Can you ask if the board intend to purchase more shares once close period is over after agm
If all goes well are you looking to sell the company / various parts of it or are you looking at giving out dividends
How are going to purchase FRAM ? By another placing or by creative funding (by not diluting the main company).
Thanks
Nice 1 MeM
OK I will frame a question around this and see if we can gain any traction from his reply :)
I think we’re on the same wavelength with strategy, correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t Paul mention kinsale pipeline and indigenous gas in the same sentence which might possibly suggest Some form of terminal onshore, which would be agreeable to the environmentalists and fall into line with the anti US shale gas/fracking debate with the EU.
If he could answer my original question at the agm, I believe it will fill in a big piece of the jigsaw on timescales and in which way the company is headed.
It may even give us another clue into who the majors are.
Cheers

My theory was simply the gas would be converted to LNG on a floating platform/ship, transferred to a LNG Tanker and shipped to either Ireland/UK or somewhere in the world with a good demand/spot price.
Giving maximum flexibility, lowest CAPEX and quickest monitisation, combined with the least Paperwork, Permissions etc.
I strongly suspect NuTech have found various pointers to lots more Gas than the original 2D suggested, armed with this info, Paul has NDA's signed, shown the evidence to the Global player/LNG tanker Co and gained a lot of interest.
Re-entry of the original Marathon drill through the use of latest gen RPV would seem quite feasible.
Last thought, IF we could buy out the facility about to be decommisioned (assuming it is usable H&S permits etc) enter in to a long term pipeline capacity Lease. I just dont think this is an option, hence LNG
In short, we only know a tiny bit of detail so far, but clearly there is much more to this story, Paul will give us a few breadcrumbs when he can. Patience is key.
Hi MeM
Yes that is correct,
However that question could answer a couple of questions in one go, as per
There is planning permission in place to decommission the inch facility and return it to, from memory green/brown field, if that’s the case why use the kinsale pipeline, unless there is a plan in place to apply to have planning permission to re use the land for a storage facility. The photos I’ve seen of the inch plant suggest that it could possibly only be something like that because of the size of the plot.
There is also talk of a facility being built at Cork to rival The Shannon development so the pipeline could be possibly used in that instance also. https://www.orcireland.ie/fracked-gas-to-be-imported-into-cork-harbour-s-proposed-lng-terminal
However both of those scenarios will take time and considerable capex, more so the Cork option.
If the plan in the meantime is to use facilities already operational the transport ships could make the short trip to the LNG sites on the Welsh coast or any other in the U.K. and be fed directly into the grid, a much cheaper option and a much quicker way for monetisation in my opinion.
If it’s neither of these, back to the head scratching again.
Cheers

Hi TWM,
I thought the Kinsale land based plant was to be decommissioned (but leaving the pipeline in place) - hence the LNG interest
Hi MeM
Good idea
I would like to know re Ram head.
Is the plan to use the kinsale undersea pipeline to transport the LNG to landfall in Ireland or will the ships transport the LNG to other established onshore Facilities elsewhere.
Many thanks

Good morning my fellow PRD BB warrior's.
Is anyone working on any questions for the AGM, it might be good to work as a Team, choose the Topic/wording carefully, rather than us all ask the same questions.
Remember nothing price sensitive can be asked. Rather more General than too specific....
I am happy to collate and send in the finalised list.
For me I am interested in the following.
T&T.
1. How much larger do you see the T&T EOR operation growing, given the huge potential on the island ?
2. What is the limit for daily CO2 deliveries from the island fertiliser Co (that is the ultimate limit for question 1)
3. If EOR sucessful, could this operation be spun off as a separate Co ?
Morocco
1. If we prove Gas on our first drill, how many more targets do you anticipate drilling
Ireland
1. Ram Head well re-entry, how technically difficult is this ?
2. Quote 'New technology has provided enhanced information in relation to the potential quality of proven Jurassic gas reservoirs and Cretaceous oil sands penetrated by the Marathon well.'
What new technology ? how accurate are the results.
