@sefton, this bbs holds at least 10% of the total shares in issue (I suspect more now). Bod owns another 25%. That's a lot shares accounted for in safe hands.
A gem you don't come across often.
Afternoon MM,
Totally agree that only way to get 100+ baggers (which are incredibly rare anyway) is to stay the distance. And, I must say, that, at least insofar as one can tell from this bulletin board, PRD has a serious core of individual investors who are very knowledge and share a belief in the company's enormous potential. As long as those shareholders stay the course, it makes it difficult for new investors to get in - to do so, they have to bid up (as they should, having come late to the party).
A core of committed, knowledgeable shareholders (including some big hedgies and big individuals) were a significant factor in Tesla's recent strong rise. Of course, there were some Robinhood and day-trader types who would flit in and out but for the most part, there was relatively little liquidity on the sell side (that was why the shots kept getting beaten up in the Tesla situation).
Lack of liquidity because of lack of sellers is one of the major steps on the road to Nirvana.......
May all those who said on the good ship PRD enjoy the journey ahead - and have a good view on the Port Out side (there will be no need for Starboard Home).....
Thanks MMM I'm gonna be honest I got in a month after ipo I bought my first set of shares at 3p and held all the way. My average is now 4p however I didn't get into PRD for Ireland I got in for Trin. Ireland always seem to want to run on wind and dont realise they need to bridge the gap with gas so arguments start and things take ages. I got involved because of Trin what I could see was not just an oil company but a tech and service combined. Imagine having a tech that could pump out just as much oil as you could at the start of your project and on top lower C02 for a greener environment! It ticked the boxes for me and I admit up until recently the tech had been held back by countries who could only supply enough C02 via ammonia plants ect. This seems to me to be no longer the case because BP and am sure shell have combined to deliever carbon capture tech to store 80% of there carbon dioxide produced. To me this has opened up a world of new option for PRD. Trin C02 project to me is the equivalent of walking through a forest made of toilet paper and striking a match! It wont be long before the world see Trin C02 levels dropping and jump on board.
Hello Bradleybear,
No I never expected it mate .
The little Dicky bird told me big things happening by year end and to make sure I hold onto these golden tickets and thats exactly what I’m going to do (It was always my plan too hold long term anyway from day one).
The fundamentals are getting stronger on a monthly if not weekly basis and I’m very excited about the next 12-18 months and beyond.
Paul has recently proved too me that he is indeed ruthless and a very shrewd businessman with all the experience and contacts you could ever wish for .
He is another Tom Cross and I expect exactly the same outcome as long as we have a bit of luck along the way.
One last thing , I expect that our shares in issue will not rise a lot as all the projects will be funded from others ( be it farm in or cash) so that is excellent news for all shareholders - I can’t emphasise that enough. Most other companies dilute their shareholders sown to nothing - not so here.
There is no reason at all to sell or trade these shares but every reason to buy and hold long term. All you have to do is hold and be patient as that’s the only way you will make BIG MONEY.
You don’t sell every time you see a red screen because you don’t get 100+ baggers by doing that .
Paul is very confident about the LNG project and said it will happen - that’s very reassuring because it’s only 12 months after Morocco has been drilled and like I said before , that drill is for free if you hold for Ireland .
LNG Ireland will be worth $1.5 billion over 10 or 15 years). Now imagine if all our projects come in and what the share price could be ? ..... it’s mind blowing and that’s a fact .
ATB
As for the LNG project MMM did you ever expect Paul to venture into it and if so were do you think we could end up with it in say 12-18months time? Theres a lot of NDAs on it and it just seems to need a rubber stamp with no actual cost to ourselves.
Ireland is the jewel in the crown - it’s Paul’s baby and we will have big news by year end of the little sucky bird who tweeted in my ear was correct .
I’ve always been invested for Ireland and I believe it will be bigger than all our other projects imho
I’m here because I think this will be pounds - macro movements mean nothing in the bigger picture but like I’ve said before , I enjoy the journey as well as the final destination and I like to know where we are at every given time (chart wise) but ultimately my eyes are on the much bigger prize that in offer here (for all those that stay the course)
ATB
If someone is willing to back Paul in his first C02 adventure and buy the field to me that says two things. One they probably have enough to buy even more on success and two they more then likely have connections to other fields. I cant see Paul making deals with those that wint benefit him after all I believe he did say things do keep popping up. I expect double digits from Trinidad maybe more depending on the length covid stops morroco and then morroco to shoot us up in a success case. That all being said Ireland having all that work done in 6 months what's everyones thoughts?
