What's the possibility of selling this prospect area and using some money to repeat on another part of the licence?
@nametrade evening.
Yes the target area is much larger, hence the minimum figure.
It depends at what point paul wants to exit, can drill further wells and increase reserves or cash in after mou ne.
Imo the market will only pay for those reserves that have been proven by testing.
Another poster mentioned why keep mentioning maghreb pipeline if its not part of the cng plan.
Recent control of the pipeline has been transferred to ONHYM. Its possible they may be the final bidder on our 75% equity. Paul will have developed the plans to monetise for them and so it's straightforward.
They'll have control of the pipeline and reserves.
Mou4/5/NE is only a small part of the Guercif licence? What about the 'running room'?
Bullish nod from lonny.
I also feel there's a huge disparity between the underlying value and share price which a few really appreciate.
I have no interest in 20/30p.
I expect at minimum £1/per share dividend at which point I've hit my target return.
At current float that would require a sale of guercif for £390mil when factoring in we own 75%.
Mou 4/5/NE drill will increase our sale value and so I have no concern about sp.
Hi all,
A tad late for this carry on, on a Sunday evening,
But if f we’re going to speculate this would be one of my bets.

Out of 45 million lpg bottles in circulation in Morocco, Africagaz has 25million on its books, so to supply indigenous gas for its customers would be so much better in all regards than importing the fuel, which it currently does.
(Morocco’s only refinery closed down 2016, however the Russians have agreed to fund a €2.0 Billion replacement, yet to be built, which can reform Natural Gas into LPG)

As we know Africagaz has recently tied up with Sound Energy, Paul’s first exploit in Morocco which was taken away from him when Fastnet decided to bail out of the O & G industry prematurely.
(Paul knows where the gas is on the Sound licenses)
It would be politically good for Morocco,
and finally Africagaz is owned by this chap.

AIMHO of course.
Ps if this is way of the mark, I’m blaming it on the single malt.

Wacky.
I’m fully loaded with no plans to buy any more. Likewise, I have no intention to sell any either. I had no intention in selling at 20p as PRD is worth way more than a quid and we all know it :)
If an approach has been made PG might be tempted to release more information to jolt the market. I expect he is fed up with the lack of appreciation of MC.
Take over - possible. RTO - no chance!
How about CP then? Their reconnaissance licence is up end of H1
SDX? Not big enough.
SDX anyone? :-)

Wacky.
If there is a raise it could drop 10-20% but then recover quickly with a route to mou-4/5. Or, If a deal or offer is announced it will rally hard and this price range will surely be dust
Very interesting retweet indeed.
Hmm, yes, that is an interesting retweet...
Wacky posted on Saturday that a dummy sell order for 2.5m shares was readily quoted suggesting sizeable demand.
Maybe Lonny has his buy order in, as opposed to the usual inheritance, maybe A.N. Other.
Lots of maybes and couldbes, another 'final' top up beckons tomorrow.
I tweeted today about the disparity (yawning chasm)
between the contingent resource value
and the actual Enterprise Value (read M/Cap as PRD is debt free)
This is the stuff of dreams for M&A tigers...(or even tiger cubs)
Interesting to note who re-tweeted my tweet
BTW
I tend to think that Lonny posts good stuff

I agree Obadhia, ‘reversal into an entity’ and backing from PG and largest shareholder was much more explicit then a up for sale RNS needed to be
I did expect that there would have been a firm date advised for the promised investor webcast within last weeks CPR RNS.
Could it be that Moroccan events/progress/discussions are actively in process, maybe near completion, and consequently webcast delayed until all arrangements firmed up?
PG's preferred route (reversal into larger entity) just maybe underway as we all ponder future valuations.
Exciting innit!
Staley has exactly the right background and contacts
Hopefully,
PG is wise to the possible outcomes and looks after all involved as best he can. I don’t know him personally but I believe in him and one or two others judgement. I don’t have experience with takeovers or buyouts so what will be will be.
GLA
Obadhia,
I think your observation is spot-on....
May action follow.......
The time is right now that M/S Staley and Castro make their experienced presence felt in a meaningful manner.
They haven't been appointed as directors just to make up the numbers of the board.
Razorman,
I think there is is significant value here.
I would not even begin to think of moving south of 200p per share (I actually think it could be welll north of that)..
200p may seem some dstance off, given that we are currently mucking about in the 5.5p range,
I would not still be here (and I have a reasonable number of shares) if I did not think this ship was coming home.
Coming home big.
