Well let’s just see what happens obadhia shall we. I don’t think the heat is getting to you at all, you’ve been on here during cooler weather conditions. No, for the record we don’t need websites being updated. We need to drill, test and sell end of. Couldn’t give a monkeys about anything else concerning comms etc.
Well, there’s divided opinion for all of us, those choosing for rampy tweets over considered official news output may benefit from a visit to a neurologist.
‘Admittedly a company should keep up with these things. However, do they really need to now?’
and ‘The ned’s are short/mid term basis, why do we need to go through all that malarkey.’
FORD, failing to add to a company website NEDS of this calibre, and importance to PRD’s situation right now, three months ago and no website acclaim is highly negligent, why post such a tripe question?
And GRH, here’s your own challenge . . .
Publish a post, on PRD’s progress, without any form or mention of self-aggrandisement.
The likelihood? Slight at best, never to be repeated, disturbingly certain - such an obvious objective. Suppose it keeps those joined at the hip happy.
GL to all investors with feet on solid ground, stick with your own self-beliefs, call into question others.
Reasonably, without real and intended malice.
And possibly, just maybe, this heat’s getting to me!
Admittedly a company should keep up with these things. However, do they really need to now? Personally I would perceive most pi’s are a pain in the arse. If Lonny tweets (which at least it’s from him and not some bod in the office making a page look pretty) it’s directly from him. We need one tiny bit of funding and good results. We’ve already discussed that we are on the down low a little bit so who cares really. If they were spouting loads of nonsense and adding things to website etc, you guys would be saying I’d rather you got on with the more important matters. I get that we are awaiting news on several things and questions need to be and will be answered soon. The ned’s are short/mid term basis, why do we need to go through all that malarkey. PG is clearly old school and old school get the job done imo. Not everyone gives a monkeys about all the tech, websites and what not. I use it when I need to, I suspect he’s the same.
Obadhia,
It will not come as a surprise to readers of this BB to know I agree with you wholeheartedly.
I think the leadership team is doing a great job in PRD but the comms side of things is, and has long been, a complete and utter dog-show.
Comms matter and it does need to get sorted.
Seems a fitting subject header to retain for my post . . . we know they've got their hands full at the moment (or at least hope so!) but it's pretty slack to announce the arrival of two highly capable NEDS joining the company on May 12th only to find there's no website mention of them three months later under Directors. We still have Louis showing despite the fact he left end of May.
I know there's even older out of date operations info still showing but accurate info on those running the company is a must, especially for new researchers.
If you're reading LB or PG, get a grip.
Redbox @ 18:37 ; I had to check twice this was you posting. Glad i read it - couple of hours ago i was 3 inches from making a weak joke about going from redbox to greenbox. Not that that would hurt you. Any danger your recent 'financial pleasure' (Kinky Friedman - yay !!) - will cause you to remain in the same spirit ? - Words have power. Seven. x
:))))
Nice one Redbox,
Great post let’s keep the good vibes matey. I think I’m right in saying that Tesco have more uniforms than the British Army. I was in Tesco a little while ago and was patiently waiting in line for the till attendant. He/she/it/them/they looked at me with a very puzzled look, this continued until I got to the till. He/she/it/them/they then said to me as he/she/it/them/they handed me my change, “why did you wait in line when you could of used the self checkout. As I took my change and walked away I said, “because if people like me didn’t wait in line, you wouldn’t have a job” I suspect the puzzled face continued after I had left.
P.s Pictures are available online of the meeting with the king and several others, rather humbling I’d say.
Good evening Redbox, I congratulate you sir on your foray into Revb, and your subsequent gains, also on your apology to the Bb, let's hope you continue your good fortune in the future. On a personal note, I was expecting an update on sdx (bb) saying their first drill had completed, and moving on to second one.so we (Prd) can get some inkling of timescale...but I can wait, anyhow, enjoy your weekend...that's everyone, not just Redbox.

Aha
That's where you are wrong :)
It was actually dinner with King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia...
BTW...
It stands for multi level marketing...
not something I would ever put money in

I won’t be telling people to buy when I’m getting out of the back door Mem, that’s all. I’m also not interested in this game for a long term career. I’m in for the big hit and if it happens I’ll deserve it. I’m not bothered about your tactics and have no problem with legally trading, that’s your style, not mine. I’ll sell prd when the company has been sold or one of the assets. I’m looking to make my money when the board make theirs, seems sensible to me.
@GRH I don't know what MLM is but I'd be willing to bet it was invented by you having a drink with Winston Churchill.
Thank you Sefton, have a great weekend
MEM,
I, I am sure, would not be alone in being happy that you made a big win on REVB. That is great! Especially in these somewhat confused times around the world.
I do not think anyone begrudges you your good fortune on that investment at all.
We all like it when a winner comes home, even if we were just sitting in the stands watching.
Have a good weekend, all!
For the record I made enough to buy an additional approx 20,000 PRD, now talk about force multiplier effect, if those 20,000 additional PRD shares eventually attract a £15 special divi per share, I am £300,000 better off, not bad for a £1380 initial investment in REVB.
So thanks again Redbox.
Those of you stating all the reasons why you would not touch REVB, I hear you, but of all the stories, metrics, reasons not to invest, one reason stood out, I bought because I believed it was massively oversold.
I am not being unpleasant, just putting forward my viewpoint.
If there is not much negative financial press comment over the weekend, I suspect the SP will rise from its close of 16.7p and move onwards towards 25p-30p - especially if Jupiter publish a RNS stating they are out, then we might see 40p prior to the results.
BTW Ford, are you never ever going to sell PRD in case you leave the baby with someone else ? Thought not.
Enjoy your weekend
MEM
Personally, I had one of those tips a while ago. Put 2k in and then it tanked out of nowhere, currently about £500. Those who make the quick money out of these things never care about the people left holding the baby. It was my risk as everyone else’s, profit is profit and all that. Personally, I would rather make my money by hard work, patience and deserving it alongside other shareholders whom I respect. This may or may not happen here of course but I strongly suspect it will. GRH has a wealth of experience and expertise here and this one investment will dwarf all of these little wins here and there. I’m in for the big one as these don’t come along often, mess about with the little baggers and leave people holding the baby good luck to you. One other thought that has crossed my mind though. If you’re so successful and happy why on earth do you constantly personally attack people here? Get on board and be amicable.
I had to have a bit of a laugh (or otherwise I could cry) about this REVB "tip" thing and the fortunes made by Redbox and MEM on that (and, though Redbox is hardly first on my Christmas card list, I certainly do not begrudge anyone good fortune and am actually delighted for them).
Some (reasonably well resourced) investors who might be considered aligned to me (or at least often take my advice) have, not unreasonably, asked me how I could have missed out on such an obvious slam-dunk 2x in 24 hours?
I am quite confident in my defence.
1. I do not invest in companies I know nothing about - if they seem interesting, I will find out everything I can about them before putting a dime of investment in them.
2. I do not invest on the basis of Internet "tips". Even when I have gotten a lead (I only found out about PRD because Nicodemus posted something about the company on another BB), I did a lot of my own research before piling in.
So, I missed this REVB thing. So be it. I suspect I may also have missed, because of my filter system, swallowing a few hand grenades along the journey.
You win some, you lose some.
Better trust your own evaluation process than banking on random wins here and there.
Have a good weekend all.
Folk would never find me tipping such an outfit...
In a million years
But each to their own I suppose
It looks like a MLM company...
maybe with loads of unsold stock in the hands of 'marketers'???
Do folk not understand how MLM operates????
BTW
I note that their enterprise value...adding in the debt...
is about THREE times that of PRD
Funny old world
Regards
GRH
If you are very good at it - as, certainly would appear from his postings, Redbox is - trading distressed stocks is one of the arbitrages with the greatest delta/time relationship (gamma). In other words, potentially huge gains very fast.
Some people are very good at it and should be applauded for their skill and courage in playing that game.
And, it would seem, several did very well out of the REVB fall-immediate rebound.
And good luck to them. I would hardly wish to begrudge anyone doing well at something they would appear to be good at.
I would simply observe that playing that game so successfully in a 24 hour period might indicate a somewhat unusual level of brilliance/genius. In other words, possibly a statistical anomaly.
Usually - unless especially well informed - it takes longer than 24 hours to really manifest even the best thought-through trades. Ask John Paulson and maybe read the book, The Big Short, about him and the fortune he made.
He was brilliant. It took lots of time, massive chutzpah and huge insight to make those gains. It dd not take 24 hours on a chicken-**** company no-one has ever heard of.
Just my observations....
You are probably correct, however I wonder what the weekend press may say, profit is a profit.
Good luck
Hi Redbox, like you I bought FEVR after the heavy fall, done rather well out of EZJ, great opportunities out there. Enjoy your weekend
MEM
I’ve just closed my REVB position, only 86% profit safely banked.
There are other opportunities out there whilst we await PRD news, anyone else got a tip, we can all consider an opportunity, you do not have to invest, as I said earlier, prime directive is to make money.
MEM
I find it rather curious that someone who has been claiming all sorts of nonsense about PRD management, despite it being spelled out in the initial prospectus, is now using the PRD bulletin board to recommend an unrelated company where:
* losses are increasing sharply
* the share price has fallen from 170p to 8p in a year
* the CFO left recently in undisclosed circumstances
* institutional shareholders are exiting
* auditors are refusing to sign off the accounts
i cannot know but I would be astounded (and disappointed) if GRH had ever tipped a stock thta fell calamitously in minuets and then rebounded 100% in less than 24 hours - all in the total absence of news which might have caused the fall or the subsequent rebound.
My sense - though I have never actually met GRH - is that he is not that sort of chap.
If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, it usually is a f***ing duck.
The smell of this REVB "tip" from the investment genius Redbox, is on such a scale it has reached even the deepest reaches of the Colonies, where I reside.
I remain a strong holder of PRD and prefer to base my investment case on analysis, rather than Internet "tips".
Funny old world, I am sorry but I thought LSE BB was focused on helping each other make money.
My view was simple, given the news, I took a position (thank you Redbox) simply because I thought REVB had been oversold.
I suspect if GRH had offered this tip, we would not be so critical, it is simply because Redbox put his idea out there -
I’m not complaining about a 100% profit in 24 hours, you should be pleased as just like Redbox, my gain will come back to PRD, and the primary directive has been achieved, PROFIT, to invest in PRD.
I would say that is a great achievement.
Thanks again Redbox.
