lots of companies have recently reacted to share price decreases but we get nothing here.
I don't expect rnss everyday but seeing the share go from 4p placing price to 1.5p with no comment has been quite poor..
I hope it’s spreaders doing their nut. It’s relentless these large sells. Just can’t get my head round it. Even if there is a delay to operations our cash burn is minimal and we have the 3.5 million in the bank At the moment it’s priced to go bust. I will email the company later as the radio silence from Paul is frustrating. Most other companies have released a covid 19 Update on short term impact of operations. Paul. Your losing more then us. Supposed to be the company making year. Pull your finger out and get your house in order
537,634 Odd number by the daily seller, Hope that's the lot
Regardless of what's happening with traders, Paul should release an RNS to let the market know we are okay given the current circumstances and what our plan is going forward. These prices are a bargain but investors want reassurance.
So either it’s a short seller from 6p range ( I remember those large sells early jan over 6p) driving the price down by offloading placing stock for as low as they can. Or a distressed institution forced to sell off at any price. Let’s just hope that whoever the seller is they are almost out of shares. Life is depressing enough at the moment without looking at how embarrassing low this share price is
No point trying to figure this out. At some point the sellers will dry up, always do.
If someone is shorting this (PRD) razel.......... I wouldn't pay to much attention to the spread...........!
the size your talking about, 7m shares = £112K, so not your sophisticated trader shorter if even the case............!
All the best (more likely COVID-19 related drop, and a delay on all things atm ........... ! :)
If these are someone’s shorts then at some point the seller/s needs to buy back up to 7mil shares to give back.... At the moment there is a big spread and because the shares are been bought, The MMS are not sitting on many shares. If this is correct, then the Share Price will rocket if someone attempts to buy 7 m shares.
On Thursday when the seller sold for 1.26P I just wonder if that was an attempt to keep the SP down at that price (1.26 ) and hoping that there was not a flood of buyers that we had after the sell, I think 50K of buys on Thursday.....
In summery at some point all these shares need to be bought back to close the short position... thus raising the share price.
One other point i have trawled through all the lists of shorted companies on the main list and i cannot find any mention of PRD
Good morning i am not selling or loaning out my shares , infact if it goes lower I will be topping up. As for the Spreadex theories is it legal for such a company to take part in a placing then loan the shares out to shorters:? My next job is to put this question to the Brokers. Stay safe and well
Spreadex have 3.56% of Prd at 4p a share and own 7,027.000 shares, so just over 7m shares
I am no good at big numbers and correct me if i am wrong , but looks like spreadex has invested just under £300,000 (280K i think, That is now worth 105K if they sell on monday
The question is , If we have a short open and spreadex has loaned the shares, How long would it take to sell those 7 million shares on the open market .
This is doing my head in trying to work it out.
yesterday the large sell was 500,000 shares selling at 7,600 , Thursday Large sell was 680,000 selling for 8,568 (the seller sold at 1.26p) Wednesday the large sell was 750,000 selling for 11.25k , So that is just under 2 million shares sold which is 1% of the shares of the company. So over those 3 days, the seller has sold 25% of Spreadex shares and this has gone on for weeks. The seller must be out soon. Thoughts !!!!
Mr Market Maker , You said that the seller doesn't need to buy the shares back on the open market, But he does need to buy the shares back to give back to the lender. How would he do this?
