Top of the LSE leader board today. Sentiment building. I feel for those from the OO side that are unable to trade but as the price is rising it can only be to their advantage. It is not the company's fault and more so the brokers being inept I presume
10p again maybe tomorrow with June next week and human challenge study starting we are about to enter an new era of newsflow. JS buy in is the missing piece of the jigsaw and cannot be too far away. New Schroder TR1 would send a rocket up this shareprice.
I don't intend on selling at the moment but the distribution has been a total farce. Some may have wanted to sell today but they haven't got a choice. No one should be at an advantage over others when it comes to trading the same share..
I guess the complaints from folks about the availability of the Specie shares are from folks who want to sell. Those who want to carry on holding dont care.
If anyone else would like to make their feelings known or make a complaint to those that have organised this distribution of Poolbeg Pharma dividend shares then you can send an email to Walbrook Public Relations who will pass this back to the company.

If we ever get out dividend shares from our shi#te brokers and Poolbeg reach a quid, all will be forgiven..let's hope so...
Thank you S470, Bobby's and others. As you say if there is no legitimate reason for the shares not being tradeable, I will chase AJBell and then if no joy then Polb directly . Cheers and good luck all.
Finished the day @ 7.9p. Another good day.
Re. JD64...Probably some time in 2023 if you are with Barclays. It appears as though the shares are being held back so all those that bought at sub 5p in the last week or so can get out long before we ever get them, looks like that what is starting to happen with the.pull back, it's called.market manipulation
Is anyone else with T212? any info on when the shares are to be released?
These people really are a worry, there was never even a suggestion that the dividend was going to be payable in cash. Where do these people get their information from?
Don't choose Barclays in my opinion, they are worse than Halifax...
Oh I was on hold for 10 minutes!
Thanks Wild Boar - at least you got someone who actually understands what you were asking - back story right or wrong, normally I get oh ! I'll need speak with my manager and then they put me on hold for 10 minutes and still come back with the wrong answer ? moving would be good but it ties up the share for 4 to 6 weeks
I've just spoken with Halifax, as my online shares ISA with them still has these listed as dummy lines. The helpful telephone operator said that the dividend from Open Orphan was never originally going to be issued as shares and was always planned to be issued as a cash equivalent, but that Poolbeg changed their mind in April and only then was the decision made to issue this as tradeable shares (their words, not mine). Halifax received the share certificates from Poolbeg last week, sent them to the registrar early this week, and we customers should get a corporate action notification tomorrow or Monday confirming they will be tradeable from that date. I'll believe all of this when I see it.
Off topic, but can anyone recommend a good provider for S&S ISA accounts, as I think I'm going to be in the market for a new provider soon. Ideally one with low annual fees and low trading fees!
Restrictions ended a month ago Grove, it's just broker incompetence now.
One thing which has become very clear from this is who the brokers are with shareholder (ie their customers) interests at heart and those who view PIs as a nuisance. I have been critical in the past of ii but I have to say they've come out of this smelling of roses. Whilst I have sympathy with those suffering with less active brokers rather than complaining on a forum I think I'd be moving my account elsewhere by now.
Ay advice please. I have polb shares now showing on my AJBell ISA account, however there is only the option to buy, so if I wanted to I cannot sell. Is this a universal restriction or just particular to AJBell? Is there an ability to trade date that people who got their shares through Open Orph are waiting for? A Thank you in advance for considering this.
I have an even better plan....if the SP goes to about 0.5p I'll borrow £2 million make a hostile bid, I can sack the CEO and the othe 7 staff, close the company down that will leave me with about £18 million in cash ...?
Well I'm sure CF said Jeremy sold his last company for $zillions.?...so maybe he could afford to buy a few hundred pounds worth to show he's really behind the shareholders, unfortunately at the moment he's about 500 miles behind the shareholders. P45 time for Jeremy I think?
moni, Jeremy's a cunning old fellow. Obviously knew the SP would fall at the end of the 9 months and 2 weeks wait so he's been biding his time until it has reached an all time low and then he'll wade in and purchase a few hundred pounds worth.!
Sorry about the cynicism guys. Could never outdo you moni!
Meant to say..he hasn't bought any shares has he?
Well closing price now indicates this "so said $billion company" is officially valued at about 0.00p so they might as well distribute the cash back to the shareholders and close the doors.....only joking, but valuation has now become perverse IMHO. I wonder what Jeremy will have to say...oh and after 12 months he still has bought any shares even outside of the closed period on assumes? Now that's a real vote of confidence from the CEO isn't it? Aimho Adyor!!!
Getting almost break even on cash value at £22 million. Therefore business almost valued at £zero....the market are definitely entering strange territory...I'm more than happy have these at zero book value for my dividend shares and 5p for purchased ones. Just a case of sitting on hands until everything in the world gets back to normal when the evil murdering CHILD KILLER Vladimir Putin is defeated in Ukraine and is either jailed of executed by the Russian people who are enslaved by this medieval tyrant.

At least we can have a laugh in the face of the distribution shambles, end of June will be interesting if we get any updates on trial for Polb-001
From Halifax Sharedealing - via chat in dealing - We will be sending a communication to customers regarding this event shortly today - copied and pasted - I guess we'll get them Monday !
Just spoke with HL. They say the monkeys they use to deliver the certificates have all gone down with monkey pox.
