Very quiet on the BB while the breakout is on....
Cathal Friel will drive growth in the shareprice, he will put his personal wealth on the line with the purchase of more shares. Something is cooking in the kitchen alright and he had to get the shareprice incentive scheme in place there quick .
Dave Allmond has got the biggest batch that will be worth north of £1.25m and it seems obvious to me he is to bring a M&A opertunity to Poolbeg that will drive growth. Maybe we are going to merge and create a bigger and stronger entity that will be cash generating from the get go and bring us onto Nasdaq later this year. CF has the contacts in all the top 5 big Pharma as he has closed many Hvivo deals with them over the recent years. He will be able to open many doors and I am sure he has already. Poolbeg is going to be a success and I believe that I can make a tidy return for my stake I have built here . I am pleased with the team here including JS as he has not swayed in his enthusiasm for the company. He also has been rewarded with the share incentive scheme and has also promised to buy as soon as allowed by the nomad. News will be delivered soon I am sure.
Another good reason for CF to come fully on board now and issue the RNS about the share incentive plans for the BOD and others whilst the sp is still at 10p. Something must be cooking for the sudden announcement at Hvivo yesterday and Poolbeg today...no smoke without a fire as they say...JMO Adyor!
Results could be the answer (end of March last year), but also likely there are close to something, if the Amryt guys 'hit the ground running' and then POLB001 has been in play for a partner/licensing. Many possible reasons, we know the intention is there and we are able to buy when Directors can't.
Between year end and results anouncement maybe?
Mello event on Monday, I wonder why CF and Jeremy can't buy now, does that mean news on the way? 🤔
Https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5l77HOUx6s
As predicted, CF and Jeremy to invest more as CF shifts some of his focus to Poolbeg now that the former Amryt team have been assembled, but he is still keeping a foot in the door with Hvivo. Win win for all shareholders it seems. Adyor! 😃 😊
You absolute numpty
Could this be a reason because they are getting it hard to get a very good deal, i think deals are on the table but not good enough for CF
17.945 pence or above over a period of fourteen calendar days CF wants results, as i heard him say high risk high return, no deal short term - but interesting times ahead
Think that's exactly what happened moni, thanks for proving me right though and being the good luck charm yet again stt1, you posted garbage last night and here we are up 9%
Judging by the instant green box that has appeared, one can assume that the other idiot Stt1 has logged in under his other alias not billybiotech this time! 🤔 😆 🤣 😂
Adzy,
Look what's happened to HVO.
Exactly as I predicted, being talked up... CF sells.
Questionable business model.
Check out RTHM, TRMR, Byot.
All pumped and crashed, as predicted.
Polb has zero revenue, £50m mcap!!
Check out TLY, £100m revenue, map £10m
The pump and dumpers are dumping HVO to entice the gullible here.
Billy ' 3 posts new boy' biotech, I'm not sure suggesting CF an incompetent Ponzi running conman is the best way to start posting on this BB, but each to their own I suppose. You sound very familiar but with a new name, you're not related to Stt1 are you?
*roughly 28 million options. (Sorry, added it up incorrectly 😊)
Help me out, please? What are these options? Is it that the team have been given roughly 35 million shares (for free) which they can sell if the price gets to 17.9p?
Appreciate the input CF
And there speaks Billybiotech the sage of Oldham...more like Warren Buffoon than Buffet! JMO 😆 🤣 😂
Looks like it might hit 11p today.
CF demonstrating a typical masterclass in malfeasance, he was previously fired from Amyrt as JW & RN were unconvinced of his capability or integrity. Seems eager to take the props away from the CEO of hVIVO also; another acquisition that was not his idea. He appears likeable but not sure what he brings outside of cash.
Credit to him for his ability to self-promote though – the Charles Ponzi of Donegal (he is entertaining!). Sadly, any credible acquirer will be avoiding him like the plague. His network and hVIVO holders may keep the share price artificially high for now but given the increase hires & salaries I’m very interested to see their upcoming annual report. Would be refreshing to see the ‘CFO’ present given that he is drawing a hefty salary to carry CFs laptop. My concern is that without cash to do further clinical trials, they will be a sitting duck and likely be purchased in 12 months for pennies.
The ex-Amryt team appear strong (DA in particular), though the role they played in the company’s success is somewhat misleading based on POLB RNS' (and their lack of Amryt options reflect this).
DA to be CEO in Q2?
"As part of my ongoing commitment to the Company, I also intend to start increasing my shareholding in Poolbeg as and when I am able to do so."

Following yesterday's and todays RNS's here and over at sister company Hvivo, I think CF is effectively running the show here now and has left Mo Khan to steer the Hvivo ship on his own until Hvivo gets bought out down the line, so it's really a win win situation for both Polb and Hvo shareholders imho. JMO Adyor! Glad I kept all my Hvivo and Polb shares now despite a few bumps in the road. GLA LTH'S
Actually Cathal already owns just over 7% of the shares.
Well I did say a few days ago that the Amryt team need to have shares in the company to show commitment, well I suppose today's RNS is one way of that happening via the new EIP. So a strong incentive to get to 18p is now baked in. CF also owns about 5% of the company shares already, so like Hvivo, he's got a very big incentive to ensure Polb delivers for all shareholders including himself, that's good enough for me. JMO ADYOR!
