c.15% below isn't far off the mark Mr.MM...........!
Forward selling on the part of the placees isn't allowed, not to say it doesn't happen...... :)
Sure they'll sell they're current holding in order to pay for placing shares. If they don't hold, shorting is the other option.........!
Regardless though, it's a positive placing, not a life style, keep the lights on placing............ IMO
All the best (good luck :)
Well you lot thought that no one would sell at a loss didn’t you ?
You won’t be so sure of yourself it this hits 3.5p or below very soon will you ?
My contrarian view is from the fact that there’s 80m shares that come to market in a few days time with only 300k - 1/2 million being sold each day.
PUT YOUR TIN HATS BACK ON IMHO
Ha ha............!
Think we should leave it there Bob........!
All the best (I do like tea, and know of a Winston............ eek :()

All the best (sorry :)
Lol, I was asking mr mm
No......... on two counts.........!
I work shifts, and I'm an electrician.......... sparky :)
All the best (I do test for dead though :()
Are you an undertaker in your day job mmm
Pass me your tin hat Herts............!
Mr.MM, 9 times out 10, the SP will dip below the placing price..........!
Good thing, the placing was for a reason other than G&A, and therefore the co. and SP should grow off the back of it..........!
All the best (face masks on, this is also coronavirus related :()
2% below placing price and everyone is going to dump? Just because it goes below placing doesn't mean everyone will panic sell lol.
Anyone can buy lower that those who took part in the placing now - I bet the people who took part in the placing are not very happy. They will have to make a very important decision come Friday - sell at a loss or hold.
The worrying thing is that volume is tiny and there’s no way the overhang will clear by the time we spud unless we have unexpected good news.
Everyone will be locked in for the drill if things don’t change soon. We all have Paul to thank for this as diluted us by 80m shares when he said that he would raise money in the other PRD co or by creative funding (which was a load of rubbish - thanks Paul for not letting us all down).
The only way people are making money here is by shorting first and then selling their placing shares cheap because that brings the price down and they make it on their open short position.
Only problem is all the other people who took part in the placing are thinking what the hell is happening and end up selling at a loss as well which makes the big boys even more money on their short.
The only question is how low are they going to take it and with so many placing shares left to churn I can see this really taking a battering.
We are little fish swimming with sharks and this is ALL PAULS doing - so thank you Paul for ruining the company at such a vital time in its history
