No - what normally happens with a new ticker is that PIs not able to trade because the new epic code is not yet registered with many of the brokers lol
divide your holdings by 20 - round down if not whole number.
Not all brokers will be awake tomorrow so give them a call to action the change if not able to trade from 8am.
I see the name change with Companies House already done.
Polemos plc (AIM: PLMO), announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. Consequently, the acquisitions of Digitalbox Publishing (Holdings) Limited and Mashed Productions Limited, the Placing, the MVC Subscription, the conversion of loan notes, the Share Reorganisation and various other matters (details of which were set out in a circular to shareholders dated 8 February 2019 (the "Admission Document")) can now proceed to completion and the change of the Company's name to Digitalbox plc can be registered at Companies House. Resolution numbered 1 in the Notice of General Meeting, being an ordinary resolution to be voted on by the Independent Shareholders to approve the waiver by the Takeover Panel of the obligation that would otherwise arise for the Concert Party to make a general offer for the Enlarged Group under the Rule 9 of the Takeover Code ("Whitewash Resolution"), was passed on a poll with 11,461,340 votes of Independent Shareholders, in favour and 270 votes against. Completion of the DBPH Acquisition and admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 28 February 2019 ("First Admission"), with the MP Acquisition and Admission of the MP Consideration Shares expected to complete on 5 March 2019 ("Second Admission"). In addition at the General Meeting, the appointments of James Carter, Jim Douglas, David Joseph, Martin Higginson and Sir Robin Miller to the board of the Company were approved and will take effect from First Admission. Nigel Burton, will remain a director whilst John Treacy will resign as a director on First Admission. The information on each of the new directors required to be disclosed under Schedule Two paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies is disclosed later in this announcement.
How many shares should one get at opening tomorrow?
Long term I’m expecting more than that. More like 40p plus I will wait and see what they have planned then make a decision.
back tomorrow. should do a Bidstack. looking for 30p eventually myself.
I am not selling - I trust Nigel - 20p in long term :) haha you never know!
Wilth very little free float available they will try every trick in the book, Digital box is well in front of any competitors in its field. https://youtu.be/RDqO6-5MWtA
Shareholders - Digitalbox 28 Polemos 93
Add in one or two institutional investors.
So less than 130 shareholders.
MM's presumably will have shares on their books from some of the
28 Digitalbox shareholders.Guess most of them have the rest of their
holdings locked in for the year ahead.
So if they need more tomorrow they will need some from us.
Here is my prediction - a fall from 14 pence on the open, to flush out those
locked in, who will want out at any price.
Then a rapid rise from 9.00 onwards.
Hope to be proved wrong with a open way above 14 pence.
#PLMO #DIGIBOX #DBOX Good morning expecting RNS after 11am with all resolutions passed. Then the big day tomorrow. Hope you all have your pot ready, it should be fun to see how the market are going to get their hands on very limited stock available. Let the games begin.
and all being equal any ideas on what the sp should be now and that is before the oi9l is discovered.
new code: DBOX
GM Feb 27 to approve
Feb 28: relist, begin trading as DBOX
good luck all
lol it's changing to DBOX
Presumably, it will change from PLMO to TIDM on the 28 February?
Shall see in 10 days time??/
The closing price of PLMO was 0.7p. DBOX deal done at closing price. The plus side upon relisting we go from a MCAP of around £1m to £12m.
Anything interesting in the meeting?
I did...
Has anyone voted on the resolutions yet?
Just been looking back at this thread to remind myself where we’ve come from. In August I said there would be a restructure and the deal would be below nominal value (draft told me I must be on magic mushrooms). I was in at 2-3p in HH days originally. Then in Sept the DBOX deal was announced and we were told it would be at 1.1p per old PLMO share. The RTO is now happening at 0.7p per old PLMO share. I agree it could shoot up - but it kind of needs to given the placing was 1p. Did I miss something? Has anyone seen an explanation of why we went from dealing at 1.1p to dealing at 0.7p?
SO in Long term how much per share.??? I am happy to hold!
DBOX is in Times also. could easily get taken over for multiples
