We are singing from the same hymn sheet bladesman.
BB, the reason why I'm here in pmo is: they have a first class mgt team, the right strategy, and world class class assets with great prospects coming through. Quite why the market doesn't see that, is a mystery. Or is it they are just waiting for arcm to get out of the way? We will soon see.
Apples v oranges but Tesla, despite Musk categorically denying the need for fund raising just announced a rights issue to raise 2.5bn usd & the share price jumped 4.5%. Hope the same effect here.
The issuing of new shares to purchase new assets is priced in hence the jump in SP when announced, as you point out. What wasn't priced in was the dramatic fall in poo due to the virus ( now recovering) , the value of zama as this is not known for sure , nor any benefit from Charlie 1 spud as this is not known either and not certain by any means So, as I see it, its all upside from here.
I’m guessing that ARCM are hoping the RI/placing will be a window to help close their short, but having said when it was initially announced sp jumped to 1.20. Interesting times....
oiluser, ADVFN's late night Bogeyman, andypop, is concerned all right - not for shareholders but for ARCM. Same old scare tactics with late hours posting - or could just be he's in a different time zone to the rest of us!
China reports third straight drop in reported virus cases. Will have positive impact on poo, so hoping for $60 this week as China is getting back to work. GLA
I note Andy having a rant on advfn. He now refers to himself as an investor (concerned). What a plonker. Had 10000 posts removed from LSE along with himself and he has an audience of 4 on that bb. Just to remind those of Andy's posting, PMO reached a high of 140+ despite Andy's repeated comments that the SP would hit 0 before it would hit 100p. All that despite the fact that conversion price was set at 104p. The risk to PMO stakeholders one and all is oil/gas prices. Couple of questions on this subject and PMO. Is the UK a net importer of oil and gas? Is Donald going to do the UK any favours in the trade negotiations? Does the UK use Russian gas? What is the ROI on Tolmount. Does PMO BE drop with considerably more production. Will profit be tax free from the NS acquisitions?. Is midlife closer to the end than the beginning?. Did the Tory govt state that they would promote low carbon O & G extraction?. Are PMO doing ok in this low carbon extraction business?. Why buy an interest in a hub?
Anyway those reading, its Sunday in sunny in Spain and I'm off out for a game of Golf. Enjoy the day and don't listen to morons. DYOR.

Chinese back to work. Virus does not seem to be getting hold outside China.
All IMHO.
