Hi northern
I’m in your camp. I don’t have a problem with PL. I think he is direct, honest and seems to be a decent bloke. I’ve never met him but his presentations seem straightforward. I’m prepared to be patient. It looks like directors and institutions own about 67% shares so surely some pi’s buying could move the price up.
I’m an optimist but work on the basis that rich people don’t like losing money and P L will do all he can to move the share upwards.
Let’s await more good news.
Dillbert
Totally spot on.....ridiculous state of affairs. Having hosed us all with 2 billion shares for a company with a market cap of what £47m the market makers can move this at will and do. memo to Levine would read (1) No more ridiculous equity diluting raises (2) Look at doing a share consolidation (worked for Saga) so we can have a share price that at least looks sensible and reduces number of shares in issue. A one 1 for five or 1 for 4 would be a good start. (3) Reexplain the strategy because levine seems to be making it up as he goes along
As soon as PPC stops creating more shares, or even better, starts buying the gaziilions of them back.....
If we are to see any breaking of this cycle, which has been going on for about a year now (sp reaches >2.5 and then slides back to 2.1) then we need more than good news. Clearly, the market needs to see a series of solid results and no further dilution, over an extended period, before we see any significant and sustained upward movement in the sp.
We have a continuing stream of good news released by the company but the sp seems stuck at these low levels - one day that has to change imv.
I originally had a buy in for 2.2 but then someone posted saying the sells appearing at that price were actually buys. The next trade that went through was for 2.1 so I tried my luck and it went through after hours.
My guess is there is a big sell order going through
Could you really buy for 2.1p yesterday, crazy after the RNS on Monday.
Very strange day been looking to add to my holding for last few weeks, and for most of the day was able to buy at 2.20 and sell for 2.2202 should have known better as when things are too good to be true it is bound to drop, always seems to be a background seller with this share, but at least the spread was minimal today. happy to continue buying at this price but WTFDIK.
Just bought another 350k which went through after the bell at 2.1
