Well fancy that! Pensana’s saying how fiendishly clever they are. They have done well to find someone to believe this tosh.
Dumbo, Where on earth are you getting your information from ! Nowhere does it say that leaving the Thorium at a site it already exist on is unacceptable, Otherwise every Mine in the World would be unable to operate. Thorium is Pervasive, it is everywhere to some degree or other. Thorium is not even a particularly dangerous Radionuclide as it in itself does not emit any Gamma radiation, and given its 14B year half life, only minimal ionisation occurs for any given mass. The major risk from Thorium is that its Oxide ThO2 is a recognised 'Toxic' substance, as are most metals, however it is only dangerous if ingested or inhaled,. So keeping it wet to prevent airborne dust is a simple mitigation procedure. Silica dust is far more dangerous and the unsealed roads of Africa / Australia generate millions of tons of that each year !
As for the DFS/BFS, You have no idea as to what is contained in the Business Plan which superseded the BFS. The only thing that was published was the Summary which contained a brief outline of the Financials. There is no reason for the Company to publish the full document, especially when there are fools like you and others wanting to copy and paste the IP into their own Plans.
As to sending Thorium into storage ! Are you suggesting that they are going to SECURLY store concentrated Thorium somewhere ?? and for how long 250,000 years, Thorium may not be fissile but terrorists can still use the stuff in a Dirty Bomb.
I am not sure if Dumbo, Charles and Theorist are not all the same person, they certainly keep asking the same questions over and over again and they never acknowledge any answers; Typical FUD tactics designed to instil Fear and doubt to destroy sentiment !
What part of leaving the relatively low levels (700ppm is not high) of Radionuclides in the ground at Longonjo do they not understand, Thorium and Uranium are naturally occurring elements, they are everywhere, every mine in the World has some it is pervasive throughout the Universe, Coal mines have lots, and the people in Scotland build their houses with Granite containing the stuff. Thorium is not a problem unless kept in a concentrated form, even then it is easily managed ~ the USA have 5,000t of pure Thorium stored in a dump covered with just a few metres of soil ! I have no idea what his 250,000 years is in reference to, but if he is suggesting that that is how long it takes to decay then he is demonstrating his ignorance yet again ~ The half life of Thorium is actually older than the Universe ie 14 BILLION years.
Longonjo will most certainly be a mine, it is an economically proven Resource containing a commodity that the Western World has declared critical to our continued economic and environmental development. Transport Infrastructure is already in place and Ancillary Services are commencing to be installed as I write. The host Country Angola is well and truly behind Pensana developing the Mine and is even supporting the Company Financially, as is the UK Government, Even if China were to give NdPr away, the mine will still go ahead because the West has seen that China can no longer be trusted; even if China could be relied on, their RE products will never meet ESG Standards !
So Dumbo, whoever you are ~ You are wasting your time trying to destroy anybody here's confidence/sentiment. If you can't afford the Anti to buy into PRE then stick with your penny dreadful RBW's or tell your Chinese Master that they are way too late to save their Monopoly. Pensana, Peak, Arafura + a few others are all going to be in production within the next 2-5 years.
You boys really are earning that overtime aren’t you.. It’s getting a little bit desperate now.
Hi Scaramonga, IMO, Charles and/or Hamilton, are either a certain ex Australian Compliance Manager who got caught and sacked for trading/shorting PM8 and who has now moved shop with a huge chip on his shoulder, or he/she is a Singaporean based Chinese Propagandist who is trying to destabilise the Wests development of Rare Earths. Not sure which is which but both have similar agendas, ie to damage PRE's SP thus making it harder to raise Finance. They may even be one of the same ?
Hi Scaramonga, I do indeed own shares of this stock.
Generally, like everyone else, I’m keen to understand possible risks to my investment and the likely SP into the future. In that context, most of my posting is around market structure – PRE’s position within this will have a critical impact on its fortunes, and there are a number of unanswered questions in this area still (again, hope some of this will be covered by ‘Tony’s RNS’).
I’ve been involved with PRE for some time, so perhaps this combined with the complex (and interesting) market-level issues leads me to post here rather than on the boards of other companies in which I am invested.
Having said that, being a single-company poster is not that unusual (on this or other boards). Of course, there are more here due to existence of the Australian contingent.
Bwana - thanks for your feedback. Agree 100% about PRE SP manipulation. As I said, the outcome of the next ATF stage seems very vague, and ATF must now be under considerable pressure from the dozens of ventures who have succeeded in passing the first stage in Rounds 1 - 12 to give a roadmap for delivery of funding ASAP.
My best guess on a date for Pensana to reveal all in an RNS will be one after there is a large, unexplained 24 hour leap in the SP.
Hi CH,
I have a question - what companies do you actually invest in?
Just had a look through your profile and every single one of your posts is about Pensana. How strange you don’t post on forums where you actually own any stock. Its almost as if you have some ulterior motive...
Anyway you must have some belters being such a top class investor, share the love...
Hi Joe, just looking back through your postings - I can't find any questions I haven't answered? Please let me know and I'll respond, thanks.
Charles, you seem very quick to ask questions but reluctant to answer any! Just going AWOL for a few days doesn't wipe the slate clean.
Charles H happy to tomorrow-but just about to go out for the rest of the day.Obviously there are a few unknowns such as shares in issue Saltend margins etc that I have had to guess. Will post up tomorrow, but bear in mind I am a back of fag pack man-not a spreadsheet hound!!
Hi Bwana, please could you share the maths that give an SP of £10? The BP suggested £6.50, and that included some heroic pricing assumptions. Thanks
Hogsnipe, Ozango is the name of the Pensana subsidiary that owns the Longonjo licence.

Regarding ATF the rounds indicate when companies can apply but don’t specify end dates or payment schedule. If you consider the complexities of examining a wide gamut of projects all at different
stages, then you can that this is for good reason. My understanding is that we’ll get an update next month.
Hogsnipe-firstly thanks for all your excellent and insightful posts.I and other shareholders greatly appreciate them.
In response to your question below last time I had comms with the Company they were indicating a vague August/Sept timeframe for the ATF,but were pretty confident of getting something. They were also adamant that the ATF was the catalyst for green bonds and the rest of the funding. My own assumptions are that Saltend will be funded largely by the ATF,green bonds and just a very small amount of equity-so generally pretty cheap funding.I think it is Angola where the bulk of the new equity will sit alongside some more expensive debt.
Despite all the attacks on the share price, which to my mind are driven by a combination of hedge fund shorters and industrial espionage due to us having a radionuclide solution that competitors do not have and are in dire need of,I am confident that this will get funded and I still stand with my £10 PT.
By the way I really am not a conspiracy theorist, but I have never owned a stock in my life that has been so manipulated and attacked by so many pretty sophisticated derampers. That alone to me is quite a bullish indicator!!
