GRH, good evening.
You considered (as I understand it) that parts of the company, or projects would be sold off to give off special dividends to shareholders.
Bearing in mind this section of the latest RNS
The realisation of Contingent Gas Resources gives the Company an additional option for shareholder monetisation. In order to create greater financial substance a reversal into an entity wanting exposure to the Guercif opportunity should not be discounted as a future option.
Management and the largest individual shareholder would be very supportive of such a move if the value proposition was sufficiently attractive for shareholders and guaranteed accelerated exploitation of the full potential of the Guercif licence area.
How would this work in relation to the company as a whole....would Ireland for example also be included within this new entity and would it also have changed the Special dividend idea going forward?
Would there be less control of the direction in which PG has invisaged?

“But who do we know that knows where the real gas deposits are in the Tendrara license ?.”
I know several.
I like to think some of the more savvy Chariot investors are realising their recent profits and coming on board .
Hi all,
Talking of shares, did anyone notice the befuddledment of the Sound energy investors on their chatboard today,
I must admit, Sounds management announcement to bid for Angus Energy, when the company is not flush with cash, has more than it can chew with the Tendrara license, is in talks with the Moroccan tax authorities about a £7.0million liability and willing to dilute its shareholders again to buy a small gas field in the U.K. is quite baffling.
Unless they want out of the current ties in Morocco.
Which would mean the license and all its current contracts (Africagaz , gas sales agreements etc) would be up for sale.
I’m not suggesting we are going to buy the assets,
Where would the cash come from ?
Would we want this extra exposure when we are already fully loaded ?
But who do we know that knows where the real gas deposits are in the Tendrara license ?.
Just a thought.

A cool head is sometimes difficult, as is not wearing one’s heart on their sleeve.
Having a walk and a lunchtime whiskey.

If I may say so...

I can’t tell my heart from my head at the moment. I just feel like something is brewing.
Anyone want to claim the trades at 9.34 and 9.36?
I would imagine the window of opportunity for Lonny to buy some shares to be a very narrow one given the expected news flow over the coming weeks/months :)
Buys still doubling the sells so looks like it is picking up with volume nearly matching yesterdays.... and still only mid morning....

Morning,
So you’re expecting something to be released?
Added some more yesterday and just added some more. Are we expecting lift off GRH?
Morning...
Yes that was me buying a few more
Someone mentioned close period ...
They were suggesting that directors may not now be in possession of price sensitive information...
I do not agree with that view...to the contrary
I regard that as positive
BTW a 'close period' refers to the period close to annual etc results announcements...directors etc
are precluded from dealing in the company shares during such periods...
They are also precluded from dealing if they are in possession of information which is not known to the market and which could be considered price sensitive

I don't often look but double the number of buys yesterday compared to sells

Chariot have completed there Anchois drilling and evaluation. The General Director of ONHYM, Mrs Amina Benkhadra, has come out in full support of them "My congratulations to Chariot and ONHYM teams for the successful Anchois drilling operations. I also would like to thank the Moroccan authorities for their support and help in achieving the drilling operations efficiently despite the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions. We look forward to working with Chariot in order to quickly progress the gas development."
Let's hope for an equal support for PRD with an even faster route to Gas production Onshore.
Hi all,
Redbox, thanks for posting.
A similar article in the British press would be most welcome.
But in the meantime I spread the word the best I can, everyone has the opportunity to make a decent return on their investment with this company.
AIMHO of course.
