To be fair- (and know I said the same thing) but it won't cover it, but certainly will pay for a big chunk of the shares anyone buys below .20p, lol!
A lot will depend on the value of that divi and also if shareholders are getting 100% or 50%!
Your post also forgot to mention James Goozee who now owned over 1.2 billion shares and continues to add.
At these levels the Circum Special Dividend more than covers buying stock and must be seen as a massive safety net and one that will return a free carry. For a lot of new PIs and those buying in at these levels
Has Prem finally turned the corner? GR cannot raise more funds without shareholder approval it looks like.
This could easily hit 0.20p (4 bag) from this level on the right news...EPO,Circum and so on.
The fact that GR holds so many shares is comforting. £7m market cap is very low.
Just looking at the facts and what we seen last week in terms of trading:
Trading volumes from the 21st till 23rd Friday I have that as a total of 4,332,380,016
This gives an average ruffly of 1,444,130,005 daily.
A lot of talk now circulating about the forward selling and shares in sticky hands.
I’m guessing if LTH and new PIs continued to top up next week this makes the squeeze more interesting and can only propel the SP North.
Expecting volume to continue as interest, sentiment and positivity returns.
Wednesday the market will be informed by the company surely if the shares have went privately to a company or investor/s.
I stick by my opinion and the MM reaction thus far and say that the placing shares have been forward sold and the MM have an inclination the stock isn’t coming.
Why else didn’t we tank, we actually dropped 21st on RNS (-24%) and recovered (-6%) and have seen the SP blue 2/3 trading days last week (22nd +6% & 23rd +7%)
Looks like 5th of November might be coming early and we will see a great deal of fireworks.
Hopefully for share holders new and old our time has finally come and this is the point we start to see true value, this company imo is totally undervalued it’s time we unlocked the true potential - GLA
Max, you've been around a while, you know what he does and fails to. Good luck, but, really? (not really related to this thread)
The next 48hrswill set the share price up for a big boost imo!
If volume continued, that mm's will have to let it go up! There has been an overwhelming number of buys to sells, so that says a lot!
Looking forward to this week! Gla
the calm before the storm next week
Hello everybody!
I trust that everyone is having a relaxing Saturday!
Yesterday's volume and buying volume is a really good sign. I am also thinking that there will be a short squeeze in the making here with the large uniform round number buys!
All going well, we should have a strong open on Monday imo! A good set up for a move north!.
Prem has been one of those shares that has cause a lot of heartburb for a lot of people in the past and the constant placings for Roach to go buy assets and then placings to keep lights on has caused a lot of pain. I say this because it is a fact that has to be acknowledged.
However, Prem is now at the point where all the pain is very well going to start paying off!
It is important to note that just one of these assets pays off and this will be a very different company.
An example of this would be a dividend from Circum would be millions of Dollars coming in each year and we are at that point where this could be announced imo at any point!
The company also owns assets that are significantly worth more than current MCAP and with just one in full production or the sale of an asset would again be very lucrative for the business.
In the last four years where I have had something to do with PREM on an on and off basis- I finally think that the company is in a position where it has positive portions!
Having positive option in life is very Powerful and very positive and I think the market has started to see this, over the last few days
For non-Chartists:
I will mention it for educational purposes.
When someone mentions the ‘daily’, each candle represents 1 day of trading. For the ‘Weekly’, one week of trading, etc.
Regarding the moving averages. Generally you have the EMA and SMA. EMA is more responsive to immediate trend changes. SMA more accurate to longer trends.
For example the Weekly 200 SMA (currently at 0.2), this is basically an average of 200 previous weekly candles at and average price. Thus a line is drawn. A line of average.
Similarly if someone mentions a daily 50SMA, this is a chart where each candle represents a day, and the moving average line represents 50 previous days of trading, at an average.
The moving averages, the 50 & 200 averages are formidable support resistance. The higher the timeframe, daily/weekly/monthly, the more ‘weight’ the averages carry, in terms of being able to reject/support the price.
As such, a break of the daily/weekly/monthly averages, indicate to us, bullish signs. If we break past this area, and then retrace and find support here, then we remain bullish.
Hence price will always appear to zigzag. As we break resistance and then retrace and test this as our support. We continue to do so until the resistance/support is to formidable, and then a trend change occurs.
Outside of moving averages we also have historical price areas, fib levels, etc etc . But just an idea of how it’s works :)
0.2 would be the idea sell zone. This being said each week this price is not obtained, the average will move systemically lower. A break of 0.05-0.55 then we move to 0.075area for break of the daily 200sma and weekly 50ma. A break above 0.075 and 0.1 is definitely on the cards as this would be a psychological area as this is a whole number.
As we have been in a bullish wedge there are various historical price resistances and several resistances between here and 0.2. That being said 0.2 (approx where the moving average sits now) is the goal.
A break of the weekly 200sma is extremely bullish. Though afterwards a pullback and restest of the area is likely. As we break any resistance, generally we pullback and retest the resistance as our new support before we move on an break the next one.
My twitter handle is the same as my name here, i will post updates next week
placing shares very commonly forward sold as soon as received usually at annuncement
date not date indicated in the future to hit the market
cln's commonly forward sold as many deals have notes already issued which can then
requested for conversion at 90% vwap or what ever the deal is but again have already
sold at higher prices as in effect already own the shares prior to notification to convert
Warrants - not as much as their is never (unless built into the deal) an obligation to ever
excise them mostly used in effect as a company 2nd'ry placing to the original give them
future funding IF the price rises and a sweetener to the lender to cash in further if the
company progresses
Warrants have to be paid for to the company at the time of request to excise
Thanks for that guys :)
So yes I agree the forward sellers look like they’ve got themselves up **** creek LOL
Generally I have done very well charting, and I understand price action better than most.
I heard it mentioned and this chart screams LONG to me. It has all the technicals of a long play. Minimal risk, huge upside. I entered a large position today accordingly.
Volume Tick. Bullish structure Tick. Sentiment Tick. Volume entry ‘profile’ Tick. We are on the cusp of a break to the upside. 0.2 is completely possible. 0.2 is the weekly 200sma and this is a magnet for sellers. As such this is a price target. A break and confirmation of support of this would greatly increase the further upside of price potential. We currently sit at 0.05, depending on how you draw the bullish structure we have potentially broken out of the structure this week already. Whichever way you draw it we are right on the daily 50ma and upper structure break point.
I have even seen an influx of trolls and derampers so now I feel even more bullish :)
ding ding we have a winner Max
according to an old friend back in the 60/70's when SHE worked in the city
that was pretty much the norm
also according to her a lot of those hookers you ref'd to where part of the workforce
lol
officially it is frowned upon
The problem that can occur is that the share may need GM share holder approval to cover
issue , larger holders get upset and things fall apart, now have a problem shares sold that
do not exist
that results in a great scenario if your in or can get in as those shares now need to be removed
to balance the books , lender has to claw them back and if very large volumes involved can
cause a huge spike in price as they desperately buy back
probably to avoid that legality / investigation you mentioned lol
As is usually the case- nothing is illegal if you have enough money- Just ask OJ!
IMO I bet that if mm's have a good week, they have a powder party in the office on Friday with Hookers and fire engines... (we've all seen the true story "The Wolf Of Wall Street", lol!
Perfect Max! Thank you
a good example of forward selling this year is icon if you take a pen and paper and jot down
the dates of conversions and share issues then look at the volumes and dates on the TR-1
they are all out by one date (april - sept)
The to hit the market shares clearly already sold before the date next conversion requested
sneaky stuff lol
Perfect!! Thank you, that was the bit I didn’t know, the place receiving them before the actual date. Makes sense.
Receive them at below market price in advance and sell them at current market price. To avoid a dilution price by a price drop.
You would think this was illegal lol.
I am relatively new to AIM. As have been specifically a crypto trader for years.
Thanks,
Wigs- Forward selling pretty much works like this:
- If someone knows that they are either entitled to will be in receipt of shares, people will opt to forward sell. This can be for many reasons including, if someone has warrants and will forward sell the shares that are bought at tthe price the warrants entitle you to.
So what happens? I am entitled to say 100 shares but do not have them, yet- I can borrow the shares and sell the borrowed shares at current price. The reason for this is because the share price will usually go down from current prices once the entitled shares are announced. I say this because when people forward sell, it's because they will be able to repay the borrowed shares with the shares they buy thru their entitlement (bought at a discount).
So, in a nutshell- this is why people forward sell, it's to basically lock in profit at today's higher price.
However, there is a problem if you do not get the shares you thought you were entitled too or that would be awarded to you in lieu of a payment. The problem then becomes, that you now owe the shares and if you do not have the shares to replace the borrowed, you will have to go and buy them on the open market (usually at a loss)
Wigs
the most common is an announcement made and placing shares to enter the market on a given date
per the rns
In reality what commonly occurs is by the time that date is reached the shares having been received
by the placee are sold ahead of that date at higher prices to gain more profit before that date is
reached
In other occasions mass selling occurs dragging the price down then surprise surprise a placing is
announced the drop caused by dumping of a raise in progress on this variant easy to spot as the
sp strangely rises on the placing without other news to support it (no overhang - shares gone)
I already searched google :) it didn’t give the best overview, if you can provide me a decent link
google will help
For the benefit of a chartist can some help please help to explain to me how forward selling shares works. I read Charlie’s comments but don’t fully understand the process. If someone can give me a full example I would be most appreciative! :)
