We don't want hedge funds do we............?
pension funds looking for long term gains is my like............. or am I completely wrong....... :()
All the best (skin in the game is good at this juncture............. :)
We note that hedge funds don’t have a meaningful investment in Predator Oil & Gas Holdings. The company’s CEO Paul Griffiths is the largest shareholder with 23% of shares outstanding. Ronald Pilbeam is the second largest shareholder with 3.7% of common stock, followed by Paul Formanko, holding 1.7% of the stock. Interestingly, Ronald Pilbeam is also a Senior Key Executive, again, pointing towards strong insider ownership amongst the company’s top shareholders.
Paul Griffiths, Spreadex and Paul formanko acording to last tr1s. There's were two other large holders during placing. No tr1 have been released regarding thier holdings.
From prospectus - can anyone add anything ??? .
Don’t know if our website is more up to date ??

Can someone post a list of our biggest shareholders cos I can never find it on our website
chancers, the PF TR1 did show a reduced share holding, but the notification was for a drop below the 3% level, caused by dilution following the placing IMO........!
He'd have no need or requirement to notify if he sold out completely..........!
All the best (I believe :)
I noted Paul Formanko sell, but they would be long gone by now and normally a tr1 comes out after the sell
those last 2 trades are also a buy. Could it Paul Formanko selling? the dude from recent TR1 with 3 million shares. He did recently roll them over so potentially selling to avoid further losses when T trade closes?
You still havnt read the prospectus have you ?
I would rather they scrap the drill for a year and put the money into shell oil shares for 9 months
I’m seeing this through like I set out to do.
Hero or zero and it’s looking like zero at the moment.
Whilst we wait for this to go under 1p ...

This is why I hope to break even at some point then exit.
That’s what a ruthless bod would do - not treat all it’s LTH like mushrooms. Therefore I can only suggest that they know the reason why this is tanking.
Worst share of 2020 this has become and it’s run by the poorest bod imo
