Sorry if this is a stupid question. What do people think the price will open up at? Will it be the pricing placement of 1.1p per share?
From what we can see today this looks great, be good to see the detail in the months ahead. A modest profit on my remaining holding. I nearly bought in the week when the price dipped below .6 but bottled it. Well done all who had more faith than me! Can the board of PIRI please get a move on!
im already up 100% on this, i bought more around 0.55 - 0.60
Job done
#plmo well done Nigel and John for your hard work. I knew you would not let your investors down. Get this completed and roll on #NUOG
really happy with that....and for me personally a break from oil and gas.
But that BoD looks very impressive! Chuffed with this!!
Not oil and gas very surprised.
Corporate update and proposed acquisition The Board has considered a number of potential acquisition targets over the last six months and is pleased to announce that it has agreed conditional heads of terms (the "Agreement") to acquire the entire issued share capital of Digitalbox Publishing (Holdings) Ltd ("Digitalbox"), subject to certain conditions and due diligence (the "Proposed Acquisition"). The Proposed Acquisition would constitute a Reverse Takeover pursuant to AIM Rule 14, and the Company's shares will remain suspended pending the publication of the required AIM Admission Document and shareholder approval of the Acquisition. The Acquisition is subject, inter alia, to the completion of due diligence, documentation, shareholder approval and compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the AIM Rules and Takeover Code. Should the Company not complete the Acquisition or an alternative acquisition pursuant to AIM Rule 14, trading in its Ordinary Shares on AIM will, in accordance with AIM Rule 41, be cancelled six months following today's suspension. Pursuant to the Agreement, the parties propose that Polemos will acquire Digitalbox for new ordinary shares in the Company. For the purposes of the Agreement, the parties have agreed a valuation of Polemos of 1.1p per ordinary share, subject to a cap of GBP1.1 million on a fully diluted basis, and the existing issued equity of Digitalbox at GBP10 million (before capitalisation of any existing shareholder loans to Digitalbox, currently amounting in aggregate to GBP355,000). Under the Agreement, the parties plan to arrange a placing of new ordinary shares in Polemos, conditional on Admission, to raise approximately GBP3 million. The Agreement provides the Company with exclusivity in relation to the Proposed Acquisition until 30 November 2018. Information on Digitalbox Digitalbox is a 'pure play' digital media business. The business was founded in 2013 by Martin Higginson, the founder of Monstermob Group plc, NetPlayTV plc, and co-founder of Immotion Group plc. The business is the publisher of the UK digital media TV and celebrity online brand, 'Entertainment Daily', which delivers over 8 million monthly visits from 2 million UK unique users. Digitalbox's strategy is to capitalise on disruptive market forces, through acquiring mobile digital community-focussed editorial content, with advertising delivered by Digitalbox's programmatic platform, combined with e-commerce. Digitalbox's senior team consists of Non-Executive Chairman, Sir Robin Miller, former CEO, and Chairman of Emap plc; CEO, James Carter, co-founder of Factory Media (sold to Forward Internet Group in 2012) and former Publishing Director at Emap plc responsible for FHM; and COO Jim Douglas, former Editorial Director at Future Publishing plc. The Directors of Polemos believe the transaction would be in the best interests of shareholders and will update shareholders in due cou
Very happy with that.
Will he get best preforming share of the year again :) He is the masters of RTO’s
you really have been quite annoying to be honest. youve constantly been panicking, ENJOY this suspension,
Has he ever let us down. He’s been very quiet as usual. Fingers and toes crossed.
Sit tight your a loyal LTH temporary is a very juicy word.
As of 07:30hrs in 'temporary suspension' - what does he mean by 'temporary'. All locked in deadlin day 10 March 2019. Good Luck how we don't lose everything which has been invested with NB. Only question can he pull it off?
Suspension no more cheap shares available.
You don’t post on here normally do you post on Twitter?
It doesn’t matter what it is as long as we get something or we will be locked in for who knows how long. I would rather have oil and gas. If you say no, what do you think he has been working on ?
Nothing to do with oil and gas
His main field is oil and gas and the industry is very healthy again. He has main big companies that are already involved with him, so I would be very surprised if he moves away from what he has vast knowledge and many connections in. But as you say a tech business would be very nice indeed . Its out of our hands now, either the market wins after shorting it down from the previous highs or he has pulled off one of his triumphs again. I’m hoping it’s the later.
Interesting mention of education tech, quite specific? It's an interesting area though, there a few in Manchester.
at MRS and AERO are impressive so i am sure with his huge network now we will get something decent here, i am hoping it is NOT oil or an explorer. Education tech or just some tech would be do me
I’m hoping he has pulled this off as there are not many shares available. Remember no warrants issued at EGM totally clean shell. Where is the market going to get their shares if they forward sell. Nothing to fall back on this will rocket. They will be pleading with NB to borrow his 10% and after all they haven’t played ball with him dropping his investment by more than 50% would you help them ?
My average’s are in the .4’s so bottom draw. Plenty of big boys around the table there as you well know. Let the mm’s have their fun.
Let’s see what he achieve’s here it could well be linked if it’s anything to do with oil and gas.
Takes time well you know how long this deal as been going on for. 2 yrs plus
