free carry.
Or is it RHA ownership or finance will be sorted this Tuesday and RHA will be back into production with the EPO being granted Friday for Zulu and he wants a slice of a rather large pie.......... after all he could buy more PREM to fund the Zulu EPO licensing area into production as he has the cash to do so and this is how the guy makes his money by investing and building up companies. Don’t take my word for it google the guy.
Over to you guys to make your own mind up - GLA
Acker and a plaything for you?
It really does amaze me that so many people have just put their head in the sand and ignored the fact that there is a very strong possibility that the world economy is heading towards a complete meltdown.
Can I just remind the Pandora Group--Dattels does not run the world economy.
Prem is a minnow in the mining world ,the company is a joke..it is a plaything for a few mates.
Acker
Management. That's the difference... the staff are also shareholders. No comparison between Caledonia and the Roaches fiefdom.
jonjo, gold price is pretty high and it makes sense for anyone to invest in solar panels if they are already operating a gold mine.
diamond prices are starting to recover from their nasty 4 year crash.
dont get me wrong Zimbabwe is pretty much untapped for resources and I am sure a lot of companies will be looking to invest in both gold and diamonds.
Commodities linked to the current over supply of world steel is another matter.
Of course in time manganese and tungsten prices will recover from their current slide....should there be no more lockdowns or any banking crisis it should be q1/q2 next year.
However, is isnt just Zimbabwe's economy falling apart, places like Sudan are experiencing high inflation/currency slide.
We are all very lucky we dont live in the developing world as it will suffer the most.
Caledonia investing in Zim. Cant be all doom and gloom then.
https://www.mining.com/caledonia-mining-to-build-solar-plant-at-gold-mine-in-zimbabwe/
Mattwales , whilst part of what you say in pricing is fair , the potash future does look good and will recover in 2021. So an IPO will look at production for end of 2021 and into 2022 rather than prices in 2020.
Tungsten prices are playing into RHA hands , the relatively low price has meant some mines are closing but RHA will open and offtakers are interested , that is plural.
cherry burn
your comments on circum are consistent that you know someone in circum . but equally you are not saying everything you know. you and i know that come October in 2-3 months , it is very likely that after minimal prem dilution of circum that plans will be put forward for an IPO in Canada . This if we are correct will be in Q1 2021.
charlie fully agree ,
last week should have been news on RHA and EPO but pushed back a little , but at long last we have some idea of timing of these events . it is not coincidence that the big boys are now getting in and lets see where we are after news flow .
long suffering time for prem shareholders , but in the last year this is the time to be in and not out.
Acker and his crew we know what they have been up to as we have been watching your comments carefully.
Mattwales & Aker leading the Sunday de-ramp trying to sow the seed of doubt. Looks like they are looking for a lower entry point next week.
Circum -
Clearly not aware of how long set up will be for production, one thing is for sure, the process of IPO doesn’t wait for the eureka moment (increased potash price) they progress and catch it on the bounce.
RHA -
meeting was scheduled for Friday gone, however due to the protesting etc Friday has been pushed back to this coming week.
As per RNS NEIFF have had a number of extensions to cough up the cash, so hoping to hear either cash coming or NEIFF are are handing over more RHA this week coming.
Zulu EPO -
As above delays last week due to the protesting so Gazette was cancelled. Hopfully we will see the EPO granting back on track and issued Friday and Zulu will be in the mix, it is coming up a year since it was first published in the paper as being granted.
What I will say is C-19 regardless of location is going to be hanging around until such times it’s managed with a vaccine.
Zim has long required investment and funds for its economy, cannt see them putting on hold mining and granting of EPO licensing as this is a source of income.
Further more the mining locations are outwith the townships and are relatively unexposed due to their remote locations.
Guessing we know who the sellers were at the back end of last week by their somewhat negative posting!!!!
GLA hopefully this is our week, why some think SD is this that and the other he wouldn’t be buying 3.46% in a head horse, I fully see this as a positive and a clear sign of getting in prior to news landing!
